I tried to use this platform to receive payments from my customers, I comply with all the registration process and when was the time to receive my first payment, my customer send the money, however in payoneer the status was: Canceled, customer care said my account wasn't prepared to "this kind of transactions" so I asked what I must do to solve this, and they just tell me that reprocess, but asked what would be different the second time, and I couldn't have a clear answer, so there is a risk...

I was applying for a Payoneer virtual card. It has been nice working days. But I still haven't received a Payoneer virtual card. And after submitting the bank statement it is still under review. I'm having a lot of trouble. I need to run an ad on Facebook and I need a super fast card. I would like the Payoneer team to approve my virtual card very soon.

It's literally the worst app for payment ever. Don't use this app or Payoneer will refuse to release your money, even after verification they'll start asking for more verification. The app has withheld my money for days now even though I've provided the digital ID that I have and it was rejected, I don't have a passport or driver's license so what am I supposed to do?. I should have just used a better app in the first place to receive my payment.

This app is just broken. The new operation approval via notifications doesn't work at all. App is loading forever and when it loads it doesn't show anything. Also verification center is broken: when I try to attach a file, attachment form crashes and I redirected back to account menu.

Idk how hrad is it to make app that works it's hard isn't? For some reason you HAVE HAVE. To put a payment method in thr registration process ok no problem but for some reason the whole world recognizes 5 credit cards and 3 debt cards with the same address but your app says now i use them to pay all over the world but you app doesn't think the address is correct maybe you guys know something no one else know ,, and tried to write manual or as it is saved on the phone didn't like it either way!!

I've been a customer for +6 years & suddenly Payoneer decided to deactivate my account. I actively use it to get/pay payments. I contacted payoneer to see regarding the issue & the response was that this is for security purpose & they reviewed my account & decided it was not secure enough for other users so they closed it and there is no chance to create a new one! Do you have any idea how much inconvenience you have caused to a long term customer?! You just randomly decide to close accounts?

Application experience is DISMAL. Had to repeat so many times, and each time something new comes up which hangs the process until I've tried verifying too many times and should try again in an hour. I DONT THINK SO. If account set up is this bad, imagine the nightmare of using such a service!!!

A terrible company and a terrible app, stay away from Payoneer like your avoiding the devil. I had an idlssue with verification and that caused my account to be blocked while an active transaction is still pending, i consider my self lucky to get a refund after 10 days of the transaction, other people did lose their money, there is no customer support, once your account is blocked, you can't contact a human , only a pre programed bot that can't help with anything. Clearly a fraudulent company.

Not a great app. They just cut the only $20 i received as annual fees and say I still have to pay $10 more. It's too much. They deduct from transactions and you also have to pay an annual fee that's too much. It's too much fees than any other online wallet or a traditional bank. I'm so disappointed because I haven't had much money here but they just deducted the first money I received.

Why do I always fail to fill in and complete the detailed data when I want to add another recipient account? and what's worse is that we weren't told which data was incorrect, so my account was always locked for 30 MINUTES. As a lay user, I don't understand how complicated the verification system in this application is. The verification system is very difficult and difficult to understand. so it's really difficult for me to add a new recipient account. and my account is always locked for 30 min.

So far, this app has done what it said it would dothe only thing I dn't like about this app is the double charge. Meaning for each transaction transfer they take a fee from your money and still be taking a whooping $29usd annual fee from your money which caught ne unexpectedly in April and that's just greedy. No other app that I use do that. Paypal takes an instant fee on some transactions with no additional annual fee. Joinbrands take a percentage of each jib with no additional annual fees etc.

The verification documents were reviewed for almost a year, from June to March. During this time, the documents provided were out of date, and I had to go to the bank to get a new certificate. There is no possibility to send several documents at once, if, for example, the official state document on registration at the address is not accepted (why?!). The application works terribly, half of the menu redirects you to the browser, where you have to re-authorize. Also authenticator app not allowed

I couldn't send or receive any money until now. It's because of the verification. It's great to verify properly, but they don't take everything at the same time. I have opened my payoneer account for almost 1 and half months but the verification stage didn't end. So, now the problem is they don't take everything needed for verification. They take necessary things for one after another and to verify one thing they take 2 to 3 days. It's too much time consuming. They can just take all of them once

The worst of all the payment apps. The app design is actually nice and well laid out. But actually trying to transfer money in or out is to descend in to a hell of unnecessary checks, nonsensical requests for additional documents, agents who can't/dont fix anything, a mobile app where half the links don't work and a final result where it's actually impossible to make payments to anyone

Payoneer is the WORST money sending app I've ever used. It's interface is hard to use and understand, they require way more information and requirements than any app, they don't support most non-North American or non-European countries, the options don't work on the app and they transfer to a browser where they then ask you to sign-in again, customer service is literally non-existent with them, and so much more! This app is SO goddamn frustrating! I HATE this app and company! You are the WORST.

Super Convenient App > Easy access to my funds at anytime, transferring money is fast, reliable and the app interface is extremely user friendly. Verdict on the App = 5 🌟. Customer Support > not very reliable. You have to go through a ton of options before you are able to get help from a live person and they don't seem to pay attention to your concerns, which results in you having to be sending and opening multiple tickets before you get issues resolved. Verdict on Customer Service = 2 🌟.

It asks you to have $5K transferred to your Payoneer account via a list of Payoneer business partners to use certain features. It's ridiculous. There seems to be a loophole, though... Get a Payoneer card, providing your passport, etc., to get features activated; you'll be waiting for a time to receive your Payoneer card, too. Transfers are then somewhere, wherever your Payoneer card is, no way to know when it'll arrive. This company is a good example of when a decent company got greedy, and made it about themselves above the customer.

Uploaded by business license, EIN number, and incorporating documents, and in a few steps I was able to start banking with several currencies and local accounts. The only drawback, they don't allow person transfers to a company account, their approval system is quite old fashioned, you really have to upload one invoice after another, even for just small amounts. The rest is ok, but again, there's still room for improvement

The worst customer support ever. They reached out to me months after my issue only to let me know that the documents I uploaded were not going to work. Meanwhile, with Wise I've already sent my payments twice and I'm not going to use Payoneer now. It should be everyone's last choice, if a choice at all. Useless UI that doesn't work and opens up pages on web browser and do you guys even have a ticketing system? Doesn't seem like it, the way my issue was handled.

Could not even register. I had to swipe away to look up information multiple times, and each time the entire registration had to be started over from the beginning. Absolutely infuriating. And then, when I returned to the registration for the third or fourth time, it said I had too many attempts and I had to come back in an hour. Well I'm sorry that I don't have my bank info memorized, ok? I also don't have three phones to use simultaneously to have a dedicated screen for each app I need to use.
