Could match the user friendliness of the kiosk. The app only shows various parking code numbers so it is confusing the first time. Better if it said things like "rtd commuter" or "local shopping trip". Also if you use the kiosk it won't sync with that information. It also isn't clear why the city told me you only need to register once since parking is free but the app doesn't support that. It is a nuisance to register every time you park for free parking.

New UI is terrible. Hard to believe that you could screw up this simple a process. Pick a parking lot, pick a stall, enter the duration you need to stay, and pay. If you wanted to stay 3 days, the old UI you picked 3 days. Now there is a horizontal scroll bar that could not be more obtuse. My wife has given up on the app altogether. A good example of failing fast, except it still isn't fixed.

The old app was better. This version doesnt have the name of the station, only the zone number. Who remembers that? It doesn't ask to confirm the zone or space before payment. And you have to click a button to see your payment methods rather than seeing them all or having your default pre-selected. Plus it errored out while selecting the payment method so I had to close the app and start over! Overall it seems less intuitive and more dated-looking than the previous version.

Good app. Used to be a great app. Last update changed that. Now it takes forever (usually about 5 minutes) to sign in. Once you're in, it's great, but if you're in a hurry, it's annoying to have to wait that long just to put in your info. EDIT: dropped my review to two stars because now, almost every time I try to open the app I get an error message and have to reinstall the damn thing every single time I want to use it

This update is horrible. I like other users had a hard time finding it. Then once I logged in again and tried to start my session it over charged me by .60 that is after the fee. I was running late and it is freezing outside so I was going to accept that then it wont even try to process any of my cards. Just gives me an error. I logged in my banks to make sure the accounts were fine and they are. please revert to before this update.

Not intuitive, Upcharges by default The app assumes you need 2 hours by default, and they don't explain how to reduce it to a shorter time. I think the smallest increment is a half hour, but my fingers aren't the most nimble on phone screens. They also tack on a "convenience fee," but using coins is much more convenient than trying to use this labyrinthine app to just park for a brief time. An infuriating experience. It will help people who want to park in the same spot all day long.

previous version much better. this one tries to identify parking zones nearby and never finds the one I'm in. picking how long you want to be parked is also more difficult with a sliding scale instead of just entering how many minutes/hours you want to stay. buttons also got smaller which seems completely unnecessary considering how little is displayed on any given step.

It used to be a great app for meter parking but now it becomes very slow. The app takes 30 sec. to open, another 30 sec. to login, after you done choosing how long to stay and which card to pay it takes another 30 sec. to complete the transaction. I just had my phone reset so all apps run very smooth. Last time I was at a spot where I had full siganl but still took that long to finish the process.

The WORST app ever!!! So frustrating when you can't pay for parking. It malfunctions at the credit card authorization phase. I deleted the credit card and rentered it and still won't go through. After 15 minutes of trying, ended up driving to a coin metered spot. I wonder about security too. When updated it would not recognize my pin. Then after multiple tries it did. However now it opens without asking for pin.

Literally the worst app in the entire damn app store for parking. This thing is trying to blame the city for not updating designated parking spots at parks and around downtown that have literally been there for a decade or longer but are completely ineligible to pull up. If you elect to "type in the space number" and it doesn't find it it sends you back to that and you can't choose any other option (like GPS) without reinstalling. Also you choose GPS to help and it "can't locate you".

This app was perfect and simple untill the upgrade. Post upgrade, the view is confusing, I see 2 entries of the same zone I usually park (one in a blue box and the other with a blue border) and one of them shows invalid. I am unable to even choose the number of days. Quick time only shows "Stay 14 days" and moment i click on it, it computes 14 days stating a charge of $21. Very poorly designed upgrade. Its actually a downgrade. I had given it 5 stars on the older version. Revert back to the old.

New version of app looks horrible and provides a terrible user experience. So many unnecessary click throughs required just to pick a zone and space. Doesnt remember your zone by default. The blue buttons are clunky. Doesnt confirm the parking location before payment (you have to hope that your code is correct). But worst of all, today this app cost me $35. I went through the usual steps but something must have failed on their side and i end up with a fine. Garbage app! My fault for trusting it

The most recent update displays special offers that lots provide, but doesnt allow you to select them. For instance, a lot I frequent has an early bird special if you park before 8:30am. The app only allows you to select a few hours or 24 hours. Nothing in between. Not sure if it is due to the lot or the app, but it is frustrating!

Terrible app, I much like the old version. 11/23/19 The sliding bar which you add more parking time is hard to dial the right time, it would be much easier to input the desire time using a keypad . The adding extra time button only give you the choice to add an extra hour but a lots of time you may need much less than that. I use the app but there are still problems.

It was fine until the new version came out. I've had trouble with payments going through, overpaying for parking because of errors and it simply not showing up after paying. The confirmation for after paying shows up sometimes so it's a guess on whether I paid for the spot or not and even if it shows up as processed through my bank, it's like it never happened on the app. It's just a headache to deal with and you can't even choose to pay for anything less than 2 hours.

PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO ORIGINAL UI. This update has totally ruined the user experience. 1. The original app look/feel/options of the app worked seamless. 2. When I chose "My Zone" the only option was Max Purchase. I could not choose for example 30 minutes, 1 hour. I want a refund. I did not need to park for 2+ hours and be charged. This app used to work excellent why change it?!

When the app works, it's handy though a bit pricey. Our parking fee is $2.00/day, using the Passport Parking app it's $2.37. When the app fails, as mine did I had to uninstall it and then reinstall it ASSUMING it would be linked to my email address. Not so much. It made a new account and now I can't link my old account to the newly installed app. My old account has all of my money in it so now I can't access my funds. When I call support I get hung up on, repeatedly. The app failed just after reloading my account balance so it has almost the maximum amount of money possible in it. This would not be an issue if you could change your account number but that is not an option. Apparently talking to support isn't either. Very frustrating.

Really convenient app to use. Except for when it's not. Not sure if this is strictly an issue for the version of the app on the galaxy 8 plus or if it happens with other users as well, but every so often, I open the app and it will come up with an error which will not allow me to open it until I uninstall, reinstall, and then login again. Very frustrating when I'm busy at work and neither have the time to do all that, nor run out to pay for my parking, thus almost ensuring that I will be met with a $40 parking ticket by the end of my shift. This should be fixed asap because at this point I would much rather park in a garage for $10 if it grants me the security of knowing that I 100% will not be paying more than that, as opposed to rolling the dice that I will be able to rely on the app every time i intend to use it.

This version of the app is AWFUL! Glitchy, doesn't refresh to show your current session. I've wound up having to double pay the meter out of fear of getting a $150 parking ticket because the new session didn't show up. This morning the parking space number isn't showing in my current session. The previous version of the app was SO MUCH BETTER. I'm ready to go back to using coins when my wallet is empty. Fix this hot mess of an app!!!

Update: constantly shows notifications about parking sessions from weeks ago. Shows notifications that parking is "ending soon" 12 hours before the end of a session. Terrible user interface: when selecting your zone or parking space, almost the entire screen is blank. To select a space, you can't type on a number, you have to scroll on a horizontal scroll bar through hundreds of space numbers.
