Rubbish.. all my log in and passward is right and it say wrong password. Tbh change the it company.. i cant even go any online transaction.. always need to log into my laptop for transcation. What the point for you to create an app

Running a small business - bakery. Weaknesses: 1.Need to log in repeatingly to check when customer pay with ewallet. This app is created for low transactions business. 2.Each QR code only allow 1 user/device to receive notification/ to check transaction. This app is created for 1 cashier business. Unless create multiple of QR code for all staff. Why making it so complicated? 3.No ewallet sound box to notify user. Need to check manually every time using it. Again, log in issue. Not efficient.

At first I use is ok, then I try to log in check recent transaction keep on saying wrong password while logging in via website exactly with same password no problem. Trying to clear cache + data + reinstall, none of this method works. Please fix the problem as I'm unable to check with any transaction record. Not convenient for business owner

Poorly executed apps, can't log in, had to generate DUITNOW QR CODE using the merchant site. Try using duitnow, specifically so that I can use the multiple e-wallets on a unified code, but can't seem to get it to work. So I'm still stucked with multiple codes from different merchant at the counter, which all of them works respectively accept for Public bank's one. One does wonder whether your IT team ever tested anything before rolling them out? We are talking bout money here, not plain papers.

Problematic app and problematic Bank.. Cannot log in, try to reset password same thing happen. Planning to close account with this bank already.. Giving me a hard time already. Doesn't recommend other people to use their app or services anymore. Plus their staff also not helping, tell me to update my phone and app eventhough everything was updated.

Been trying to lock in for days and never successfully. Always system under maintenance. PB have the most lousy online banking apps

Almost 4 weeks we didn't receive any QR payment notification after the App update & even the app showing the transaction was delay almost 3-4 hours.

fix your app la, dam notification come so slow when internet is fine and other app work perfectly, logging also take forever to load, sometimes even crash when try to log in
