Astonishingly bad for the most basic use cases that you can imagine. Do you want to look for parking locations and pricing before choosing whether or not to take a bus instead? Too bad, because you need to know the parking spot number just to try. It seems that the only viable way to use the app is to find a physical sign at the physical location after you've parked. Good luck if you don't find one. Just browse the other reviews for additional examples of the futility of using this app.

I'm guessing that all of the good reviews for this app are just new users who haven't had a problem connecting yet. The app is very convenient when it works, but eventually you'll be depending on the app to connect and it just won't. To make matters worse, instead of giving a connection error, it gives various "invalid credentials" errors. No support within the app! Basically, this app is exactly what you would expect from a company that makes its money via government contracts: it works until it doesn't, then there is no support or accountability.

Overall one of the worst apps I have the privilege of using everyday. Super buggy and unresponsive. Click to park in one lot and if you are not paying attention they will switch the location to another lot. Multiple times I've had to pay for parking twice because the app will glitch and change my location, and since there is no refund or change policy you are out of luck.

First time I used it, the app accepted my info and paying was easy. Just now I tried to locate an area using their map feature and could not get it to work. The area my car is in doesn't have individual meters, just pay stations with a number per block. If the app worked as claimed, I wouldn't have had to go to where my car was parked in order to pay.

Cant pay with business credit card, shows on the account, allows to choose ( supposedly), but pay and park button never turns green!!! Suck!!! Issue still persist and not only for me! Credit card shows in payment options, but unable to select it and use for payment! Its been ongoing for a month now and for a company that monopolized the parking system in the city via app, this is really unacceptable! Your instructions to read your faqs are worthlessness. When are you going to fix it ?!?!?!?

Parking should be charged at the end, when you "clock out" like in the parking garages with tickets. This will also eliminate the possibility of making mistakes when estimating the time or confusing minutes with hours. Or at least you must have a way in your app to cancel the parking! I only used 7min out of 7 hours that I paid. Is really unfair. Having to chose the time in the beginning, is absurd. Most of the times I don't know for how long I'm going to be in a place or I'm rushing to get there and I don't have the patience to go through the app steps. If you overpay they will not give you a refund because 'funds from every transaction go directly to the parking authority. They do NOT allow us to issue refunds on their behalf". Or if your estimate fell short and you need to add time, it will be way more expensive! This app as it is, is a rip-off. The convenience of using the smartphone is diminished by the inconvenience of paying in advance and not at the end.

App sucks, could not validate three different VALID cards, and would only see one of three in my digital wallet. Scanner failed to read any of the cards, either. Pointless to run an entire parking system for a city the size of Denver with an app that sucks so bad. Also, standing NEXT to the meter, it told me the closest spot was across the street and down the block. My GPS has never been that wrong.

App has been inconsistent at best. For a year, I was unable to use it because something was "broken" in my account connecting an API to my credit card. No matter what card I used, I would have my payment declined. Finally convinced customer service to let me delete my account and start over. That fixed the problem. Convienent App, when it works.

This is a nice app. However, it could some improvement. I park 4 days a week. it would be great to choose which days you need to park ahead of time. maybe a calendar style format. you might want to think about an option to pay for missed or failed payments through the app. We should also be able to see our payment history in case we have any discrepancies. If these options were available, I'd most likely give this app 5 stars.

I just removed this app. It's getting worse! Just stopped working. Was great for about about year, but today it took several minutes to load then long time to accept time and payment and generated error both times. Gave and went back to coins. I have a new phone with plenty of storage and memory, so all other apps run great. Am looking for replacement now and will tell people who recommended not to bother. How'd you guys break it!? For some reason, my payment was suddenly deleted from the app.

I love the app. The only feedback I have is you give me a notification & SMS when my parking is about to expire, however, my parking is expiring at 8pm which is also when you no longer need to pay until the next day. So, I don't think that's a very useful notification. Can you please add one line of logic that looks to see whether I need to pay for parking after mine expires? If not, there's no reason to send a notification. Thanks!

The android version is too inconsistent to bother. The first time using this app was cool. It accepted both car and credit card information. Once stored, you can just punch in the location code and duration and the app confirms the location. Out even notifies you when your time is running out! So why only one star? Subsequent attempts was met with a unresponsive app. Much faster to just use the parking meter!

I spend more time standing around trying to get the app to work than I would if I just payed at the pay station. 95% of the time, after I press pay, it freezes up and sits on a forever spinning circle. Sometimes I can restart the app and start the whole process from scratch and it will work, but it's more likely to freeze again. Cool.

For a metropolitan area such as Miami, you'd think a simple app like this would work seamlessly. Says can't find parking zones, even when you enter the numbers correctly. Sometimes it just loads forever and ever. Tried restarting the app, even rebooted my phone. Still didn't work and had to go pay at the machine. App clearly needs more development.

It should not be hard to get an app like this right. The functionality is simple and straight forward. Usability is terrible and for some dumb reason NFC only works on the iphone version. Some very easy improvements would make this infinitely better. They could add auto-renew, or any kind of spot history. The only history is lacking any information and seems to be in random order??? I wish i could just pick a competitive app but this seems to be the only one that works in this area.

The app is generally fine, but the map only comes up 10% of the time? It uses to show automatically but it doesn't anymore. Super frustrating because half the time in my city, the numbers on the meter are scratched off so I can't read them. A functional map would be really helpful. edit a year later, the problem is even worse. the map doesn't even show in certain neighborhoods. can someone fix this please?

When you run low (less than a minute), it won't let you add more time. It also suggests nearby parking instead if bringing up the location you have history with. You have to dive through several menus to get your parking history. Really annoying when I use parking for work and have more important things to do than play around with an app to avoid a ticket.

I've only used it once but the number of hoops I had to jump through to pay for a parking spot was unbelievable. Wouldn't let me choose Google pay. Ok fine but wondering why it is listed. I added credit card, wouldn't let me choose it. A phone call required me to change my non-existent pin. So I jumped through those hoops. I then tried to use a card there but kept getting hung up on by the robo voice. Finally got parking paid for but late for my appointment. Beyond frustrated.

Pros: it's quick and conveniant after setup Cons: minimum incriments are an hour. There's no reason why it couldn't be 15 minutes, this is penny pinching extortion and a scummy move. And, you've removed to ability to pass-on my time to another individual, which you could do with old fashioned parking meters. Thanks for removing something that makes me feel a tiny bit better about myself....

Lacks the most obvious search feature in the entire world: showing location results on a map. Sometimes even searching the exact location ID returns no results if a garage or spot is just a little too far away. So stupid. And you can't search by name or street address. The only reason this app can suck this bad is that they have municipal monopolies, and cities are motivated to have you get a ticket instead of successfully paying for parking. Garbage!
