App crashes more often than not, just like their Wordmania app, and has a problem where it starts in TalkBack accessibility mode for blind people. Triple tapping the screen with 3 fingers gets rid of that, but unfortunately the crashing issue has been there forever and is likely to stay. I have contacted developers multiple times to no avail. The issues are 100% on their end.

I've been using this app for months and it's super easy to use. There are a couple issues. Biggest one right now is since a new entry for the big prize came on the app you can't use it. The app closes trying to make an entry making it impossible to play. Other issue that's not as big of a deal is the "Check my Lotto Numbers" doesn't show what you picked on the big lotto or the $2.5 million. Re-downloading the app or clearing out the cache doesn't help. So far I've won $5 so yay for that 😉

I've never had any problems with any of the PCH apps....but this one. I have never been able to get it to work. The 1st time I downloaded it it wouldn't go past the "opening" faze. Uninstalled it, installed it again 3wks later, got past the opening but then it wouldn't recognize when I would tap on the screen & is constantly doin the spoken text thing as one would who is blind. Did the same as before and but reinstalled it a couple of hours later. It still does it & now no daily collect opt.

Had to uninstall. There's just too many ads straight off. Ten ads for four plays first thing every day is too much. I get why, but also have to remember that this is on a cellphone. More ads = More data. More data = More likely something is going to go wrong. Not to mention the disgusting, scam diet ads... I also have other things to do. Pick#s, watch ad, another ad for bonus tokens x four. Get to choice, go back to home, another two ads. Average of 10 minutes just for the first 4 plays of day.

The latest version not only rubs very slow but is entirely too repetitive. Does not register the completed cards properly and takes entirely too long to play. Also keeps freezing up. I want the previous version back. 28 December 2020. The latest versions of both lotto and PCH game apps are much better however the Yahoo ads need to go. Every time they run I have to close and reopen the apps because the Yahoo ads freeze the apps. I don't have this issue with any of the other ads

I use to really like this app. but just this past week, the app has been freezing. It will freeze on the last game in a series of games, so then I cannot collect my tokens. I have to restart and start all over in a series and then it freezes on the last one. It also is doing this on my tablet. I have tried everything that they have said to do on their website but it does not help. My phone and tablet are up to date. Also the ads they use to play between games would only be about 10 seconds long. 30 seconds being the longest ad. Now this past week it has been 60 seconds or longer of ads between games. What gives? And then you still don not get tokens!! :-(

I also have trouble with it freezing almost everytime I'm on it!!! Also, if I download a new app, and have to set up a new account, it's always saying my email is wrong!?!? I know what my email is!!! It's very maddening, and it doesn't matter how I try to put it in, like 1letter at a time, or when it comes up automatically from memory. Eventually, I get so angry and give up!!!

LOWERING MY RATING. Enjoy playing every day. The number of ads you have to view now is absolutely ridiculous. I understand they have to be added for revenue, but when you have to watch anywhere from 3 to 9 ads just to submit 1 lotto card, (and this is for every card) it's crazy. Since last update the Nordstrom ads don't give X to close, can't back out. Never go off screen, you have to close app and reopen to keep playing. Very frustrating.

I just wish the odds of winning cash weren't so long. Lately the app doesn't always open and when it does it takes a long time,as much as 5 minutes or more. Also some of the catagories don't open. As of June 9, when I got the last update of your app, there have been slow-downs on playing the lotto to absolute freeze up of the app so I have only opened it to keep getting the bonus and to purchase chances with tokens for prizes.

It keeps freezing on me. I can't get through all the cards because it just freezes and I can't continue. Still having the issue after following all the suggested fixes. The biggest culprit seems to be the lotto with the multiplier. After selecting numbers an add plays the when it gets to the screen to press the button it freezes. It happens on other cards too, but most frequently with that one.

I used to play all the games on this app to accrue tokens and try to win money (which rarely happens), but now with the length of the many, many ads I only open the app and play 1 round and close the app. I refuse to waste my time having to watch VERY lengthy ads with little to no rewards. My advice is to not waste your time! I know PCH has to have ads, but the length of the ads and how numerous they are is absolutely ridiculous! I've played many years, but think I'm uninstalling.

A couple of weeks ago, some parameters were changed, and now the app freezes while playing. The scoring has changed, and now it takes longer to play because of pauses and freezing of the app while playing. It's very frustrating now, and I'm less likely to play as long as I used to. In the description, it says there are "Double Token Rewards." The "Double Token Rewards" have been REMOVED.

Essentially anything you click will prompt 2-3 ads to pop up. They last anywhere from 10 to 30 seconds, depending on if it let's you exit the ad before it's finished. It can get pretty annoying but since there's no option to pay for no ads, it is what it is. It's probably how they make some money to help pay for prizes. Also occasionally something will freeze & block you out for a day or two unless you reinstall. Aside from those issues, the games are decent & I hope I eventually win something.

The app is full of lotto style game cards and drawings, all with extremely long odds of winning. Don't expect to be a winner here. Also, between each "lotto ticket" there are annoying, irrelevant and rather long advertisements, some you can skip through but others you have to wait for them to finish. The app also freezes at times, making you close out of the app and go back in. Overall, the app is fine to pass the time, as long as you have no expectations of winning any of the cash prizes.

This app crashes every single time the Yahoo adds play!!! I'm constantly losing points and having to go into settings and having to clear cache and force stop the app. I even tried to clear my data and re-sign back in with a fresh start, and it did the exact same thing. My final test was to sign in on a different device (both Samsung). The issue is with Yahoo adds. Please do something about this!

I started play to hopefully take my mind off all the bad things happening in my life and it definitely helps. The ads can get to be to much and it does ended up freezing multiple times a day making it hard to completely some of the things. If your playing just to win items I suggest you give that up as the chances of that happening are very small.

2015 review - I am so addicted to this game. 2022 review - I am unable to play anything anymore. It freezes, it's so slow, when I am able to get to play 1 game it then freezes right after it. There's so many glitches. It will not load 1/2 the time. Ive deleted the app then download it with NO LUCK! It continues to freeze, has so many errors & screen goes black & there. There's just too many issues to list! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!

Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, and I keep getting the intro where it's blue and days cash prizes, etc, and shows money. But then it never loads. It used to work before, and I'm using the same phone (S23 Ultra), so it's fairly new. I'm going to try again to see if it will load. The other PCH apps work for me, but this one is not. Edit: I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to get it to work for the day then it stops working. It's really inconvenient.

I have been using this app every since you came out with it. Before no problems, now way to many problems. Way to many ads, and video commercials. You have made many changes, and its caused many problems. It just sits there and loads never opening. Did everything. Turned off adblocker, got it for 2 days, but now it will not open at all. Uninstalled, reinstall & nothing.

I never had trouble using this app before, but now it's starting to give me problems. When my numbers are picked, then as usual, it goes to advertising. The problem starts during advertising. It will switch immediately to the android app market, and then when I try to go back to the PCH lotto app, it immediately has to reload the app, and I'm back to square one. It never did that before
