1 PayPal Transfers require a PayPal Balance account and a personalized card, which arrives within 10 business days after activation of your instant issue card. If you do not already have a PayPal Balance account you will link to this Card; visit www.paypal.com to get one, or you may get one when you activate this card online. Account with PayPal required for certain features, but not to have the PayPal Prepaid Card. Transfers may not exceed $300 per day/$2,000 per rolling 30 days and are limited to the funds available in your PayPal Balance account. Transfers may only be made in the name of a valid PayPal Prepaid Mastercard Cardholder. Only one (1) PayPal Prepaid Mastercard may be linked to one (1) PayPal Balance account. PayPal Transfers cannot be reversed or canceled. The Bancorp Bank, N.A. and Mastercard are not affiliated with, and neither endorses nor sponsors, the PayPal.com online account to which various funding sources, including a PayPal Prepaid Card, may be linked.

I have been trying to log Into both my PayPal and PayPal prepaid accounts and neither one of them are letting me sign In keep giving me a error message or saying my password is wrong but when I put that I don't remember my password and give then my email and try to have something sent to me to update it I keep getting a error message it's been going on like this for a few weeks now and it's making me really upset something needs to be done about it already!!

I want to close my old cards. But I can't remember some of the information. I have heard some people use our names, cards, and old numbers in fraudulent activities? Just don't want to close without checking?

Well apparently your only allowed so many cards with your social securtlity number amd by the way this is a net spend card not PayPal... so I'm bad at keeping track of my cards I lose them very easily so I just go buy another prepaid card well now they refuse to allow me access to the new card I bought because I don't know my last card numbers! So if your card is lost or stolen your just screwed because they can not delete accounts and let you use the card you spent your hard earned money on!wow

I have a prepaid PayPal Mastercard that I've been using for making purchases in tiktok shop, I've been trying to login to my PayPal account and it pulls up "the supplied account isn't linked to the account". I've tried using my phone number, user name, and email to try and log in and it says account invalid, when I use forgot email it pops up my account and it shows my Mastercard, but doesn't show my balance on my card. Please fix this problem as soon as possible please.

Had to reorder a new card since i hardly ised my 1st 1, It got deactivated. Received my new one., uploaded it to my PayPal app. But seems that this card has its own app separate from PayPal even though it's a PayPal debit card I find it very inconvenient having to have two apps when the card is the same as the main app. Just ridiculous. 😡🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. You would think it would make no difference if you buy it from a store or requesting it in the app.

App works for the most part. I've had issues where I can't log in or it goes to black screen sometimes but it hasn't been as much of a problem lately. PayPal Prepaid is still a very helpful service overall.

The app is convenient. But the card is awesome. Plenty of locations to Load the card, friendly, helpful, customer service, very knowledgeable. Added bonus, once you establish a history of positive balance, and history of adding funds, twice I have overdrafted as much as 30 dollars. And no overdraft fees.! Only down side is live customer support is NOT available.

Been using this app for 2 years to pay my bills. The past few months I've been late on 6 bills now because the app is up to date but won't load to transfer cash from my cash plus balance. Just blue circles loading and error messages. Getting fed up. Cleared cache,data, reinstalled. Nothing fixes it. It only works when I wants to.

I've been with paypal prepaid for many years. For the most part, the app has been pretty reliable. Unfortunately, this new update is kinda bugging out and I can't log in. I'm not sure where to report it so I'll leave it here for now. Honestly though, no minimum amount, no overdraft fees. Just a monthly $5 maintenance fee. Can't really beat that.

This is probably the first time I've had issues, but it's making it possible to use PayPal at all. It keeps asking me to complete a security challenge when I try logging into my accout or when I buy something that needs me to log into my account. However, I have to try several times because the security challenge either doesn't finish loading or won't load at all.

I have been using this app for awhile now, and it is freezing up after logging in and I have called customer service and they say there is no problem with the mobile app. Really? Read all the reviews about it freezing up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone and still freezes up. If can't get it fixed then I will switch cards.

last few months i have not been able to log into my account. it will bring up the screen to send my phone a code & just says loading. ive waited 20 mins & it never stopped loading. i checked for updates & it was updated. i uninstalled & reinstalled it. now it just says webpage cannot be found. it doesnt load anything. it sends me text alerts but if i try to text bal or last, it tells me to contact customer service

Used to be a decent app for use with the card. In the past month or so though, I have lost the ability to make bill payments online. For some reason my acct info was removed from my saved payment methods on several sites (this is a card issue, not the app... but still a problem). Edit: recent issue with app freezing immediately after login has been resolved. adjusted rating to reflect that.

Love Paypal & have used them for a long time. App works well except for trying to do savings transfers. This has been going on for a few months & has not improved even after latest update. It will take you to the savings info but when you try to do a transfer, it just continuously reloads back to original overlook page. Only way to complete a savings transfer is by logging on through website, which kind of negates the need for the app.

I love this app and have used this card for over a year now. but ever since the last update it will get to the dashboard then lock up and do nothing. my phone is still functioning and has memory left over but the app won't do anything no matter how long I let it sit. Sometimes it won't even finish loading the transaction history before locking.

I have just very recently download this app so I could deposit my checks via mobile app. The claim of getting the check posted in minutes was true. However, there is a fee for doing that (mine was 17 dollars!). If you choose not to pay the fee (why is it so high, they're getting 5 bucks a month off you already) then you have to wait 10 days and your funds might be available. Just wanted to throw that out there for everyone. More of a headache than a convenience.

The app currently does not work at all. Upon logging in, the app itself freezes and no functions are able to be used. As for customer service, it is basically non-existent. There is no way to truly contact anyone when an issue arises. You can either mail them or email which I have yet to hear back from either. The check deposit function is completely terrible. The targeting for the camera is erratic at best and hopefully there is a ton of light to even capture an image that they can see.
