New PB engage KH suite of services include:
Bakong e-Wallet:
Create your own Bakong e-Wallet with the following services:
• Bakong Top-up
• Send
• Receive
• QR Pay
• Deposit
Bakong Transfer:
• Perform real-time fund transfer from your Savings Account / Current Account in USD or KHR to beneficiary’s Savings Account / Current Account with another participating bank / micro-finance institution.
Peer-to-Peer (P2P):
• Use QR Pay function to perform fund transfer to any Campu Bank account or create your own QR code to receive payment.
Quick Balance
View your account balances via Fingerprint login.
Account Summary
View your full account summary/details in real-time.
Transfer
Perform real-time fund transfer to your favourite and other CPB accounts and other bank’s account through Banker’s Cheuque, Credit Remittance and FAST Payment, and also to overseas banks.

• Access to your fingerprint for Quick Balance authorisation.

•Access to your contact directory to give you the convenience to select your contacts when you perform Prepaid Top-Up.

I had this app before, I deleted it cos it kept saying timeout and i cnt log in. Now online transfer need app device approval only but i cnt even do tht since it wont even let me log in! So how?!

Wasted app, always log out and error internal transfer for no reason! Even if you call to service center but still can't help. Anyway you can not find online support too

I only use this disgusting banking app because my salary is getting through this bank. Otherwise I will never ever use this kind of "out of date" and "complicated" annoyed" app. You guys should learn from ABA, Prasac or Wing. They have way better and secured banking app.

Bad. This app supposed to make thing convenient, yet the app itself is not convenient to use. Take too much time, complicated steps and the visual is bad also.

It's one of the poorest app compare to its competitors. I found it too difficult and too slow to use the app and most of the menu items doesn't work.

Very poor app even login user name when you start typing each letter overwrite on another and every time app closed automatically if you wrongly pressed backspace than you have to close the app and start the process from begining. Now newer version is bring more irritation from last two days unable to login.

I tried several banking apps for money transfer using KHQR codes, but this app is the worst. While I was able to perform money transfer from bank to bank with ease by just using KHQR codes on the other apps, but it doesn't work with this one.

Your app is really slow. When I open bakong wallet .it close the app please update and fix that problem

It always update and nothing changes. It worsted for using this app. I felt that it interrupted and bother the customers too much for taking time to update. I hope it can improve to be better. Since I used it I felt unconvinced to use it anymore.
