My account was verified. I am able to make transfer via Web version, but in mobile app I still see the status "need additional Information" Support did not help at all. A couple of weeks has passed. I tried to reinstall and clear data. Mobile app is not working for me. Awful quality.

Don't download this app. This app is just scamming people I just want a refund for my money because the money that i send is already delay again they told me that I need to wait 3 more days for this the hell the reason I send money because that money is urgent and you guys are just wasting everybody's time I just want my money back it's that hard

The last payments take a very long time to be sent. I have been waiting for the second day for the money to be delivered from the USA to China. It's impossible to do something quickly don't recomed it

It use to be quick and easy to send money, and receiver would get in minutes. Now i can't even login. Getting a massage enter your cell phone number without th +sign and contry code, but those are prefilled and impossible to remove. Also after reading the latest reviews I will be looking for another app. Disappointed.

Poor. The site is overwhelmed and human contact is , I found, extremely difficult. You keep getting messages when you log in that documentation is incomplete and that is after they have taken through their app a copy of my passport, photograph and a video of front and sides of the face. My Bank account has been charged with 2 x sending fees only one of which has been refunded and this is for no service. After chasing the status of the sending they terminated my account .

Multiple transfer has been made with this app. This app seize my money. Also seize my Freinds money. Also seize my sister money. Thand when you write to get help. No one replied you. This is very bad. Bad reputation. Don't use the app. If you don't want to cry. The app supposed to have emergency available customer services number. But they do not have and they do not care. Think twice before you use this app. So that you won't regret

The worst experience I ever had, I've made a transaction using this app and till today the recipient haven't received the funds and neither I received back into my account (an entire week wasted waiting for the transaction is completed)... poor customer service. I am so frustrated with this process...

This is the most overrated transfer app. Just pray that nothing happens to your transfer because you may not get a refund. The policy on their website mentioned 3 business days for a refund it's a lie, the customer service is just an AI bot. Transfer at your own risk!

Absolutely ridiculous. I sent a transaction on June 8th which my recipient declined. I then received the e-transfer link with my refunded however I never received the SMS passcode to accept the transfer. Update 07/08 - FINALLY received my refund

I'm going to stay with Xoom and PayPal it's cheaper to send money through Xoom and PayPal. Do not used a credit card to send money you are going to get a charge fee of $10.00+$2.22+$1.99 charge paysend.

I've been trying to get help from this money transfer app, but the response times are frustratingly slow. It takes around three hours to get a reply between messages. This poor customer service makes me think about switching to a more reliable app.

It worked wonderful the first time, money came within minutes, tried to send mxn to cad. The problem came the second time I tried to send more money. I never received the confirmation codes either by SMS or through my bank app. NEVER. Tried many different times, treid different amounts $, tried on different days... Nothing. Waste of time. On top ot that Support is awful, no way to call or at least contact a human being. Bummer.

I have been sending money with this app for about 2 months now, but just today I sent $80 to the same exact recipient, my card was charged but they never received the money. The most frustrating thing is that their in-app support never replies to my messages asking for help. This is infuriating!!! Unbelievable!!!

The AI used on the app needs humans. My transaction was found to have been delivered, but only after I tried to see if the money had arrived in time. With no message confirming what was a time vital amount going to a friend. On asking a question, I was given options that quickly disappeared and codes that couldn't be entered. It seemed the system had gone mad. After several hours of stress and worry, I found the money had arrived a few minutes after being sent and cancelled the new transaction.

The worst app ever !! After the deducted the money from my bank account the transaction was failed. I waited 10 days to be refunded but that nothing credited to bank account, contacted the customer service for 3 weeks in row they have the same answer its like an AI Generated message!! It's been a month and i didn't receive my refund ! And it seems they have no problem for the app owners to face legal issues! Dont use this app unless you are ready to risk your money

AVOID!!! Don't repeat my mistake! Don't use this garbage! I wanted to sent 1000 Canadian dollars from Canada to Ukraine 3 days ago using E-transfer, the transaction got stuck somewhere, I cannot cancel it, and cannot proceed. The support is not helpful at all, they only waste my time feeding me messages like "please wait" and "we are working on your issue". I contact them every few hours, but no help at all! I'm starting to think that paysend is a scam, so I will be reporting it to police!

100% worthless. The bot walked me thru the additional documents needed. But even after that, the transaction was refused. When I asked what else I needed, each time I was told everything was good. But declined 2 more times. I responded to the emails but got no response other than "we haven't heard from you so we're canceling your transaction. 0 out of 10. Worthless.

TERRIBLE!! You can not talk to them regarding issues, there's no phone numbers listed. If you email them, the customer service is terrible! They are on auto mode and don't even read your email. I had 3 failed transactions, yet they haven't refunded me the verification dollar amounts back to my account and it's been a month! Do NOT recommend! Use a different money transfer service!!!
