Whether it's the app or website, I have not been able to add payment methods for grocery pickup. Doesn't matter if it's app or website, mobile or PC, at checkout the same message comes up "We're sorry, but we weren't able to add your card. Please try again or use a different card." Try multiple cards and nothing. Very frustrating not being able to do pickup now. Customer service is no help and this is not a new issue.

For the past few weeks, every coupon I clip says it is expired or unavailable. I've tried reinstalling the app multiple times, but the problem persists. Used to really like this app for its convenience clipping coupons before or as I shopped, but now I just find it annoying since I am unable to utilize the coupons at all.

App works well for the most part. Sometimes when we make a list for pickup, everything seems to be on the list, but when we put the items away we notice that a few things are missing. When we check the receipt they aren't on there and we never got a notice of any substations or unavailable items. Therefore, another trip to the store.

Payless app is pretty good! PROS: easy to use after initial setup; order/curbside pickup is fantastic. CONS: next iteration needs bag choice option (I prefer paper); produce isn't always great; substitutes aren't always as requested (vegan, in my case); I'd love to get a text with my final total after coupons are applied $$; I shop for two households and would appreciate being able to build two separate carts simultaneously. YES, I RECOMMEND THE PAYLESS APP.

Most issues have been resolved. occasionally have to uninstall/reinstall to get coupons to update, but this is incommon.

Why do you keep messing with the app? This new version is so profoundly not user-friendly. With the lack of connectivity in the store, this will only make shopping ten times harder as well. I need a new grocer.

This app makes me want to not shop at Payless. The app is slow (i don't have the problem with Walmart's grocery app). Also the buy 5 save 5 items should be marked on the item that way so you don't have to sort through 1780 items to find out what's on the sale. Why bother. Also I've shopped there regularly for almost 5 years how do they not have my regulars automatically saved already?

Horrible. Constantly making me re-sign back in and supply special codes they want to send me through email. Super, super annoying. The fact that I need it to be able to buy Coke at a decent price is infuriating. This is why I normally shop at wal-mart. My shopping takes longer but I don't need a stupid app to get the lowest price

This app is a nightmare to use. Pages won't load, it won't show me items in my cart, Item quantities randomly refresh, I can't apply coupons and more! They've been trying to'fix it' for at least a year. And it's still a hot mess. It's making me really loathe shopping with Pay Less. I'd rather deal with Walmart at this point.

Lots of items show as unavailable on the app but I can walk into the store and buy them. It has been like this for months now. I am about to start shopping at a different store because of this. Proposed enhancement: More transparency on ingredients. As someone who lives with a food allergy I would like to know what ingredients are in the contains label. Not all products have photos of what food allergens are present and I have mistakenly bought food that has ingredients I cant digest.

Love this! Both my husband and I have the app so I can make and store my grocery lists and he goes and buys it. It tells you what aisle it's in and let's you check it off when it's in your cart. You can also keep track of your staples so you don't have to add it everytime. The only negaitve is that when you sign up for the app, it automatically assigns you a Kroger rewards account but if you have one already from the store, there's no way to merge them so you can't utilize them like you should

I use the app for ordering store pickup. We've been using it for well over a year now. It crashes, goes very slowly, and possibly my biggest complaint is that the order history shows what was fulfilled, not what you ordered. So if they forget something you ordered you can't go back and prove it was their mistake and not yours. Not that you were charged for the missing items, but still super frustrating. Likes: regulars list, in-store version for locating items, digital coupons.

I used to love this app. It worked really well. Recently, it's only gotten worse with every update. It'll sign me out randomly, make it hard to apply coupons, etc. Today took the cake. There are more coupons available than I can see in the coupon section. Instead of adding items to the cart, they're all going into the shopping list where I then have to transfer them to the cart. It went from being pretty streamlined to slow and difficult to use.

The shopping part of the app works okay. But since they added 2-step verification on the My Prescription part, it won't let me log in 99% of the time. It's very frustrating. At first I thought it was only if I leave the app to get the verification code from my email or texting, so the last several times I would just pull down the notifications to get the code and it still says it can't connect because there is no interactive call in progress. This is worthless for prescriptions which I used most

this app is terrible, I don't want this app on everything I own, just on my phone. It automatically down loads on my other devices. Also it won't take my location I put in, it changes automatically to other location. It automatically takes me to placing a order and we don't even have that program. I really don't like it and neither do I find it easy or correct. I am uninstalling in and reinstalling it in hopes you have fixed it.

Update. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it seems to be working as it should. I feel like there should be a notification or an update to address the issue though. Thank you for the fast response to the issue! This app use to be really reliable. Now the items in the cart will either not register or just dissappear. The coupons do not work. When you try to apply them to your order it says they are expired or unavailable. I've started shoping at Target due to the app actually working.
