Acabei de fazer uma assinatura mas não consegui entender bem o q eu comprei. Nas explicações dizia q teria acesso às revistas mas só consegui abrir uma e quando tentei fazer download dos padrões, simplesmente não consegui! Por favor me esclareçam! O q eu comprei nessa assinatura ou o q estou fazendo errado? Aguardo resposta, obgd!

Terrible, no funciona ni el botón de "Soporte". He podido conectarme con mi cuenta y cuando intento realizar una compra me pide calidar la contraseña pero según la app errónea (para conectar si, pero para validar no?) y encima ni el botón para pedir ayuda funciona...

Terrible. Used to be so good. They took away the preview so now you can't see if you want to buy the issue.

The app itself is glitchy but the customer support is brilliant. Always prompt and helpful.

Can't download the patterns. Clicking on the button resulted in page position instead. Patrones has no website, only an app. It's very inconvenient to use. Go to BurdaStyle to buy the digital patterns instead. Finer grained sizes do they fit better. They are also convenient to use with projectors.
