The app is great for reasonably priced parking. I would have given you a 5 star but the problem my friends and I see is when you put the address of an actual lot, that lot does not always show up, but all others in the area do. I had to put a fake address blocks away so I could see and reserve the actual lot I wanted. I also had to reserve three extra spots for my friends as they could not get the spot to show on their apps at all.

The app itself works well, you get lots of parking choices and you can definitely find something cheaper than self parking. They often seem to get discounts only through the app. The problem is that many of the options don't work. Either the attendant doesn't know how to handle it, or they say "identification by license plate", but if there is no attendant, you can't get out. Even the slick features like pushing a button to open the gate sometimes don't work because you're underground.

More sites show up on the search if you use the website. The app wanted me to select a "parking option". One selection didn't add any money, but it was for an event that happens in September-- it's February right now. The other option was blank but added $25. It said I had to pick one. Also, the app only seems to be able to show me a map, I'd rather a list view. I'm deleting this and going back to spothero, their app is more user friendly and less glitchy.

The parking garage I reserved a spot in earlier that day filled up by the time I got there despite me reserving the spot. When trying to go through customer service through the app to see what they can do for me regarding a refund or some sort of help, there is no clear contact information or email. Their other means of sending a support ticket do not work. It is very annoying. However, I did manage to find a support email and they were able to refund me, which was nice.

I used ParkWhiz twice. Both times at the parking garage I was told that I owed 10 extra dollars. The first time was because I arrived 15 minutes late, the second time because I arrived 30 minutes early. Both times I stayed less than the time I had paid for. When I called ParkWhiz, I was told that the garage has an option of charging you extra if you are early or late. I asked what if I am one minute early and was told they still had the ability to charge extra. So unless you know EXACTLY when you will arrive, you may be charged extra. Much better to find a garage when I get to my destination. I will not be using this service again.

Extremely inconvenient compared to multi-level structures that charge at exit without threat of towing. I will avoid the Parkwhiz lot in the future. It is tantamount to a parking meter. Initially, the app offered a link to extend the parking time period but after a while the link had disappeared. I was told in response to my text to remove my car by end of paid time or be towed. I had to leave my party and return to make a new reservation. Pay-at-exit parking structure is much much better.

In one single day: promotion was not applied for the first app booking, customer service is slow and not helpful, the app has lots of glitches when browsing for a parking lot, no rating for parking lots (end up in a very low rated one and found the reason why), took no responsibility just washed their hands as the parking garage and I ended up having to pay extra. Also add that there is a lot of hidden information about the specifics of these reservations.

This app and this service has definitely gone downhill over the years. Stay away. Just booked a parking space for my daughter's graduation and arrived only to find out it was full. Question the attendant and all he could say is " I don't know why they keep doing that!" Minutes before her graduation! Could not get anyone on the phone, app is useless connecting with someone. I replied to text as suggested if there were any problems; not a peep. In the past, I would receive a callimmediately.

Generally pretty good, needs a statement. My company gives us a discount and I can only get to that discount by navigating straight to the discount page, can't get there on the Web page or app. I also pay for parking pte-tax, so I need a statement for my taxes and there isn't one. Agree on not being able to schedule multiple passes in one step. Otherwise, schedule the pass, show up at the lot and show the QR code. That's it.

This App barely works, but I'm forced to use it anyway which is frankly abusive. The feature to rebook in a location I've been to before hasn't functioned in months. Navigating the UI when booking in any other way is awful, and can lead to situations where the app only books for 3 hours, I'm forced to pay again to leave the lot, and I end up paying 2x what I've already paid. The UI is so obtuse that it's hard to believe it isn't intentional. If I had literally any other choice, I'd use it.

Keep getting tickets. This is now the second time, each time is a hassle for which I don't get prompt responses from customer service. The reps are very nice, though, and try their best - but my guess is that the system and relationships just aren't ready for prime-time yet (I would imagine getting disparate parking companies, garages, and parking lots on the same page is daunting). Want to like it!

The app was extremely easy to use. When I arrived at my parking garage, they told me the ticket was invalid. We both triple checked the date and location and everything was correct, it just wasn't showing up in their system. They made me get a refund and pay again with cash (for a higher price). Fortunately, getting a refund was very easy. I clicked one button and it was auto approved. I've uninstalled the app. I do not feel comfortable rating one star for something which may be a rare issue.

Tried to book parking 1.5hrs before an event, but it kept saying "no times available". How is that possible when the event sets the times (and the app even confirmed this) and I was trying to book within those set times. So since the event picks the times, it also wouldn't let me change the time to see if I could book. This resulted in me having to pay an extra $15 to park when I got to the event. They need to fix this app

Glitchy app, a pain in the behind. They have all data in my profile, incl. vehicle, but the app can't add the vehicle to a newly purchased pass, and there is no clearly visible button to add the one that's on file with them. Instead they bug you with texts and emails to add your vehicle. Could be way easier and more obvious to associate vehicles to purchased passes ...

Originally viewed a few spots via the website on mobile. Though near booking, the site really lost functionality. Having issues loading, etc. Despite being on full connectivity via wifi w/ no issues. So downloaded the app. The app is useless since the search location function doesn't load. You can type into the area, but nothing will load. Went to pull up the site on desktop, and the basic homepage won't load what so ever. No internet/data issues. Disappointing I'll have to use a competitor.

Couldn't create or log in to my account. When trying to pay, I kept getting messages that the time was not available for an event that is definitely happening. Purchased through the browser with a similarly terrible experience. Make sure to screenshot your receipt so you can file a claim with your credit card company when you can't park.

I booked a parking pass for a local event. However, it does not show under the parking pass tab in the app or with the website. Thank goodness that I can access it through my email. I was hoping to put it into my Google wallet with our tickets to make everything conveniently in one place but that option is not available so now I will have to open my email to use the parking pass then go to the wallet to get the tickets.

New glitch! When you enter date and time it doesn't save the way u entered. It is making random hours and dates. No matter how many times u change the time it is not saving it. I've tried to restart the app, did update, but still not able to change the arrival and leave time. I'm not able to book parking!!! This glitch makes the app useless.

Only one option displayed. I went a few months without using this app and once I started driving again looking forward to it being my go-to. For some reason, there's only one recommended parking that shows up to spite there being dozens around me in Manhattan. I have looked through the settings, and everything else to no avail. However, I can go to ParkWhiz online, put in the exact same address, and multiple options show up.

Good news: it gave me a nearby parking garage to the venue with good rates. Bad news: after paying on the app, the barcode it gave wouldn't scan, the attendant didn't know anything about park whiz and couldn't find my preorder for a space, and I ended up paying a second time. Might just be the specific garage I went to, but that's the one closest to all the venues I go to, so that's a delete from me, dawg.
