collections dept on their cashnow are very rude, I took a cashnow from them and my first payment was late, they were so rude on collecting and tild them that it is fine to charge me with the late payment fee but still very rude on asking me to pay the due amount. I know it's their job to collect but they don't have the right to be rude to their customers. they just need to remind them of the payment that's all. no need to threaten or be rude with us.

Totally worse I got approval for credit instantly but cash wish supposed to be in my wallet is gone with wind. Now its appearing to pay back 500aed but I didn't get my cash anyway. I sent email on the given email in payback option. I tried to login with the app to check the cash but mobile app is crashing. It's the worst app I ever used.

Initially I had no issues using the app but all of a sudden, they stopped approving loans to me which is very strange. I never defaulted or delayed payment but all of a sudden, I'm not eligible for any loan, even the ones I was approved before. Anyways I've deleted my account and no longer interested. Guess their algorithms gone rogue 👎🏾

I don't think so....you can solve my issue. Your customer service is not good at all. It has been so many days now. Very bad customer service....always saying have patience....now more than one week now.... Poor customer service👇 rating 0....worst customer service. I only need to change my number but no one help me out. I sent emails and on WhatsApp also. Very very very poor service

At first it was ok. But when i try to use paylater again in apps its gone. I dont remember being delay on my payment & actually due date was 9 of May & thankfully i got my salary to pay my paylater before it will get overdue. But i think due for this they decided to remove my access to paypalater which was very helpful for me for the time of grocery shopping. Kindly explain to me if i am right because surely i was not delay and i was always on time maybe yes same day as due date but never late.

This app was so good in the beginning, later I have updated my new Emirates ID, and it showed it will be updated within 2 working days, but its been nearly a month still not updated and can't do any payment or transactions. Also tried contacting customer care still the issue is not resolved.

So disappointed. Till today the reverse amount to be reflect in my account is still missing. A lots of email I've send but no one can solve my compalin. Poor team, no action. Just they reply from our side is done. When i check my balance account nothing's there. Be careful if you using this app. If you got in trouble for your transaction. It so hard solve. As i experienced.

Very bad service i am using this app from more then one year and paying installments on time one time i late payment for 6 hours after that they blocked me for future loan... Wow really wow for your services you just lost a customer who is paying interest for more then one year and just for one late payment blocked salute to you guys... Keep it up

After updating the new Emirates ID , it's still showing that it will take 2 working days to activate your account. Now it's more than one month still they need some time to review.My app is also updated and I tried many times. Really it's very frustrating and waste of time. Still can't send the money.

Don't use this fraud app ever for any type of international money transfer (with BOTIM). It's a fraud company. It's transaction fails multiple times. And everytime they will deduct the transaction fees which is non-refundable as per their terms and conditions. I already lost money twice. Deducting transaction fees for failed transaction is unethical practice.

If there's a rating that less than 1 star that will I'm gonna rate. Why? Really it's been a month since I use your card to payment method on the other app. But I didn't receive any of your refund.. even answer me on my message you just only seen my message no one dare to explain or make me understand.. so you guys I DONT RECOMMEND THIS APP BECAUSE THE JUST LEAVE YOU WITH TOO MANY QUESTION.. EVEN MAKE YOU UNDERSTAND NO.. AND REALLY THE HARDEAT PART IS THAT IS UR MONEY BUT YOU NEED TO WAIT.

I used paby botim card for payment, and it was declined. But it's deducted from my account, after that I called customer service they said yes it was declined, then I ask yes declined then where is my refund, they don't have answer for that . They said we will investigate. What is this how can I trust this app. With in one day if I don't get my refund , I will be spread this details to media and public. Because same like me no one need to face this issue. This is money .if I mail no reply

This app is good, I began to use it last year. at that time, I only use it for mobile top up. I am prepaid user of du, top-up with Payby is very fast and convenient. And recengly I find that there is a new option which can help to auto recharge. very convenient. At the same time, I find that this app has more and more fucntions. Now I can use it to pay AADC bill. Really fast and amazing. Looking forward to more functions and more incentives

so bad experience, its so terrible, if i have to give you all details with scaning my id card why should i use your app, ?! i use my ownd bank card 😑 my bank card app is more secure than all third party app make it easy like paypal to people use your app, with this restriction nobody use your app i also watch many people give 1 star thats mean your over restrictions is cause people hit your app, maked easy like paypal others way people will delete his account (like me) ✌😃

It's my humble request to everyone don't install and don't do any kind of transaction through this app it my Worst experience. For International money transfer refunded after so many calls and mail it get 10 days call for spend AED 52 please don't waste your time , patience and hardly earned money.
