Good local flavor.first name and customer service at branch.but you would think I could get a little more help with obtaining a credit card or loan I paid them off last loan on time Hopefully they will so I can see My daughter s Ok

How many more times does the app need to be updated? Pre merger, the app was hardly ever updated and it was easier to use.

I cannot access the app with my username and password it jeeps saying it is not correct when I habe been using it for the last upgrades this app. Now I am locked out of my account during a holiday weekend.... THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE FORCED USE OF A NEW VERDION THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!

App was so much better before the bank updated it's system. It was simple and logical in use. Now it's a pain. When checking it gives me a sync fail notification.

The app locks me out all the time. It gives me different prompts each time too, like "We have no record of you", "Your account is dormant", "Something went wrong on our end","Your username and password are incorrect". Trying to verify myself and reset credentials leads me in a circle. Whenever this issue arises I have to find time to deal with the bank either on the phone or in person to have it fixed, only for it to happen again after a few app updates. I'm so over it I'm switching banks.
