Garbage. So many issues: transaction fees even if you preload your account with a debit card; regularly labels zones differently from parking meters; GPS doesn't work well (on three different devices); maximum number of vehicles, which it doesn't tell you until after the new vehicle's data is entered; throws errors about not selecting a payment method before prompting to select one, just to name a few. Getting a parking ticket would be less hassle and maybe less expensive.

This app has some serious functionality issues. First, it is unable to properly pinpoint your location. On a recent trip to NC, the app first located my vehicle 2 hours away and then in a parking zone approximately 1 mile from our actual location. Second, the app lacks flexibility. If you pay for an incorrect zone due to the app's faulty location service, you cannot transfer your payment to the correct location nor can you transfer it to a different car than the default vehicle.

Great app for new parking meters! Easy to use however when time is about expire within 15 mins it kinda a headache that you can't extend the maximum time + add more when it's about to expire. I was in Jury duty this morning and it alerted me that it was going to expire and had to wait to start a (new parking) maximum. And the (forget password link) sent to your email doesn't show and would have to send a request link to get one reset. Other than that (extended time) needs to be added to app.

Stupid login system. You go to login, and it has you send a link to your email, which does not work. It just opens the app and still does not log you in. When you try to log in with google it tells you to close and try again. Have tried uninstalling the app and still stuck in the same loop of not working. Why not just let us use the email and password we originally set up, like all other apps do. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest i can select.

They don't let you set up a password. They send a link when you set it up on your phone. Then you have to wait for a 2 page email receipt. Tried to set up a password on the computer, but never got the email when I put my email address in to request a "reset" link. At least the app worked, and I didn't get a parking ticket! Parking enforcement was out and about. I'm glad I only have to use this once in a while.

This app barely functions. The app as keeps crashing when I try to pull up my reservation for parking. I was lucky they still let me in, but the fact that I've been unable to access the parking reservation that I paid for *twice* is unacceptable. I'm also trying to reserve another spot for an event in March and it keeps glitching out. This is the only way I can get event parking so the developers need to figure this out ASAP

This app used to be great. Now it's absolutely horrible. If I could give it a -5 star I would. The app is unable to pin point your location. I was parked at the entrance of the lot. The app placed me in another state. Your unable to force the parking lot location. The app layout and usability is a zero. I ended up parking with a competitor. Your losing money because of a poor app design and functionality.

I created an account, saved my license plate and my debit card information, everything done successfully, but when I try to log in through the app it does not work, it will not log me in, there is no error message, it sends me a link by email to login with, I click on that link and it takes me right back to the app without logging me in, I see the button to log in again, same thing happens again in a loop.

Over the last few months the app has been buggy but I've been lucky. In the last week I've received two citations because for whatever reason the app didn't process my payment even though I got the "your parking starts now" alert. I reinstalled and cleared all of the storage, no go. I attempted to contact support and they just kept pointing to user error! I am going to use a credit card from now on. Do not use this app. It does not work. Tried it all.

The app works quickly and payment is ready, but the map isn't very clear, and can get confusing. There's room for improvement, to clearly show the parking zones. For example if a zone-flag is tapped on the map, highlight the building or the sidewalks where that zone is in effect, so people don't pay for the wrong zone where they're close together. Since street signage isn't reliable, clarify the zones on the map. Cheers

Love this app. It makes paying for parking in my area so much easier. I rarely carry coins and this app allows you to pay for parking for a longer period of time than what meters allow. The one downfall is it can be hard to figure out what zone you are in but that may be related more to my city markings.

I couldn't sign up, the registration link isn't working on Android. You don't want to use this app any way, it's a spying on you and sending your data to 4 other companies to track you. My App Tracking Protection app detected 4000 attempts to send my private data out during 10mins or so I had the app open and installed. I think it's a new record! Uninstalled immediately.

Never had to use this before and downloaded it on vacation since the meters are all coin or app. We got a great spot on the beach, but when I input the location I wasn't allowed to choose a length of time, I was told I'd have to end the parking session when we left. I have two year old twins, obviously forgot, and got a $35 parking charge. I was already wary of this app because of the data breach a few years ago- I'll be back to avoiding it at all costs.

They send you push notifications for scam "gift cards" and do not let you opt out of these notifications. The gift cards are scams because they don't allow you to use the full value and basically are just a discount code ($30 gift card, but can only use $10 of it on orders of $50 or more, etc.). I use this app to pay for parking, not to be advertised to. Update: In response to ParkMobile, this wasn't an email, it was a push notification from the ParkMobile application.

-1 for receipts being slow to arrive, -2 for expecting users to check if the terms of use have changed instead of sending notices. Another -1 for suggesting I send feedback into a black hole. I sent them more information and got a form response saying my ticket was now closed. Also, the new version no longer detects my location; I have to search for it every time and the search function is sooo sloooow.

What a horrible app. I needed to park for 30 minutes at a train station - a simple task that should've taken moments and cost .50. I spent almost ten minutes downloading this ridiculous app, signing up FOR AN ACCOUNT (so stupid), confirming my email, and paying a total of .90 because this app charges a garbage .40 fee. That's almost fifty percent of the total cost! What a ripoff. It wasn't easier than a pay station, it was almost 50% more expensive, and now my email is attached this app.

Basic app generally works well. However, the appt consistently shows error that you're currently in a parking session but does not show the actual session nor does it appear in history. This issue is happening more often and this doesn't make it reliable to ensure you will not get a ticket. You also end up spending more money because you don't know if the first payment when through. You can set alerts before the time expires but there should be an alert for when time actually runs out.

The app works fine enough. But I only use it when forced to by a parking lot. Even with no alternatives, they impose a processing fee on top of the parking fee. They send promotional emails to your account and ping you with promotional notifications on your phone. Unnecessary. No one wants to use a parking app, get over yourselves.

it is a very convenient app. the only issue I have is that if the parking company changes their rate there is no way for you to pay past the time that they decide to raise or lower the rate and this makes things difficult when I'm parking somewhere for work. very frustrating and it looks bad when I have to run out and move my car because I can't just pay more in the new rate. If that was fixed I would give 5 stars.

I reviewed this app about 3 years ago, when it was pretty broken. The experience seems to have improved dramatically. It's easier to locate a zone, the various payment methods work, and the app itself reliably functions. Assuming I don't get fined due to some server-side glitch, I see no reason to pay for physical tickets in areas that support thisbapp.
