Just downloaded the app and was super excited to order some stuff. All the exclusive deals you are supposed to get for signing up aren't letting me order anything. It says data and network issue but mysteriously let's me order the more expensive stuff. Not impressed and will be deleting app. I'd rather pay more money for something knowing it's not a sketchy place to order from.

Great clothing, surprised by the great quality for what you pay (sometimes it's a mixed bag) just like any other store! Wish there was a better/quicker/easier system for returns & their point system/coupons needs some work. 1$ off is legitimately down right disrespectful & you can't bundle coupons. I have SEVEN 1$ off coupons, why can't I use ALL of them together when I am spending 50$-100$ PLUS 30$ off of whatever & percentages off. We should be able to use at least 2-3 coupons at a time!!!!

I've had the app for about a month. Love the point earning system and all the free deals! I can get half off pretty much all the time and free shipping. Plus they send out little 5% coupons randomly than I can add on top of all the other discounts. You can't beat spending between $2-$5 for little kid clothes and between $4-$10 on adults clothes! Quality is 5 star, shipping is fast and usually free with all the deals and customers service is helpful. Definitely recommend at least trying.

I love the clothes and shipping is pretty great too! The app works pretty well. The only thing driving me crazy is constantly having a notification that I can't get rid of in the orders section. I hate the little red numbers on my apps so I keep trying to make it go away but it keeps coming back. It's an everyday struggle.

Horrible customer service. BE AWARE! It is great if you are lucky enough to recieve the order. Or you could be given something that looks like a return and totally not what you ordered. When you tried to call, the phone will never go thru, when you tried to chat, the wait is forever, and they WILL NOT fix the issue either. I ended up spending the money with no products at all. Keep browsing and shop somewhere else.

App itself is user friendly. And there is a wide range of products. But my issues would he that the sizing is not at all consistent (and when buying for a baby who grows out of clothes before the next season you can't just buy a size up to make sure it works). Also, the points for credit are annoying. The Sunday spin 100% of the time lands on $0.50 even though the wheel appears as though you have an even chance of receiving any of the other rewards, it's a total scam!

I had this app for months with no issues, but last night (4-8-19) starting at 12:15 am this stupid app started pushing dumb notifications about my "return" and "McDonald's " (I hadn't even ordered from them). I turned off the notifications, yet it continued to send them about every 10 mins for the entire night!! I had to uninstall it to make it quit! Talk about a pissed mom who didn't get any sleep! Thanks for keeping me and my husband up all dang night! Obviously it was a glitch. But Damn!

Love the website and the convenience of the app. However, I don't think I have used the app one single time without it continuously popping up something on my phone screen that says serving error, and anytime that I want to view my favorites, shopping bag, or proceed to the checkout, I have to always end up going on the website instead of being able to use the actual app because it will say that there is nothing saved in any of the places I select to view.

The app is fine, but the products are terrible. I just received my first order. I ordered 7 items in size 3-6 months. Only one item is the appropriate size and the other items are all over the board size-wise. I ordered 2 of the same item in different prints and those aren't even the same size! The prints are cheap as well. I should have trusted my gut and never downloaded or ordered from this app. Save yourself the money and hastle! They don't have free returns either...

Takes forever to get your order received. Offers are useless as it doesn't apply to most of the products. To redeem the offer code you have to spend even more. Sometimes the price looks so attractive while browsing different styles but when u open that particular item, the price increases 3 times or more. This thing i tested selecting every possible combination of size and color in an anticipation that at least some color or size will be of that price. I would never order again from this app.

The filters don't always work well which can be frustrating. The sizing of the clothes are not consistent. You also don't always get what is pictured. For e.g. I thought I was getting a set but it was only a top. I bought several items and satisfied with about half of what I received. Still on the fence about ordering again even with a voucher they sent me.

Super legit and very price effective. Crazy cute stuff and it's nice that it ships fast too - with kiddos growing out of things so fast, it's great to have a cost effective options for nice clothes and accessories. It's difficult to find things inside the app though unless you know exactly what it's called. Also don't like that on your favorites and orders pages, you can't enlarge the items to look at them again

I hate the fact that the sale only allows for 4 items total @ sale price. I know that personally I would spend a whole lot more money on the site if it were not this way. But I do definitely like the items that I did purchase and receive. I also am not exactly amused with the way items are advertised at a certain price but when you select these items expecting to receive one price, it is completely different depending on size and sex.

Let's start by saying that they have great outfits for families and I was keen on getting a couple of these for the fam. But their prices threw me off. A sales for .79 cents and you from the app, after tapping on it, it has a higher price a much higher at that. So I go to checkout to see if it'd take the discounts off and if course not, over a hundred dollars when when the sale price was .79 cents so how could that happen. FIX YOUR APP. CLEARLY THIS WON'T DO!!!!

The clothes are really cute, and great material. Clothes do run a little bit big. The only issue i had with my experience was that my order took a little over 3 months to arrive. Im not sure of it was due to the pandemic starting or if that is how it usually goes, but that was a bit disappointing. I was worried the clothes wouldn't fit my son, but they do run a little big, so the clothes ended up still fitting. Other then that everything else was good, and i was happy with the clothes!

8/28/15 Disappointing. 12/13/23 I stopped using the app in 2015 after they seemed scammy & not great customer service. I downloaded it again this year, thinking maybe they've improved 8 yr later. However, I placed some orders. After a month, I'm still waiting on 2 orders. They come from China and tracking makes it seem they will never arrive. One dress I received was too small. I contacted customer service to return it and they asked me to take a photo proving it's too small. REALLY?!!

Love the app. Very addictive lol. Quality of items is great. Sizing of certain items is different, but I've never been disappointed in what I have ordered. Shipping time is average (2 weeks give or take). The only issue I have is with the rewards program, since app update, I lost some of my $$ and it's hard to be able to use rewards. You should be able to use them all without limits and requirements, that brings us back again and again. Please consider revamping your rewards program. 🙏 😊
