I just created an account this morning,the interface is good and easy to access but I'll delete the app because I tried verifying my email for an hour now all they keep telling me is my account is blocked...Let me rather channel my energy to download another app because I can't be waiting for your technical team more than an hour with no response to my problem even after sending a mail to the support team

It is unfortunate that there are many scammers present, which can make it difficult and tiring for users like myself. It would be beneficial if there was a way to detect and prevent scammers more effectively. If I could suggestion, It will be nice if the platform could block any link send by the traders because these is one of the most was scammers use in scamming the new traders telling them to login their account and confirm their payment not knowing that it's a fake Link to steal password

This is a great up,but I think you must do a lot of things in addition. I think there should be a deposit and a withdrawal section so that we can withdraw our crypto and other coins into our local bank accounts and momo's The support team must put this into consideration,it shouldn't be just about buy and sell alone . The deposit and withdraw button must be added. This was my concern I hope to see changes soon. Thank you

The worse place to ever trade or exchange a gift cards for bitcoin. Every one on the app would want to scam you. I traded a gift card for bitcoin but I was ripped by the seller. It took moderator a whole day to step in. After reviewing my video and photo evidence and proof of purchase, the Dispute was awarded to the seller who claimed the card has been redeemed already.. I wish there is an option to provide photos and video here. PAXFUL IS NOT GUARANTEED TO TRADE WITH. BEWARE!

I have a positive experience with Paxful, I work with a trader who is not a scammer and we collaborate, tried to log in on the app and when I clicked on "Wallet" I got the "Sorry, something isn't right. Please try again." message, not sure why. Also, tried sending USDC to other external wallet of mine from my Paxful account and I got the "Something went wrong" message, waiting on customer support to solve the issue. Will change to 5 stars once the issue is resolved.

Good app, but there're very many scammers. In five trades open, you find 4 are trying to scam you, and only one is genuine. Moderators should come up with tough measures for scammers, handling them with an iron hand to increase transparency and trustworthiness of this site.

I can't add phone number. Without doing that, you can't do anything on Paxful. A lot of people have complained about this and they won't still work on it. I contacted support, they told me to try in a week's time. That's very poor. Before the week elapsed, my ticket was closed, notifying that issue had been resolved. Alas, nothing of sort. I can't still add my phone number. My crypto is just laying waste on their platform. Paxful is a fragment of what it used to be when Ray was in charge. Avoid!

The app itself is a fraud. I was duped on it, requested for support. And they started making attempts to compromise my google account (trying to reset my password).

Useless app.one can't recharge his or her account directly as the app requires one to trust the vendor and send money to the Vendor one feels is not a scammer.so many verification processes.i wasted my time on this one.

I would recommend this app but the experience I got in my second trade can not allow me actually I initiated a trade with one of the on paxful that got me scammed. When I tried reaching out for support my account was instead banned for trying to to so. I had to just accept the loss since paxful told me that I was not going to be able to register any account on paxful please if you think I'm try traders with the best price on paxful

I had the worse experience so far in this app I got scammed by a trader who used a phishing link And also hacked into my account Please paxful team should increase user security Too many scammers on the platform!! I lost everything just because I was trying to follow instructions set by s trader from your platform

The apap is perfectly built, I'm using paxful platform since 2020 and able to Trade with more than 1k partners. However, I agree there are lot of scammers so newbees has to go through some of the useful paxful videos in YouTube before anyone could start their journey. Lastly, I suggest the paxful to strictly allow only user's with verified user ID otherwise it's hard to do KYC since it's P2P and some user's purposely use this app to scam inccocent people.

My paxful App has refused to open for some time now. It has stopped working. I tried logging in to the site through chrome and it worked but I couldn't buy and sell because it fails(it pops up the same "something isn't right" command. This is not even a network problem cos I already tried different networks. Im not too sure whether if i update the App if it will start working again.

Hello Paxful team your Paxful app is making me down , My Paxful app is not opening showing me that "something isn't right please try again latter " I have tried contacting support team they are telling me to contact paxbox and so there is no option to talk about app not working even your email which is showing to be app support mail is not exist . Fix this issue please this is so frastrating!!

This is gonna be my second or third feedback. Nice app but am having issues with the market. Each time I want to make a trade ( sell), after picking a client, the next page wouldn't open despite having network. Always error network. It's tiring. Please, upgrade on that and your customer service is poor.

Without a doubt, my favorite cryptocurrency app. It is close to perfect. Everything that you need to be able to find is right there, and its super easy to make transactions, beit buying or selling, as well as sending and receiving. I aaalmost prefer transactions on my phone now, over my pc. The only drawback is that, I have fat fingers.
