This game has potential. If you're the kind of person who likes to spend time reading, you may find this game very interesting. It's a choice make game where anything that you choose will affect the outcome of the game. So far, I only have one complaint: When using the Elixir of Growth, you can gain 5 of Life, that's perfect, but then only 1 Defense, 1 Attack, or 1 Speed, that doesn't feel balanced. Can somebody please put some more stats gain on this 🙏. Maybe a 2, or a 1 at least.

This game is unlike any other I've played on the app store. I was drawn in by the concept of a text based RPG which makes it feel like a single player D&D game. I was hooked from the start even though there isn't a single illustration. My main issue is the lack of variety. Apparently there was an update from just before I started playing, but I've only had 8-10 plays and I feel like I've seen everything. Encounters lose their mystery after a while, making them just feel like a tax on resources.

The game can be fun but is a bit simple. Especially when you realize there's almost no reason to use the skip option in events. The endgame is brutal and feels more based around luck and your choices feel like they hold little weight on how things play out. There are a few interesting interactions and mechanics but could do with more engagement. Allowing undos to refill would also be nice. Maybe change it so that instead of buying a set amount you bought a perma +1 undo a day or something?

I personally love the game should be more rewarding and all the classes should be unlocked apon purchase, because I was really looking forward to it. I got the the last boss (dragon) it has 74! health that's in sane compared to my 35 hp and my 6 damage swords, also when I get a high damage sword that does like 25-30 i have to use it like in the next couple fights which is super lame because I could have used it on the boss, also repairing doesnt repaire all weapons :(

This game is great! I'm on the fourth character and have tried probably 150 times to beat it. Although the encounters are randomized after you read it a couple times and then can remember what the effect of that page was, when it comes up and you end up skipping much of the reading by your third or fourth time through. I recommend this app to all as it is a good game concept and design. Well done!

It's honestly a really good game, but I do feel that too much is left to random chance. For example, I was on a playthrough as a Barbarian, and I was lucky enough to find a full set of wizard gear so I started using spells mainly. I got to the castle and had had battle 1/3 with the boss. I had to traverse a dark room. I never saw an opportunity in the run to get a torch or flame spell, so I had neither, so I had to chance going through it blind. I was killed by swinging axe trap, at 75% HP.

I love the story, well up to the second tier. I found this game to be extremely difficult and that a lot of your chance of survival depended on your luck of getting items, coins, and such. The concept is great but I guess I'm either not good at this kind of game or that it is slightly too difficult for where I'm at.

It's been a nice and fun experience for me so far, I've been looking for a nice text based game for a while and haven't been able to locate one. I feel that the challenge is nice, I'm struggling pretty hard on the assassin right now, but most new adventurers have a tendancy to die early on for silly reason right? My only complaint is that more variety would be nice, but I'm not even sure what to add that would improve the experience honestly.

I like this game alot. However, some things dissapoint. The game is supposed to be set sometime in the past, yet you often find modern references....like flip-flops, popping up throughout. Also, the story-telling often switches between 1st person and third person for no apparent reason. Lastly, there are alot of repeat events....like....all of them. This doesent bother me too much as I understand it is the style of this game. Even with these small gripes, I would still recommend trying it out.

Very fun roleplaying but wish there was more than one quest you could do at a time! Maybe other story lines that are also (easy, normal and hard) that way you don't get so frustrated having to redo the same quest over and over until you don't die! But I'm enjoying it a lot either way, still can't get past the first mission

i definitely like it, its fun. I enjoy a challenge, but for sone odd reason, i cannot get past the first mode...I understand RNG is a big thing, but dang.....i reach the end, have to go into all these fights with near broken weapons every time.... perhaps a little more RNG items or a spell that lets you repair? Either way, fun game, ill keep at it.

A wonderful game! Consumer friends and non-exploitative micro transactions to fund it. The game is challenging, but the challenge feels like good game design instead of pushing you to pay. The concept is fun and I've found myself continuing to return to it for well over a week, which is quite a while for me. I would love to see a way to support the devs without buying undos or new lives, and would also like more variety. Perhaps a paid expansion pack? Great work keeweed!

Even though every encounter is random and all the loot is randomized, it still feels super repetitive. Every dungeon has the exact same challenges just in different orders, it feels as if the weapon/item pool is lacking any verity, and the monster combat is "hit/mis monster, block/dodge monster". Its a good time killer for a few hours, then youve seen it all.

Pretty fun at first, but it soon all seems familiar. On the easiest levels I thought this was tough and kept dying. Took me probably 25 tries through to get to the next warrior lvl which I think is listed as normal. Been playing it constantly and can't beat it. At this point every thing is repeating and I keep dying... That doesn't make for a fun game anymore.

So as the name implies, this is a linear story with optional linear branches to pickup random loot. Understanding the game mechanics and how they affect your encounters is key to finishing the path. So far I dont care for the costs associated with spells n mushrooms, it makes them pointless to use or just impossible as they basically will kill you or you cant even afford them. Overall so far it was fun and challenging, and you can just have fun with it for quick plays too.

Nicely made game! I wish the classes you unlocked offered more variety than just stats and gear. Almost all of my games have been won the same way regardless of the class. I always end up combing ruins for exp while picking up every weapon in hopes of gaining a positive enchantment. Mushrooms are a cool potion mechanic, but the increasing life sink costs makes it so I rarely eat more than two during a run (no more than 1 if I never find a tome to identify).

This game is very, very difficult. I couldn't beat the 'easy' mode, although I tried A TON. Would have been nice to have different music depending on the encounter type, or small sound effects. I deleted the app because I just got too frustrated with the difficulty, it felt like nothing was in my control.

UI and fight mechanics are simple and straightforward. It is easy to navigate the various tabs. Mushrooms enhance strategic gameplay. Item degradation adds complexity. However, selling to a merchant forces one to tab back to the inventory after every single sell. Quests, enemies, dungeons, and loot each seems to be pulled from a global table via RNG rather than from a tree that considers progression and their own interdependencies. This can be frustrating. Playable but not always enjoyable.

It took me two tries to get to the giant, and then the giant ran twice after I burned spells on him. This waste on my resources had caused me to lose. The game's not hard it just gives you limited information before you do stuff, kinda like a puzzle game, if the puzzle took an hour and if you mess something up it starts you from the beginning.

It's a great game. it's not a money grab like some others. some things like revives and refresh stuff do cost money, but you do get 1 free revive and 5 free refreshes, you don't have to pay to play the game though if you run out of revives you can choose to buy more or end the game and try again for free. If you do choose to buy more revives, the price is very cheap. It is a very fun game, but it is very difficult and requires some strategy when attacking enemies and using materials.
