font is too small , old man cannot read. Update on 15 jul 24 , fail to initiate the app when i want to do some transaction which require pbsecuresign by my mobile data .

Lousy app that keeps on freezing or hang. Need to clear data or cache each time that happens and you will have to reactivate you PBe securesign each time at ATM. Make life difficult. Not gonna use Public Bank anymore

it's keeps asking to be updated when it's already up to date, this has been going on for a while now and it's annoying. PS, this issue still pops up from time to time even after 6 months of leaving this review. On top of that, the interface also freezes which makes transactions impossible to do for the past week, please fix this part asap

I wonder if the developer tested their apps before release. Most of the time it force the user to login into pbe bank website and perform transaction from there and get approval from the apps. But to someone OTG how are they going to approve transaction where the apps doesn't prompt for transaction approval? And why having some many apps to do the same thing why none of it is working as intended.

Very bad apps, when trying to do Duitnow transfer, after keying in all the details as required, the apps always do nothing when clicked next. Useless if I can do Duitnow transfer...

Please fix the ongoing issues with the app. The pop up notice always says "connection error. time out" something like that whenever we are trying to make payment or money transfer. Sigh...

Whenever using QR payment, I will always get "Connection Timeout." Please enable screenshot also, since the app is unable to be screenshot, so it is hard to show proof to the receiver about the failed transfer.

Hi, I am using Oppo. The apps was good till a few days ago . Can't login. after 1 day of trying , decided to reinstall . The screen stay freezed on terms and condition page. Disappointed as it failed when I really needed it to do an urgent transaction. Discoved that having friends in need was great. it's clear the recent upgrade would be the cause.

The app always prompt error message of "System Maintenance Notice" or "Connection Timeout". I can't even access to the login page. I pretty sure that there is no system maintenance because this problem is happening start from 2 weeks before until now!!! Please don't tell me your system is under maintaining for 2 whole weeks. I also confident to my internet connection, which I can confirm my internet connection is no problem. So, what is the problem with? Definitely is the coding problem!!

Otherwise, I've had no issues with the app but now I am unable to login at all. It keeps saying turn off your usb debugging. I checked every setting in my phone, that's not even a feature of my phone. I can't even locate usb debugging, how could it be on? Please fix it. Unable to make transfers.

This is an example of fked up app design that completely failed on essential functionalities. Super unintuitive UI and confusing UX, even for tech literate users, let alone seniors were able to figure it out the confusing UI. Bad UX, malpractice, custom software keyboard input. How to bind, revoke, or change device? Don't know, hidden guidance. How to transfer money to pb account? You will have hard time to find the selection. Want to paste others account number? Paste is not allowed. Tf

Useless outdated app from a useless bank. Got an error code but when trying to contact the bank they have so few support staff that I can't even join the call queue and they automatically hung up on me instead.

What I can say is, they need to upgrade this apps. Not friendly user at all. I want to pay extra to my loan but I can't adjust the amount. I need to pay the same mthly repayment. Most of other bank apps I can adjust the amount, but this apps, it's sucked.

Congratulations for being the worst banking apps, just theses few days I'm using the qr payment and it is amazingly awful, like I'm just retrying a few times and when it's clear I have been throwing out my money just because the retry. Not mentioning the other options that aren't available in the apps even transferring money feels like I'm going back to 2014 cause it keeps refreshing itself, such a nostalgic feeling

Worst banking app ever! For those who are using Oppo Reno 7 Pro. Definitely got problem with this app. Seriously, so many problems and it's going on for almost few years! Please don't tell me you've taken no action about this issue. Tak kan lah you got no workers yg boleh fix this issue. It's been going on for years man! Well, because of this app, I've change to other bank. Goodbye PB. Your app is so so disappointed. Congratulations for winning the WORST BANK APP ever. Not even worth my 1 star.

After update, the App hang when received transaction approval. I'm not able to approve any transactions. When relaunch the app, I'm not able to log in at all (hang again). I uninstalled and reinstalled, the App hang at first page (T&C) agreement. This is the worse update.

Very bad experience!!! During login the page pbe, unable to login said have to turned off screenshot/screen recording function. Sent email to asked for customer service, only get feedback said have to untick the debugging function at developer option. But it is not workable! Ask again the customer service, end up no respond! Really bad experience!

This most helpless banking app is making my banking experience worst. It's suppose to ease the process but the app doesn't allow me to click on approve button at all while I've no such issue in using other banking apps and other apps in my phone. Now even the login page also no response at all. And if I reinstalled, I have to go to ATM (which the location is always inconvenient) to activate the securesign again, wait for 12 hours again, imagine I have to do this everytime the app fails.

Screen recording issue pop up, cannot login, already follow the guidelines, all nearby device been disable but the apps still prompt the same message.. why creating something that not user friendly.. if maybank app and screen recording is turn on, the app will be blank.. please learn from them, its better than make user cannot login..

App stuck at the login page. I cannot click on anything at all. I tried uninstalling the app but now i am stuck at agreement page. I cannot click on anything, the app just freeze. *Edited:* The customer service suggest some solutions. Some solution is vague and the problem is unsolvable. I check some online review on pb app freeze and found out that the problem lies in 'display over app' option. Bluelight filter app has permission for this so disable that and I can use the app now
