Absolutely horrible app. All it does is show when your membership expires you can track orders which is available on the other apps.

tried to open the app. It closed instantly. And told me there's a bug in the app. It said afterwards to wait to redownload until after bug is fixed. get with it pcgs!

I'm finding it difficult to join the club. Boots me out. unable to join. Entering your date of birth is just ridiculous! You shouldn't have to tap through each month of the years until you reach your DOB. App needs updating.

Most of the buttons don't work. So all you can do in this app is track your submissions. Also why are there so many apps? Why can't you put all of the PCGS stuff in one app? That's just inconvenient & a bit annoying. I love PCGS but this app is stupid.

It's easy to use for me keep your apps and phone updated no problem easy to use after you figure out the setup. Only once has it not worked 4 me down for updates after that never any problem. Thanks @PCGS .

Good company. Terrible app. I'm in an infinite loop of typing my email, password, and SMS code. Then it repeats. Fastest uninstall I've had.

I love this company for many reasons..one is their reports on gold and silver, their quick service. They're a little bit expensive, but their rep. proceeds them! I am using a Android phone.

The tracking is fantastic!!! Shows progress and all info on each coin! Has links to coin facts. Everything is easy to find and use. Great App!!!

I've used this app and the ones that assist it by the same company. All of which have been a great deal of help to me in my hobby of con collecting and trading. Could use a little work with getting things to be a little more dummied down though. Not all of us coin junkies are as hip to proper terminology ...

Horrible experience and I'm a huge coin collector so this is disappointing to say the least. Nothing works in the app and it's way too difficult to submit coins and they charge way too much.

No wonder the rating is so low. I downloaded the app and not one button work's in the app beside settings. Please have this fixed ASAP! I would like to continue using PCGS, but there are always others out there. A company as big as PCGS should not have these issues with its apps. I will change it back to 4 star once it's fixed.

I Love The Start Of The Collecting Your "Graded Collection" In One Spot. They Need To Keep Going Though, By Making It Much Easier To Get Things Actually Graded! I Have A Beautiful Collection, But I Need It Graded, Its Such A Process, To Actually Get Collectibles Graded-Or Even Checked Out To See If Its Worth It... Grading Definitely Needs A Much Faster-Easier-Precise-Fair System! A Easier Way To Do Things.. But its Getting There With Auctions Added. (I Have A Dew Ideas)

Love the app except after installing, got pcgs first page as a pop-up that will not stop. Anyone who was able to fix this PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW! Enjoy the ability to ref which I have/need. When using PCGS graded items, this app is fantastic. Tweeks needed to update values so none stay zero and non-PCGS items to add to sets eventually. I wish adding Annax or NGC was easier. I can't get my inventory description to show what "other" coin is, so stopped adding non-PCGS. Site is awesome!

I was high on the horse feeling good about becoming a member and having my coins graded. I sent first set. Disappointed not necessarily about the low grade. But more less the actual part of me having to explain the errors. It's like they don't do anything but see if it's clean then how scratched up it is. Then grade. Then don't pay attention to if it has errors. I felt like it was just a hurried up experience without actually checking the coin out. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. my opinion.

Requires authentication to login. When you open the text to get the number it resets to username. Same thing if you opt for a phone call? Therefore making it impossible to login on a mobile device. Also it appears that biometric login is not an option? These issues render the app completely useless.

I find PCGS's multiple interrelated apps cumbersome and I just downloaded the set registry app (twice) and it won't open. Furthermore, no reason is given for the failure to function. I had no difficulty registering my coins with NGC and there was only one app. So far, I think I've downloaded four things for PCGS. Fortunately, they are free. Otherwise I think I could really be disappointed.

***EDIT I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and it now appears to work fine. There's not much functionality to the app, however. Certainly not enough to justify its size - hence the 3 stars.*** It doesn't work. The sign-in page just repeats over and over when you input your account email address. I have uninstalled it. I seem to remember it used to work at one time, so... Keep up the amazing work devs!
