The home page is telling me to access my w2 to click on the left side of the page, but there is absolutely no option to access my w2. I tried calling customer service, but they're closed. 2 thumbs down!

This app is complete trash. Tried downloading it at least 5 times but cant get past the username and password. Only tells me it cannot verify me. Highly frustrating.

Horrible app. Does not work properly and there is a severe lack of customer service. I haven't been able to see my paychecks in almost 2 months!

Just don't even bother. This app doesn't work. I haven't been able to login since I started my account. You would think using an email for verification to login could be a thing in 2023?

I liked when the app had your 401k information on the main dashboard. It was a quick easy way to check my 401k on whether it went up or down. Now I have to log into their website to check it which takes way more time.

All these oasis employee sites suck. Ive been trying to log in to print stubs the past few weeks and it keep saying my username and password is invalid...then when I go to forgot my info...it says my name and credentials dont exist. It shouldn't be this damn difficult to get a check stub printed out.

In-app webpages linking to other in-app webpages with mostly desktop UI elements that lock you out of your account if they bug out. You need to crash the app to reopen it most of the time.

Each time I try to log in, the app states that I typed in the wrong password. Even when I change the password it still doesn't remember it and as a result I get locked out of my app.

Why would you make a secure password expire. I've been 3 days working through this stupid app trying to log back in and create a new password. This happens each and every time I try to log in. It's ridiculous!

This app is pointless it literally takes you to their website login. If you know how to create a shortcut from your browser you can have the same access without having to download a app.

Unable to login. Piece of 🤬 I'll update my review if they ever fix it. In the meantime, it looks like the website is the best option. Have it set up on my GS21 Ultra with fingerprint login. The fact that the last update for this app was back on June 29, 2021 should indicate to current and potential users how serious this company (and/or) developer is serious about supporting their app/ customers. Will uninstall for now. Not even worth the 5-7mb of space it occupies on your device.

When it works, the app is great. Authentication with both the app and website have been buggy for years. Infinite login loops. I never know which one is going to work, and that makes it tough to explain how to clock in to the new guys.

Horrible. The web version or the app doesn't work with the same username and password used before. Neither validates the username and password nor sends a reset mail. Tried it many times. Waited anxiously for the first pay check but never received.

Can't use the app to access time punches. App loads very slow and have to use the website instead. Website is also janky and very slow despite having full bars of 5G signal on S22 Ultra. Customer support transferred me 3 times and had significant hold times and no resolution. Terrible app and support!

Awful, horrible.... No contact with a person, they don't keep your info more than a couple months then no one answers the phone to help you reinstate the app!!! Tried the portal option nothing there either because my password needs to be updated!!! Pisses me off, the only one answering are some fine people in benefits that I don't need it want!!! Wish I didn't need this app!!!

Yes , I do not see a place to download / print my W-2 It's very important I've got to get this to file taxes. 😳 It says their is a place on the left although, I have not found one yet! The app was nice enough to let me change my email address and I was already subscribed for paperless W-2 although nothing yet! No notifications or anything.

This app turned out to be useless. I got locked out of my account even though I knew my username and password, and tried to change it. Couldn't get anywhere. Then I just tried it again in hopes that they fixed whatever was going on with the system, they didn't. Plus, now you get the run around getting sent to everyone else an then get put on hold for hours at a time. Don't get this app. You can't get real help 😡 I haven't been able to login sense I first signed up. Don't waste your time

Horrible Experience. I can't access my health benefits at all on my phone, and the website hardly works either. It takes 5 minutes to load a slide and presents an error when I try to go back to correct something, making it impossible for me to add the benficiary to my life insurance. Extremely important stuff and I can't even access it!! Why make a site if it's hardly usable? The developers of this application did a horrible job. Might as well hire monkeys instead!

When checking my punches on the app, I can't see the calendar very well, unless my browser is in desktop mode, and when checking the transactions, I can't flick left to see my progress. I've been making sure my punches have been going through lately and need to monitor my hours, so I don't get too much overtime, per my boss. Please fix this if possible. Thanks in advance.
