Got to portion with secret glass on tree and am still unable to move forward with the game as the inventory item disappeared. Payed for the extension of the game. Confused because I saw others had this issue. Emailed the company and still no response or fix.

When I go down the ladder to the basement office, nothing works. Unable to pick the three objects up. I purchased the collectors edition. Please advise. I have since done the update and all problems sorted

Just as I started to get into the game, I had to purchase it for $6.99 (+ tax) to "get the full version"! Really wish I had known that b4 wasting time playing a game that I couldn't finish!

I can only give this game 1 star as I bought the full version but will not let me click on the gramophone in the living room after I go through the trap nothing works in there I would like a refund please I have paid for loads of your games this is the 1st that as let me down I will not pay 6.99 again sorry even though I like the game 😐

I'm so disappointed. i really liked the game. When you get to the downstairs part, it says if you wanna keep playing, you have to pay 6.99. ugh, what a shame, ima uninstall

so I paid for the game and I love it but I got to the scene under the floor and the game wouldn't let me click on anything. it showed on my map that I hadn't been there yet when I was clearly in that room. so im sad I lost money and i can't continue this game that I really was enjoying. I un-installed the game and reinstalled and it still wouldn't let me continue. so sad 😞

Really like this game but there is a glitch. When i got to the room beneath the hatch in the corridor, nothing happens. Keep tapping on the screen. Nothing! Hint shows gramophone clue but still nothing happens when I tap on it. Messaged the support team but haven't received a reply.

This is the 2nd game by this developer I've paid for and can't play in the past few weeks. The other one at least turned on and let me play a little before it didn't work - this one won't even start. I try to open it and get nothing but a blank screen. I've tried to uninstall/reinstall and it does nothing. Support basically ignored me about the last game not working so now I'll never give this company another cent - and it's too bad cause they were one of my favorites.

I just 8jstalled this game and I really enjoy it, the only thing that bothers me though is I have to pay to unlock chapters or full game. It won't let me continue without doing so. Which is a bummer. But still over all great game for what I have played.

I liked this game until I got to the part where I got the glass of secrets. I went to use it and it disappeared!! I reset the game and played all the way to that part and again the glass of secrets went away when I tried to use it again! I PAID for this game too. Refund please. Ither than that most of the games are usually very fun and enjoyable, highly recommend. This doesn't usually happen to me while playing thier games

good game but you have to pay to unlock rest of game after less than an 10 mins of starting it I get it's a demo but think it needs to be longer you don't get to play or really feel what the games like at all and from the tiny demo It doesn't make me want to spend that amount for a game I may not get into.

Really disappointed as 1 part just isn't working. I was really enjoying the game too! Got to the hidden room under the trap door when looking for a team member & it just freezes! Happened on the free version so I bought the game, happened then too so I restarted the game & then still happened the 3rd time! I checked walkthroughs & the guide in the game & my game just doesn't react in that section!

Has great games but is so fricking irritating when you get so far and have to stop because you have to pay to play the rest of the game. I am not downloading anymore games like this again. I did twice and both times have to end up paying to continue. These are my favorite kind of games, way to break a persons heart have to pay when i can't afford it!

Like the other recent reviews, I also couldn't do anything after paying for the full game and going into the hatch. I tried restarting the game in case opening the game purchase page glitched it out, but no. It's unfortunately unplayable, which is disappointing. Please fix this glitch!

I like the continuation of the story, and the HOPs and mini-games were decently challenging. But the eyes were really hard to find, especially if you're playing in a phone. Over half the time I just looked in the strategy guide. I also wish there was more bonus content, especially given the price of the game.

Very good game with a good storyline. A good length that includes a bonus chapter. I'm so happy they made it longer, then previous games. I enjoyed the mini games, HOPs, and the collectibles. The graphics were nicely done. Heads up, the puzzle in the hallway where you have to place the name plates with the picture wouldnt work right for me. It wouldn't place the nameplate where I was trying to place it. Had to skip the puzzle. But I really liked this one.
