Moved into a complex that uses this. Selecting the washers was easy but the app would not pick up the signals for any machine in the building when needing a dryer. It also does not allow to choose an amount to use for the dryer. It takes a full 45 minute cycle payment even if you only need 15 additional minutes. I tried scanning QR codes to select a dryer and it kept saying no machines anywhere. I chatted support and it just told me no machines. Took me almost 30 mins to finally have it pop up.

Have to keep logging it to the screen for each machine to make multiple payments before you can even start a machine. Really time intensive, inefficient app. It's really lame having to depend upon it to do my laundry. Have to charge up in larger increments than I'd like so I'm pretty locked into it, sadly. Some simple improvements would make it much more efficient and be more respectful of the users time and result in higher review ratings.

Super easy to use. You can watch the timer in the app so you don't have to keep going back to the machines to check how much longer before the cycle is finished. Adding your debit/cred card is a cinch but you can also pay with Venmo, Google Pay and even Cryptocurrency! Sometimes new technology does help simplify your life a little bit. This is one of those occasions.

They keep your balance. They use a prepaid 'credits' system, don't allow custom funding amounts, and make it difficult to get back a any remaining balance. They are basically pocketing customers money, earning the interest, and keeping forgotten balances. Shady practices, I would avoid this company. Update: I was just double charged, two charges for $6.50 each on same machine within 2 minutes. Sent email for support/refund however I have to pre purchase another $10 minimum to dry clothes $2.50

it would be nice if you could do a wrinkle setting on the dryer. There are coupons and discounts but I can't/haven't figured out where or how to get them. The sign in our facility says first washer/dryer use is free but I didn't receive it. Outside of that, it's great to not have to run out and get quarters. I use the app almost every wash.

The interface is easy to use and connects quickly to Bluetooth. My only issue is the times displayed on the app do not sync up with the machine; often when the machine is 'done' there's still 5-7 minutes left. If you can plan around it it's a great alternative to cash.

If this was an add on to existing Visa/debit swipe it would be great 3rd option. However it's innovative: It uses Bluetooth through an secure app to pay. Also you still can use quarters if you choose. Though not yet accustomed to using a Bluetooth app for doing laundry, the learning curve is minimal and I'm discovering people are loving this app and its convenience. PROs: Good feature: it shows the time you have on your wash/dry. Also the company has very good customer service.

I want to give the app more stars because of its EASE OF USE, but I don't like that I can't customize the amount I put into the dryer. Adding 25 at a time on the app is a pain; i.e. it's far easier to drop a few quarters and press a button to add time. That being said, the app is a thing of beauty when it comes to starting washers: forty quarters, one-by-one, with many being rejected by the machine, is the cumbersome option.

The app no longer sends notifications when laundryis finished. At first I thought maybe it was just a problem with my phones settings. but in my android notification settings this app is tagged as "does not send notifications" and it's impossible to turn them on. Not sure if someone labeled something wrong when uploading an update to the app store or what, but this means the app cannot send notifications anymore.

Convenient not having to load quarters but funding should be A LOT MORE FLEXIBLE!!! Starting at $10.00 is too high!!!! Also option to update credit card expiration date we would be good vs. having to delete it entirely and starting from scratch. And again, more funding options would be a big improvement!

A good idea that doesn't actually pan out. Let's start with the fact that my phone can be sitting right on top of the unit in question, and it still says it can't see it (with or without a connection to my personal wifi). If I try scanning the QR code, it has never *once* recognized it as a valid code. If it recognizes the washer or dryer, it takes two or three or four OR FIVE times to get it to recognize that yes, I really **DO** want to use this unit. It just doesn't work as advertised.

Works good app is easy to use and machine works every time for my friends and I. Just don't overload the machines and you'll be just fine. Add more to your account add clothes, detergent, etc and make sure you have Bluetooth turned on when you open the app. Slide to pay. When I first started with it it have me some free loads for joining, not sure if they do that anymore. Been using it for about a year. But of course your mileage may vary based on location and machine condition.

I love the pay range experience... My only complaint is if something happens to your phone and you have to get a new phone how it is so hard to get your money back... Unfortunately I have had several phones.. I've lost money on phones I've not received my bonuses... There's never a phone number to call to talk to somebody when you have an issue.. but I still continue using the app it is more convenient than trying to get quarters... I just hope maybe one day the system will be fixed and I can

The app works for payments most of the time. Most importantly, it does not reflect the washer/dryer in use and time remaining. Someone can just look at a clock on the wall and subtract time remaining, but it shouldn't be that difficult for the app to reflect time remaining. This would help a lot on stressful days, and most laundry apps do this.

I just moved into my new studio apartment and the washer and dryer is set up with the system I got two I love it it's very convenient easy to use easy to set up it has timers on the app to let you know when the dryer and washer are done they even have special offers when you first sign up, great idea and great product with an easy to use app! This is what all laundry mats need!

I've only known about this option for a short period of time but in that time..so far I give this app 5 stars because I personally haven't ran into too many problems. The only problem I've noticed so far is that sometimes the app glitches as in like showing 5 minutes but it's really 10 minutes left on how much longer a washer or dryer has to go before it's done. But other then that, this app makes it easy and Quick to wash and dry clothes. And it's not expensive to pay through the app.

It would be nice to have the chance to customize how much you'd like to put into your account (especially those days being only 25 cents short). Also the notifications aren't timed correctly. There are times when my notification would say my laundry is done but it still has 10 minutes left. Other than that no issues and the flexibility of payment options (gift cards, venmo, etc) is great.

Not many laundromats using yet. Very convenient. You could watch tv (Redbox for free). One thing I think is important I mention. I've played the games and yes it does reward your account immediately and is available for use and that part is awesome! But one thing that bothers me is that it request to turn off your VPN which makes your phone vulnerable specially when you're downloading different games. Other than that good job overall.

They put out ads on laundry machines about getting free loads for signing up, but you never get them. Ever. There is an 'earn free credits' program now, however it's just a scam. They find any excuse possible, even making them up as they go, to refuse to give you credits you've genuinely earned. Ask for me to reach out to the support team who already acts inappropriately, at best, is inept of you, at best.

Initially, it was hard to inderstand that I selected whether to use the washer or dryer of a combo machine based on the price of the cycle. Since I got that it has been a breeze. It is very responsive and seems to remember locations. One improvement would be more accurate estimate of time left in a cycle, but a small issue. I still love it!
