Land purchases are too expensive. 5/25/2024 - This game has become impossible to play without spending money. After the last updates, it doesn't allow for 5 minutes of playtime. I prefer to go out shopping for useful items instead.

I have been playing this game since 2019....it is fun...but it is hard to get crystal an really hard to get land. I don't like to spend money on games! I will here an there for a building I can't resist...but getting more land is next ti impossible without spending money.

After today's update I can no longer start the game. It crashes after the load screen. I tried clearing cache but still doesn't work. Also uninstalled/installed...You guys messed it up really bad with this update. I get this message: "Something went wrong with Paradise Island 2. Paradise Island 2 closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error." It was fixed with an update.

If you don't mind waiting for months to gain new territories or levels then this is the game for you. Where was the store mentioned in the last update? That never appeared. Incompetent customer support, who don't accept criticism. 85 crystals required to renew the stock in the wonder shop as a daily quest occurs too often. I've had it for three days now. Spending money can be a daily quest. Bonus event buildings are impossible to get. Ridiculous amount of crystals or tape required to buy land.

It was fun to start with but as time progresses it became less fun. Things cost too much especially to expand areas. Events, unless you stay up and collect every 3 hours on the hour, you'll have to pay money or gems to get the full event rewards. **Be super careful as progress doesn't always get saved after each session, this happened to me a few times and was told my connection was to blame even tho my connection was fine. Uninstalled after 6+ Months of play

Good for casual play & killing time. If you're competitive, then look elsewhere or end up spending loads of real cash to get ahead. If you have a PC, skip this title in the Microsoft Store as it runs like garbage on Windows. Drops frames, stutters, lags ... incredibly annoying. Android version has little hiccups but plays much smoother.

I love this game. I used to play the original version, now this one. I only have two complaints: 1) It would be nice to have more mini-games or something similar to kill time. Once you collect income and do a few things, there's not much left to do but wait. For most processes, using crystals to speed them up is out of the question because they cost too much. 2) In the original game, we could move plants around to customize our island. I'd like for the developers to bring that option back.

So many quests, one after the other, each have too many steps to finish in time. Almost finished all of the special and holiday ones I started but when the bonus time expires, the quest ends and I'm stuck with nothing or an unfinished building -like the birthday quest.The only way to finish a quest on time is to stay awake and play 24/7 or.... spend cash. It's a big unsatisfying waste of time. Let us finish the quest after bonus time is expired and I will reinstall and give a 5 star review.

The game is a mess. You don't really know why your doing most task, the energy isn't equal nor is the build up of energy. You only get so many energy bars or bolts and it's atleast 3+ to do most task. Alot of the game is so random. It's all so cramped together you'll tap several things trying to get to one. I haven't been playing long but if I could give -⭐ I would. Much preferred the original. Really sad that it was taken and left with one of no comparison.

Seems fun but keeps crashing. Just started playing it, only for it to start crashing once I got past the initial stages of the explanation of the game and beginning upgrades. I was so hopeful this game would be good as I am a former player of paradise bay and I miss it dearly. I hope the crashes/bugs can be fixed quickly so I can truly experience what the game has to offer.

Love it! Fantastic game, very well developed. Many facets there are to this game. There are everyday tasks and quests, special quests, mutliple mini games with their own daily and special quests. There are in app purchases that will enhance your game. With a game this well developed I will make an in app purchase to support the developers! :) Addendum: I don't mind making some purchases but it is VERY frustrating how long it takes to collect certain items like keys or special tools. PLEASE FIX

Fun game.. just LOTS of issues with the freebees(videos).. and the tasks mainly involve completing the mini games which are not always easy.. and may take some time to get through... but if the video part could be fixed.. it could make it easier to deal with all the mini games you have to play to complete most of the tasks to get the supplies you need.

I like it and can be fun but... what I dont like is having to constantly make purchases in order to advance in the game. You charge far too much for crystals and other items. The tasks are impossible to finish in time and I wonder how some people do it. I do have a life outside of this game and cannot be on it 24 hrs a day to complete these tasks. Some of the puzzles like the sandycaps challenege that just finished was impossible to complete unless you used cheats or items that cost a ton!

Events are nearly unachievable without spending money to buy crystals and coins. I have only played a couple months. Have spent over $200. Buildings are beautiful which encourage to want more. But, I am no longer going to play. It takes a ridiculous amount of coins and crystals just to purchase and upgrade buildings. And in order to complete events on time, you have no choice but to purchase extra because so little is given in game compared to what is required. Very disheartening.

No longer fun; now it's just annoying. Original: It's addictive for sure. As with all games it's slower to advance if you don't pay. It's like any other "build your dominion" game but there's no threat of someone else wrecking what you worked so hard to create."

I noticed I gave this game 4 stars back on 7/17/15 and I barely remember playing it that long ago. I thought I'd go in and catch up on at after all these years, but I've become so frustrated because it keeps on kicking me out within a couple of minutes. I've cleared my cache, updated, reloaded, uninstalled, then reinstalled, then updated, but still, it's not happy with me! I guess I may visit in another 8 years after I've forgotten about this, IF it's still around!
