This app shows incorrect amount of time to arrive the driver at the clients location. And its a huge difference. Also offer more rent than other platform like Uber. It says the rent is fixed but I experienced a horror things that is, my initial agreement was 420 BDT but the app forced me to pay 660 BDT after arriving my destination. So they do not keep their commitment. For me they are cheating people.

Absolutely trash app. Says card payment failed but I was charged. Then I had to still pay and I was charged twice. Wrote to customer support and they don't even respond to me. Be careful! Don't use Pathao. Go for Foodpanda, much better.

The new update in pathao doesnt let you use it until you give notification permission. The banner shows that you can always change the settings but if you change the settings, it shows the notofication permission. And when you give them permission, you get all those unwanted notifications from the pathao FOOD i signed up for pathao not PATHAO FOODD!!!! Better to use other ride sharing apps.

Have been using pathao for a long time. But there are some issues lately which seriously needs to be addressed. When I order a food delivery, the riders say "its out of zone" even if the app is on auto locator and I have ordered from the same place couple of times before. My question is I order from app, why does the app shows restaurants that are out of zone in the first place! Orders getting cancelled over and over really is a time waste! Please fix this issue!

I use Pathao for Bike ride and Document percel. I find a worst things that Pathao App is so slow like a tortoise. Pathao Map is more slow than any worst slowest thing in world, that means a biker already reach his pickup location but still now passenger look at map and wating for Driver. Map doesn’t show any live feedback. So worst...

Fair estimation is sometimes considerably inaccurate. Fair is usually significantly overestimated based on non-optimal routes. Passenger is charged higher fare for non optimal long route, although the rider makes the choice of using the route to begin with. Surge factor for fare estimation is usually overly aggressive. Riders are usually not interested in rides when there's no surge.

Some of your riders don't know how to use navigate properly. I put the exact location but some of the riders take very long time to reach the exact location, I've to call them many times to come to the exact location. Some of your riders need training how to use navigation. That's my feedback

I am highly disappointed with Pathao Delivery. My emergency products, which were supposed to be delivered in 3 days, have not been delivered even after 7 days. This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, the app itself is very problematic. It crashes frequently and requires constant restarting. Furthermore, it doesn't operate without GPS being on, which drains my battery quickly. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this service & would't recommend it to anyone

The experience is good. As a Nepali, happy to see such ventures. A small feedback though - the mandatory notification on bit, which is used to send unnecessary promotion messages, is highly irritating. This has made me switch to InDrive and use Pathao only as backup. Please look into it. Keep it optional.

3rd class company, in case of any issue their cc is unreachable, there is no response from their end if you send email to their support. The app is also buggy. In one instance while I choose digital payment they charged from my card but in app they showed transaction is unsuccessful so I had to pay cash to delivery man in the mean time they claimed that payment from my bank too. So I paid twice for that order. From their end I didn't find any help to reverse it.

I registered to check what the app is about. I had to key in my mobile number and I instantly regretted. They kept sending me ads in SMS. There is no options in settings where I can disable this feature. Uninstalled the app, SMS ads still kept coming. I wrote email to support for removal. As a last resort I called in their support and talked to human to remove me. Nothing has worked so far. Maybe I should sue or something legally?

Great app, Great services. But I have a suggestion, as a regular user. In the app, I have more than 20 saved addresses. When I try to set a destination location on the map for an unsaved destination, the 'set on map' option is at the very bottom of the list which is pretty inconvenient to swipe down and down and down to reach to. If the 'set on map' option is shown at the very top of the list, before all the saved locations, then it would help a lot. Please consider it for the next update. TIA.

I frequently visit Dhaka for my work and business purpose and i need to use ride service because of traffic jam. But most of the case i find difficulties with pathao for instance : for finding a place in search option, when i search a place can not found the place exactly like the other apps can ( ex; Uber) and that's why i do not use pathao now. Uber searching is more friendly like google map.

The digital payment for food is a relief but it still needs to be improved. It's not as smooth an experience as it could be. Moreover there's no option to adjust the bill, even though it could be that an item I ordered isn't available or something about my order's amount changed. In that case I have to do COD after all. A system where I could choose the amount to pay would be great.

Map should be more user friendly. When you search any destination with name, you can't find the location. Every time you need to point the location on the map. It is very time consuming and bore some. So pathao needs to upgrade the system. You can check with UBER map. You can easily put the landmark name on the map and map drives you to the exact location.

Reason for 1 star is basically the quality of drivers. I am a regular user of pathao. Most of the drivers take long routes to charge more. Also when i say about that they don't listen. Moreover i never misbehave with any of pathao drivers. Use accurate pick point and destination. 2 of pathao drivers told me to move forward from the pick point. I was late for 2 minutes.. cause i am human. Right? I cant teleport myself... there was no reason to rate me negatively. But they did. Now my rating is 96% without doing anything wrong. Although I paid more then i supposed to. I'll think about other alternatives now...as soon as possible i'll stop using pathao. Thanks.
