Best thing to get if you don't want to go through the awful banking system in turkey. For me as a foreigner who doesn't speak Turkish very well I couldn't open a bank account because they require you to speak good Turkish to do that plus most of the banks apps doesn't even support English which sucks really. My sister suggested papara for me and i couldn't be happier, it does everything I need without any hassle and it's very convenient and works everywhere 👌🏻

I am not able to create an account even after trying many times and it shows error that the no. Can't be reasched Or the sms can't be send bcoz the no. Is unreachable what to do now?

Very very very poor customer service. Obviously there is a bug on the app while verifying account and I even recorded a video of my phone screen and sent them, they do not check and every time reply my email with a template email. I have every word of verification guide in my mind. I have read it thousands of times. Again they send me the same guide. 🙁🙁🙁 I called, sent emails, explained again and again, but I recieved the same guide. 😐

Honestly everything is flawless. I am even counting on it more than a legit bank account. All they provide is awesome essentials and truly helpful. My only issue is , i am not being able to get a dollar account nor investment account. I would really like some help regarding this . But non the less , awesome app and service.

Since January 2025 the verification is required to do all online payments. Somehow the pink tourist 6 months residence permit is an ok document, but blue work permit is not a valid document which makes no sense and makes it useless for people who legally live and work in Turkey

The app is well designed and has necessary functions. But! Instead of fixing the bugs, Papara asks to change the device, where that bug (in my case with face recognition) appears. And most important, they are working with the worst courier service ever, I'm waiting for a physical card for almost a month already, I've spent 3 whole days waiting for 2 different cards and no one even tryed to call me or text. And Papara don't do anything about it either, they just tell you to wait.

The app stops working on live verification. I think it's not tested well. And the support told me to buy a new phone, because app doesn't work with new Android version. Also, delivery never delivered cards 2 times to my husband, but keep sending the messages that we are not home. But they literally never came. This is not even 1, it's 0 star. Horrible service!!!!

Please, I tried how many times to verify my account doing the process they told..but still cannot verify. Are you accepting the foriegn Identity? I tried to get a papara card but they can't send me due to unverifies account, I tried how many times using my blue cars or foriegn Identity but still can't verify... Please help and fix thia problem..I put money last saturday, and I've been calling ut they don't call me back. This is so prostrating!

Awesome app! Easy to use and easy to manage. QR payments make it easier to pay, although I definitely would've liked NFC more. Overall, I think it's great.

It begins to be unusable. Few months ago status of my account was changed to unverified and I was unable to send money to my wife, who has verified account. After that I ordered black card as was suggested to verify my account, I received my card but account didn't be verified! I completed all steps to verify account and they marked as completed, but account still unverified! And no another options available, like re-verify... And the last thing - they prohibited to me to make online payments

my account just randomly became unverified. I can't use the money that I just puted. its tell's me to entre my kimlik .to verify but it tells me it's un macted and I can't use my nor can I remove my money. I used to use papara without being verified and now it's shows error am soo angry .am so post to buy my self a birthday gift but I can't 😡😡😡😡

I can't do any transactions despite i did a withdraw without any problem but the app still tells me that i need to verify my account, I tried to verify it but the app refuses to verify.

The absolute worst I bought a gift card and I can't redeem it I sent an email for papara and they replied with sorry u have to contact Google I contacted they said they can't do anything now I want a refund and I can't do that 👎 if this issue haven't been resolved this week am delving my account from papara

Waste of time and efforts not for everyone.Its just won't verify your phone number. On contacting at provided contact number turkish is the primary language which i don't understand Secondly mail already done facing issue with verification with my phone number during sign up.
