My grandson loves the games, however we have to download the games every single time he plays. Downloading the games once should be be all it takes. What's the problem with your app?

This game is AMAZING for children š im really impressed a kid can sit dont playing this for a hour straight. And its completely free. You dont have to play for any games in it everything is free but the reason why its a 4 star is only because you need internet or you cant play it. But other then that this a just straight up great š š. Love this game hope you love it too!

Pros: kids seem to enjoy the variety of games and it keeps them entertained and learn some new topics. Cons: significant oversight with the grownups tab having no PW lock in place, even while in Samsung kids. This allows kids to delete games from storage and to be able to change the amount of gb allowed to be downloaded shift from less than 1 GB to up to 5 GB. Biggest issue is kids can switch from cellular data to wifi easily, resulting in kids using up cellular data without realizing it.

I was having a lot of issues when we first downloaded, I wasn't able to access the games. I'm about to delete. Overall impressions: 1) No organized way to access games already downloaded. 2) only option to remove downloaded games; have to remove all the downloaded games. 3) no written "preview" of what games do, to determine if a user would like to proceed. 4) takes forever on my phone to download that not knowing what games do is counterintuitive.

Great for little kids. My nephews love this app and everything is fun and educational on their level. It keeps them focus for hours. I don't mind being they are learning and excited about the app especially the games. Everyone with little kids or at least in grade school or below should download this app. With many choices to choose from, it keep every child interested. This app is amazing! š„°

It's great, my son loves the games and characters. Where it's kind of a pain is the data management. There is a maximum amount of games it will allow you to keep at one time, but you can't choose WHICH ones to keep or get rid of. The only option is to erase ALL of them and start over with none, if your kid decides they want to try a new one that they don't have yet. Either getting rid of the cap on the number of games, or at least giving an option to manage which games to keep would be nice.

The app is great overall but you can't cancel pending downloads, so when my kids try to download 50 games at once, and they really only want the latest choice, there's no way to stop or prioritize the others. If I clear all data I would think I could start over from scratch but something still prevents it from starting new downloads after that. There should be some sort of queue parents can access to stop specific downloads, or we should be able to click a game once more to display options.

This was my sons all time favorite app. No issues and so much fun for him. He has learned so much while enjoying the games. Then suddenly it is no longer compatible with any of our kindle devices. Horrible. It works on our chromebook but that's it. Not sure what the problem is but hopefully this app progresses to be available on Kindle devices.

Typically, this is a pretty awesome app! My 3 year old loves the games and activities, as she watches the shows on T.V. daily. Sadly, this past week, the app has refused to work. Everytime she tries to access it, it opens for a moment, and then immediately exits out of the app. I tried uninstalling it, and then reinstalling it, but that didn't work. There are also no updates needed. I have a LG G8 ThinQ phone. If it's possible, please fix it. Besides that, the app really is wonderful!

My daughter loves the PBS kids games app. However, as noted by other reviewers, there's a reason I give only 2 stars. This app has bugs/glitches. Will spontaneously close, freeze/ act like it's losing a game that never starts. Usually I've been able to uninstall and reinstall to fix but at this time I've reinstalled and the app continues to close without even opening fully. Disappointing...

There are some great games in here, but the sheer amount of games and the fact that there is no ability to sort by age or only allow certain games makes the app really frustrating for my 3 year old. She keeps opening games that are too difficult for her age and then getting mad that she can't figure out how to play them. If there were an option to only show games for a certain age or just to allow parents to only select a few games to show on the main screen at a time then it would be perfect!

The games should have settings so younger children can not access the advanced games. Also if the games were organized by age, that would be great. We love playing games with all of our PBS characters. I have two children that share the app on my phone. Switching between levels would help tremendously. Also, I have unistalled and reinstalled app to fix system crash.

My 6 year old loves soany of these games! She had an interesting feature request that I agree would be fantastic: In the Pinkalicious game, there is storybook maker. She loves making up stories to go with the scenes and would like to be able to see her words on the "pages". She suggested a voice-to-text feature and the ability to save the "book" so that we could read her story again sometime. She would be over the moon if you implemented this!

This is my 3 year old son's favorite app. He uses it all the time and we normally love it. But for the past 2 days, every time he tries to exit a game to play another, which- let's be real- can happen every 10 seconds because he's 3, the app freezes. It just stays on that hot pink loading screen without changing while I have a toddler on the verge of meltdown because he wants to play and can't. Fix the issue and the app is a solid 4 stars. (Because not all the games are always available.)

My daughter likes this app. I don't know when it started, but the the audio stopped working. It possibly started when I got my new phone. I am a tech engineer & tried a few troubleshooting things. I couldn't figure it out. I noticed that the app attempts to change the audio settings when it loads, which is causing the audio to fail. Bug? I've noticed quite a few people have audio issues. I have an LG V30, which has an audio chip for Hi-Fi Quad DAC.

This is a good app and it's used a lot by our five year old. My only issue, much like the video app, is the data usage. Make SURE you have a WIFI connection or unlimited data. Frustratingly, this app also has issues disconnecting when minimized (currently on Android KitKat, though this has been an issue for awhile now), so you can't be sure the app isn't drawing data unless you manually close it out of the tray. For example you can minimize the app and turn off the phone, but occasionally it will randomly start playing music from the loaded game even when the phone is in "sleep" mode. It's still a good app for kids, but you might have to have some rules governing when it can/can't be used and make absolutely certain it's been completely closed out when your child is done or you can kiss your monthly data goodbye.

My 5 year old loves the games on here. Normally i dont let my kid play games but this is very kid friendly. Only problem i have is that you're supposed to be able to play the games you've already downloaded OFFLINE. It's only allowed my child to play offline once and that was only 3 games. The 20+ other games downloaded won't show up. All other times i open the app offline and it just stays on the loading screen. Even tried letting it sit there for 30 minutes but just stayed on loading screen
