It seems simple at first since the game is very easy to handle. But beware it might be a bit harder to master.
Whether you’re bold or careful, outwit your opponents by finding the best strategy to conquer the largest space. And stay cautious, you have a weak point : your tail. If ever it is touched by an opponent, you are dead.
Also make sure to guard your territory because in Paper.io nothing is sure as long as you do not own the whole territory. Stealing is legal and your opponents won’t hesitate to do so.
After the success of Quiz Run and Bool, Voodoo offers a new and fun experience inspired by io type games (popularised by agar.io). Find the simplicity and strategy on an io game in within a unique graphic universe.

Old version before update was worthwhile. Played it all the time. Now, too many ads that pause the game, it's portrait view is not as good as the previous landscape view, it started popping up little "cheats" or "help" that are unnecessary and ruin the game. There's no way you are actually playing real people with the amount of time the game pauses for ads. I got my 100%, deleted the app, had to re download it to make sure you all know it's that bad of an app. Don't waste your time. Uninstall.

This game was great. I've been playing this game for years. However, the new update has changed 2 fundamental things: 1. The game now has to be played in portrait mode now before it was landscape only. There should at least be an option to put it back into landscape. 2. Running into walls no longer kills you if you wanted to make an easy mode that turns off dying to walls that's fine but to me it's part of the challenge to avoid the walls. I'd get over it if it was just a UI change.

It used to be so fun, and that's because it was simple yet challenging. Now theres powerups that no one cares about that flash annoyingly and constantly pause the game. It's full of ads and even if you turn on airplane mode, the option to restart the game doesn't appear and for a few seconds you're just staring at the big "watch ad to respawn" button. You can't die on the wall now and that used to be part of the tension, made it clutch. I would have given this game 5 stars in the past.

It is very playable, but I can't help but feel that it's twelve against one. The computer doesn't go after each other the way it does the person playing. Also, the avatars don't unlock correctly, because the game doesn't track such things as consecutive days played. These along with an occasional update to the challenges would make this app a five star, hands down.

Switch phone to airplane mode to play without ads. Not as fun as it used to be. You can't die hitting the walls now which is too easy in my opinion. At least have an option to choose bumpers or not. Also there's powerups which this game really doesn't need. I avoid them. Should be a toggle for that as well. The worst is that ads which pop up every 30 seconds or so making the game unplayable unless in airplane mode. Still a good time killer besides the cons.

The older version was quite fun and challenging, with fewer options to continue and far more ways to die. In 2021 I rated it 5/5 because I continually wanted to play it. Now it just makes me sad. I took 99% of the board and had no way to die, hitting the walls several times without consequence. The CPUs also seem to be set on an easy mode, which takes away the challenge. It is quite disappointing to have such a great game.

I have played this for years.. one thing that has always irritated me is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to complete the challenges. Most of them don't track progress.. like play 7 days in a row.. it always says 0 or 1... and crash cop car... won't allow me to crash anymore. I just want to complete everything and I can't because of the game flaws. And something changed and it's too easy... used to be that getting 100%was easy, now it's simple, I can do 100% every time. Bla

wouldn't work on Galaxy S3; works seemingly alright on Essential PH-1 i'm glad to say... especially since the "other" app i got to replace this seems to no longer exist. ads are not intrusive, and no more frequent than that other app, so i'm not disappointed (though sometimes they're a bit tough to close, have to use the phone's back button when the "X" doesn't work). controls could be a little more responsive but overall, happy with this app (now that i can actually play it!).

I love this game. I've spent alot of time in it. My complaint,however is (in the last week in particular) anytime I've gotten a large chunk taken it either lags and says I only have .30% or I die,watch the revive ad and it still glitches and it saves the score is lower then 1%. That just happens to me about 2 minutes ago and I had almost 50% of the map covered. It didnt even get saved as new high score. This is a great game,but it desperately needs an update.

Fun for a little while...until you get good. Game starts glitching horribly when you get up around 35% or higher. Fails to fill in completed boxes. I made a full loop of the outside which should have won it, but it didn't fill it in. Uninstalling. Could have been a great game if it had worked right.

Do you want the utter waste of a great concept marred by ad breaks literally every five minutes? Than this is the game for you. I wanted an online multiplayer game and instead I get an experience where I'm having an ad break so often that realistically I have to be playing against bots. Moreover, every powerup (which are constantly popping up) opens a menu to watch an ad to 'earn' it. Last of all, you can watch an ad to revive but I've never seen anyone else do it. This app is all ads and bots.

I beg of you please please please take away the in-game boosters. What I use to love about this game was the simplicity of it. With the boosters and extra lives, the game lost it's simplicity appeal. The boosters are distracting and I find myself trying to avoid them in the game because I don't want to watch ads for extra stuff. Every time I run over one, I have to click No Thanks and it disrupts my rhythm which usually gets me killed. I've had this game for years and it's losing it's touch :(

too many ads, I can't unlock one of the avatars, and it keeps asking me from my address. I would recommend it to anyone who has the money to buy a feature to take away the ads. While we're on the ad topic, there are too many fake ads meaning that when I get an ad, the majority of the time it's an ad for a game and it takes me to the app store and I have to turn off my phone and turn it back on again to go back to playing. Screw this game. Don't buy it.

Controls are laggy and sometimes unresponsive. Other than that it's a pretty fun game! Edit: once you hit 50% the game gets INCREDIBLY laggy. Almost unplayable. Edit: Still 2 stars. Lags at the WORST possible time. Bots don't go after one another; will always prioritize you. Needs a way to make lobby for friends.

I used to actually give this game a high rating. Ads and all it was a solid game. I actually prefer it to the sequel. What I dont prefer is when you get an ad for Pandora that automatically downloads itself onto your phone without consent. Normally you have to click on the ad then click the download button. Apparently with your game if you close out of the app in the middle of an ad it decides for you what you want downloaded to your phone. Not cool.

I used to play this game quite a lot. However, after I installed it back on my phone I was disappointed to find its no longer the challenging game I once loved to play, and is now another ad ridden piece of trash. I used to watch 1-2 ads per round and would play dozens of rounds trying to get 100%. Now getting 100% is a simple task, and you are interrupted several times in the middle of playing by ads.

This is a fun game and a good time killer. However when you buy the full version, while you can skip the ads, it still prompts you if you want to watch an ad or not. I never want to watch ads and that is why I bought it. It is very annoying that it still asks me and ads should just be entirely removed from the game upon purchase. Not doing so seems like you're trying to milk ad revenue from those who have purchased and that leaves a horrendously bad taste in my mouth.

Way too many ads, lack of customization, and instead of changing it, you make new games just to get as many people downloading you're game as possible. Also, with the newer versions of your game, there are way too many items, rendering skill useless. Would not recommend at all.

This game is fun to me! Don't get me wrong, but there are some problems! First, the adds are a bit much (for me at least) in the game. Secondly, the game is laggy for me. Lastly, (in my opinion) the challenges are hard for some of the skins. But, it is fun to try to get all the skins and just play when you are bored. Have a try, see if you like it! 3 stars for me!

This is a very good and fun game and I love it but they have made it so that literally every single 5 seconds that you are doing anything in the game and ad will pop-up. They also added "power-ups" which if you run into will force an ad onto you and you'll get the "power-up" which is very poorly implemented anyway. If you're considering getting this game just go to uptodown or search in your browser paper.io old versions the top result that doesn't say paper.io2 is the one you want.
