Very easy to navigate through. If you want faster treatment this is the way to go. Why call and stay on hold when you can ask all the questions, and get all the answers you need a lot faster. Just saying. Sign up. It makes life easier for everyone including yourself. One thing a patient should be able to do is print out test results, etc. I gave it 5 stars because its easy to navigate through and communication was good. Would also be better if my appointments at other facilities showed up here.

Excellent Patient Portal! I've been using and relying on it for years. Labs drawn at hospital show up as soon as they're ready, without the "forced delay" that many other sites use. I'm able to access results as far back as 2008, and even earlier if I elect to seek out archived rwcords. Easy to send an electronic message to providers listed on your team. Great app.

This makes keeping up with my appointments, care, and contacting my doctor's about anything and everything so much easier. It would be a huge help if I could schedule appointments with other departments through the app... especially after my doctor's have already ordered me to go and it just makes I easier. I HATE calling and talking on the phone

Excellent app for most of the medical issues in your life! You get reminders of upcoming appointments and also get test results when receiving them. The Epic software systems will automatically update your files to the other providers once you have added them to the list.

App keeps saying the user name is blank. It is filled in. For this reason I cannot login. Yes the app has been closed and reopened. I am unable to login. Fingerprint for the app is not turned on. I entered the username two different ways. Lastpass fill in and manually entering the name. *** login worked - the enter button in the app does not work. It thinks the user name is blank. I used the keypad and it logged me in. The developers should try both methods.

I absolutely love this app it's always up to date. Easy to navigate has so many options on what you can do. Love the fact that you can message anyone of your care team members like doctors, nurses however I do understand privacy and all not being able to screenshot some of the important and private information but would be nice if some things like the medication list would have the option to screenshot. I also don't like the fact that it is so hard to print to anything!!

overall a really good app. easy to use, and has a surprising depth of information. there are some things that could be improved like charting results across time where the data comes from different hospitals or practices, but that's minor

As a person who has always been disorganized, this app is extremely helpful in several ways. It reminds me of appts, it posts my test results quickly, and i am able to correspond with my Doctors, nurses, med asst, if i have any concerns. I love having everything in one place.

Unlike the link from email, my login & password are not remembered by Google, and i need to login in every time. App does not save your data, and as such IF you're in a dark zone( no mobile data, or wifi) you can't access your records. On email, needs to be at same encrypted level as Rally research partners and to the systems combined - different tabs, so they ( researchers) and physicans/ care givers can see my combined appointment schedule for less conflicts.

The message system is not very user friendly and is missing most of the attributes of a normal email system would have. For example, there is no ability to add cc, so if you want to send message to more than one person, you have to send multiple messages. The character limit is also very low and word documents are not an acceptable format for attachments.

I used this app for 2 years, it was great and now it sucks. I can't log in even with the new password changed. I get an error code each time I enter the CORRECT password. Deleting this broken app my doctor's have my phone number they can call me and can call them, I'm old school.

Love this app. It makes looking up all your information very simple and keeping track of your results at your fingertips. The only things that are annoying is they won't let you screenshot anything. That's crazy. If you have access to the information, you should be able to take a screenshot. Also, when you first sign on you shouldn't have to say biometrics once you've already clicked on it. Just a couple unnecessary steps.

All our care providers are not listed so you cannot send them a letter or email. There's no mechanism available to add or delete your caregivers. Unless a box appears when you log on for technical assistance, there's no other way to contact technical assistance. Sometimes you cannot log on even when you have the correct password, etc This is extremely frustrating!

Horrible , very complicated , useless , you need a computer genius to navigate it and still gets nowhere , I never was able to accomplish anything I wanted to do and always logged out after a lot of frustration without doing what I was trying to do . Even my friend who works as a tech support and security couldn't help . Information and records are wrong , incomplete and different between the phone , the desktop and the laptop . Also different from other organizations using a different log in

I am sight impaired not blind so I can no longer copy cut or paste material from this website. It's incredibly hard for me to have a piece of paper zoom into everything and copy it. Additionally at one time you were able to print all of your appointments on one piece of paper which was so handy especially so I could hand it in at work now I have to move it to a calendar then I have to zoom in then I have to copy and paste that to another piece of paper so I can have my list. So much more to say

I like using it and making request to see my doctor i have a question,I could see my visit my appointmets,I have full view on my chart. It will be great if they update it with more options,like recommendations for other doctors,as well provide what insurance options there is. some more information to add ect. I do recomended 100% ones I see my doctor i could go back and read my files. Thank you!

it kinda works for the most part but problems with the app like downloading information is not possible at the moment it seems, download files are broken or currupt and even when they seem fine the file type is incorrectly set. other the. that is works properly most of the time.

Overall, the user interface is a little clunky and slow at times, but I can access everything I need and it's sized and organized well for phones. I almost never have to fill out forms or copays when arriving at the office cause I can do it all in advance.

There was an update or something and this app no longer works on my phone. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, changed the pw, tried it several times to no avail. Still says "there's a problem with the server, try again later". I called IT support 2x and although they offer help, none of the suggestions have worked. Disappointing.

This program is the pits. You get an email telling you that you have a message you need to read it in the portal, with a link to the login page. You go there, log in, find the message (not easy) and it tells you that you have something you need to read, but you have to go to a different heading (and the headings not only are grouped in a very illogical and counter intuitive way, but they don't quite correspond to the headings' names given in the instructions!) and find the right subtopic, and it turns out to be something like an appointment reminder, which they could have just told you in the email. The developers of this software are mostly interested in justifying their jobs, perhaps? Moreover, if you're writing a message, and there's a hiccup in your connection or in their server, all you work is gone, and you start the message over again. They should be ashamed.
