I LOVE Premiere!! If you're not using this tool, created FOR US, to make life easier, you're missing out! It's helped me so much in every area! Giving me more time for other things, and taking less time for backend stuff!! Keeps up with all your on hand inventory! And, is super easy for the customers!! Such a great customer experience!! I love app! Pre-Premiere inventory was easy to import THANKS to Danielle's youtube video! A few things need to be fixed: Customers don't care about whether an item was FF, LOP or EMP. They want to be able to search for what they want & it comes up such as pearls, landyards or wooden pieces. Right now items come up if search word is in title of item not in the description. Category inventory doesn't match category title. If I click Hoops I want to see hoops. Think customer vs consultant.

Absolutely LOVE the Paparazzi Premiere App!!! Works fantastic for being in the beginning stages. Has made my life so much easier. The best part is they listen to our concerns and work with us for updates on the app. They continually are invested in making this the best app EVER! CID# 304515 I am loving the Premiere App. It didnt take long for me to manually add my inventory and the best part...I dont need to add any new inventory because the tedious part is done for us. No looking up stock photos and adding to my storage anymore. Also invoicing is just a click of a button along with shipping easy. I just love how simple you have made it for us. Of course there will be kinks here and there and add ons we would like to see in the future. For now it is awesome. Great Job!!

Took me over 2 weeks to get anyone to help me get the app to work. Finally get it to take my payment and get the app going to find out that it wont download orders placed before the app was installed. Can't use the app on my computer where I do 98% of my business. Would like it more if they made a computer version for those of us that still us them, instead of relying completely on our phones.

I love this app. However, with the latest update, the app no longer opens. I un-installed and reinstalled it, and it still doesn't work. I hope to see this corrected soon.

App has not updated my placed orders since 3-11 and those were wrong. Since the update on 5-29 I can't log in

Love all the new updates. Really like we can mark our favorites to be at the beginning of our online store. Now for my Samsung phone the pictures are larger and easier to see! Very easy to use. Scanning can be a little difficult sometimes. Suggestion would be if we put in the description/name of product that we can find to keep in inventory if the sku isn't available to input. Customers are also looking for one click pay with like Apple Pay, PayPal, ect.

This is a new app and for how far it has come and how fast the team is working to make the adjustments to the app is absolutely wonderful. Everyone need to have a little Grace and patience. Yes are there things I would like to see changed absolutely but I believe in allowing the team some time to make.the adjustments. I tell my customer just for now use it like a catalog. Thanks paparazzi team for developing an app that I have no doubt will become a major asset to every consultant.

Wish they would release your payments easier. It takes almost a week to get any money available where square its available faster. Otherwise its a great app and i can see they are steering it to better things like the facebook live sales. I just dont know how to use it lol but otherwise its great. I will continue using square to get my money faster. Also I would love to be able to download it on my computer. I hate using my phone for everything.

The app is amazing and very easy to use,my 2 year old grandson can scan the items himself. The app is in its infancy and to be so it's amazing. We know there is so many updates yet to come in the future and look forward to the growth and possibilities to come with these updates. 1.We would love to see the ability to customize with our personal logo and color scheme. 2. The ability to adjust inventory with a positive mark when things are sold on lives. 3. Pay option like klarna for cust.

I'm really enjoying the ease of loading my inventory. All the hard work has been done - scan, enter item location, quantity, and BOOM pictures and item name populate. Simplicity at its finest. I also appreciate how the updates are seamless. The app is always being improved. So far my overall experience has been pretty positive.

As a consultant the app has a learning curve but what doesn't. On the customer side there are way too many filters. The basics are all that is needed. Bracelet, Earrings, Hair Clips, Necklaces, Rings, Zi, Urban, Lanyards. All the rest is very unnecessary and causes confusion. Not all consultants have fashion fix, or not eligible for Encore or LOP, Hostess rewards, Convention and EMP items should just load into the proper categories. Customers don't use these titles, or know Zi release years.

The app is a good tool to have for buying online. I was very excited about getting started. However, I had my first vending event, and ringing a quick sale is not possible. The customer still had to fill out shipping information (address and zip) before getting the process of charging them for their item. This was very time-consuming and can turn away customers. It would be great if there was a way to just select sale.

I have changed my rating from a 4 star to a 5 star! I have been using the app now for about 9 months and it has completely changed my business. The next step I think would be to allow promotion codes for the consultant to create for their customers. I also wish I was able to see what were in people's carts that were not ordered on a live show. I have no way of knowing what people have pending in their carts. So it would be great if there was a way to see which customrs have items pending.

Uploading old inventory is easy when and if the barcodes can scan otherwise its manual input for each piece. Events the card reader to app application is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Doesn't sync, syncs then sends errors but goes through, locks up premier, and or makes several programs swap back and forth in a loop so you have to shut phone off then back on. That alone when busy with several people trying to pay is never a good thing. Currently going back to square for reliability.

Still learning the app, but the first thing I noticed is needing to be able to search with more filters. Also, the glitches when uploading previously bought inventory. I know those bugs will be worked out. But sometimes the barcode errors have you try two or three times until it takes. So far, I love where this app is going and see the potential. Thank you for getting us something to start with.

From the consultant side, the app is great. It's very user-friendly. However, from the customer viewpoint, some improvements can be made. 1. The categories can be simplified. I don't think the monthly fashion fix set is necessary. Plus those items don't show up in the individual categories, like necklaces, earrings, etc. 2. It would be helpful if the same items in different colors show together. 3. My Hoops category shows Timeless post earrings only.

Not customizable at all. Very difficult to log in and consistently logs us fully out. Tried to change pw, but it won't email us info to any email address we've ever had in the history of our existence. Definitely a long way to go for this. Most items are easy to enter manually... About 3/5 items will actually scan without an issue. If you start having any online sales, you should definitely upgrade to a regular website that you can modify and get into to make changes, etc, imo.

I'm still learning how to use the app but when I click on my inventory, no images show up. Just the name of each item. This is frustrating as I've sold things and don't know what I've sold because the images aren't there. Also, in case you're wondering, I checked to see if I have the latest update (and I do) so it's not my problem; it's yours, so please fix it!
