Really like that it has reviews, pictures and details locals would know. Ultimately can't use it for what I want. It has premium features and yet I can't see a way to book or reserve. Perhaps you can't do it.

Great app but the map view user experience is terrible. It's almost impossible to use. Trying to pan/zoom the map results in the list view coming into view every time. I've no idea how this got past QA. Please fix this.

The app does not work anymore, I keep refreshing the map, tried reinstalling the app but no results are appearing on the map. I need to log in through the browser to check for parking spaces.

Pretty much useless now most satnavs can find you parking in real time. Why bother? Oh. And it doesn't work most of the time plus it's a phone app.... 6 points on your licence in the UK for just holding a mobile device while driving. All in all in the bin with it.

App keeps crashing and usually stops working unless you log out (or clear app's data) and log back in. Sliding sideways on map is almost impossible as list tab keeps popping up from the side instead of the map scrolling. If this gets fixed, app will become useful again. S21 Ultra, OneUI 6.1

Yes, map navigation is awful, but I found how to deal with it. Panning only works up/down. If you need to pan left/right, then put your fingers on the different sides of center of the screen and rotate the map 90°. Need some practice, though.

Very practical to find free or cheap parking, however I always have to double check as it is not always accurate. As said by other users, the map isn't optimised to be moved around and I find it easier to use the website version on laptop when planning early.

This app is extremely frustrating to use. Moving the map is practically impossible because it keeps switching to the list view. The same issue happens when trying to zoom in and out. From the first use, I felt that this app is just bothersome, and I don't want to use it anymore.

Used to be very user friendly. The current app has a poor UI. Not obvious how to switch back from car park details to the map view. Dragging the map is limited for some reason. The full size internet version works much better than the phone app and mobile site. Please improve it.

This app used to be pretty good and usable, but now you can't click on areas on the map to see specific zones and their specific times and you can't easily navigate the map because when you slide your finger from right to left, it switches slides the whole interface to each streets name and timing/price which is a terrible change that was made a month ago or so roughly. Please revert this change as its made the app unusable

Edit: Recent updates have made the map incredibly buggy on my Pixel 7 Pro. The map is now very frustrating to use and continuously flicks to the list on the next screen when trying to pan or zoom around the map. This has never been an issue before, no idea what's happened. Really disappointing as I use this all the time. Great app. Does exactly what it says on the tin, perfect for visiting a new city

Fantastic app. Really helpful for finding parking. The map is a little tricky to use sometimes - doesn't always properly respond to touch inputs correctly - and I do sometimes have to restart the app to get it to work. These are small things though - this is a must-have app.

Unusable as it is at the moment. When trying to move the map or zoom in and out it just switches the screen to list view rendering the map screen useless. The actual concept and usefulness of the app itself is excellent but for now I've uninstalled it and gone back to the Web version which is a shame. 1 star is purely the non functionality of the app, not the actual concept of Parkopedia itself.

Great concept but the map interface is godawful and makes the app unusable. Trying to slide the map to the left brings up a list of streets. Moving it to the right is not possible. Moving it up and down still works if you do so perfectly vertically. Pinch zoom doesn't work unless you are pinching perfectly vertically.

The app is not user-friendly and feels incredibly hard to navigate. Trying to find and view street parking is confusing, and the interface doesn’t make it easy to edit or search for updated parking spots. The layout feels clunky and outdated, requiring far too many steps to get basic information. Additionally, some of the parking details seem inaccurate or incomplete, which defeats the purpose of the app. Overall, I found it unreliable and difficult to use compared to other parking apps.

Confusing. I installed it and looked for parking in a part of the city that I know is usually crowded. It was able to tell me about some nearby parking garages, but nothing about on-street parking. When I switched to "Street", it had one listing 1.5 miles away. "Help" does not actually provide anything that might be considered help. The website was also not very helpful. Is this meant to find only paid parking? If so, be direct about that.

This app used to be excellent, but some recent update seems to have really screwed with touch controls so you can't zoom or scroll the map without switching views, rendering it basically unusable. Disappointing to see something so great and useful stumble over basic UX stuff.
