Absolutely disgusting that foreigners in Korea are forced to use this app without any support for English users. It is 2020, KT is a huge corporation but they just DGAF about English users.

You should've add English translation for foreigners, English is important because it's our universal language so foreign people can access too, this is the most worse korean app I've ever installed.

Despite entering my info numerous times the next button never becomes click able. Worse still when trying to submit a question the form won't let me enter any information.

It was working with my prepaid KT number. But now it's not, after I changed it to a sub-brand company of KT. Can't tell it's a smooth service.

Why is it just in Korean ??? I need to use this app to authenticate my phone on a Korean website .. I cannot and there is no translate function on it . USE THE WORLD LANGUAGE PEOPLE.. THATS ENGLISH ! Even their answers are in PICTURES .. USE WORDS AT LEAST!

Simply doesn't work. App description regarding permissions does not match the reality of using the app, giving error messages due to rejected permissions that are 'optional' Hire some actual engineers to fix this mess

App does not work on my android device. It opens, asks me to accept the terms and conditions, then it shuts off every time I try to open it.

Less than useful. The lack of additional languages is unacceptable and cumbersome for the purposes of the application, especially in a globalizing economy.

An absolute NIGHTMARE! I STILL CAN'T MAKE PURCHASES DESPITE HAVING A PASSWORD AND FINGERPRINT AUTHENTICATION! PASS and nstationmall aren't connecting to each other and I don't know HOW TO MAKE THEM CONNECT! SO this app is a NIGHTMARE to use!!!

This is the absolute worst app. Cannot sign up for it. Try to use the 1:1 function to request help, it says enter type of opinion, BUT HAS NO WAY TO SELECT ANYTHING THEN YOU CAN'T CONTINUE WITHOUT SELECTING A TYPE. THAT YOU CAN'T SELECT. TOTAL GARBAGE.

Edit: the problem was solved thank you. I cannot open the app since its last update. It keeps showing a message saying that I have to update tho the latest version event hough i had done it already.

No other languages, and it's impossible to get verified. This verification app just doesn't work. There's no point of having this app. I can't add my resident card. And QR code authentication it's imposible. 0 Stars!!!!!!!!!

I can't use the app... When I try to open it I receive this message : "PASS는 해외에서 가입이 제한됩니다" and the problem is that I'm in Korea and I can't use it. I don't understand why, if you can help me. Thanks

"휴댜폰정보를 확인할 수 없어 서비스 이용이 제한됩니다" Ok, discovered the reason. The app will fail to recognize the KT sim card if it is placed in the SIM2 slot and SIM1 slot is occupied with by another SIM card. Sorry but that's just retarded. From the programming perspective there's no limitation to check both sim slots. This is just sloppy programming from your developers.

Pathetic app experience. No English support. Doesn't allow screenshot so can't translate as well. App will just close if sim is not inserted in slot 1. If sim is in slot 1, but default calls and msg is set to sim2, app will still not work. Even after this, need to switch off and switch on the phone and enable mobile data initially for the app to login. After long trouble it might work, but even after that, trouble doesn't end due to no English support.
