*Edit* I have tried to contact y'all multiple times and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I will have no other choice but to just completely delete the app if this is not fixed. I can't see or accept anything anyways. So far, I have not been able to see or schedule any visits. It does not show as anything available when I was told there are some visits available. I had to Uninstall then reinstall the first time just to get the location to change. Now it's just not working.

App it's severely flawed!😡 It's constantly freezing, collapsing/shutting down, and not registering when it's supposed to. And then the mileage is never correct nor the infirmation! I am constantly uninstalling and reinstalling and having to always contact support for assistance in every appointment. Fix this please! Makes it not worth the effort.

I'm finding it a bit clunky. I do not like the new location feature. When I am speaking with someone, I want to immediately know their city and state without having to zoom out of the tiny Google Map provided. One feature I would like to see added is if we could see the time in the Member's time zone along with ours. This would be beneficial for scheduling future meetings with our Members. I'm also having a lot of issues with it locking up whenever I try to add multiple filters to find a Virtual Visit.

Unfortunately this app doesn't work properly & crashes often. I have been a Pal for over 2 months & really enjoy the people who I help. There isn't an easy way to get ahold of anyone for support, it takes hours to reach a live person so if you choose to do this, you need to have a lot of common sense & experience with home care. I have also had a lot of issues with being paid correctly so be sure to track everything outside of the app. I am hoping that this program will continue to improve!

The Company is Wonderful. This app needs a lot of work. A lot of times it won't show me a call list to choose from at all. And I know the calls are there because one week it worked amazing. It's like the app picks & chooses when it wants to work as far as scheduling. I check often. The actual call goes through fine when I can schedule any.

For those who have issues viewing upcoming visits, or not seeing history of visits; make sure your location is turned on with the setting as "always" not "when using app". ***I do dock 2 stars however for the battery draining location tracking. I understand the reason why it needs to get location, but does it have to be physical activity when you have stopped paying for commutes. I made more money when the hourly rate was less and got paid commute. (Bonuses don't reflect difference either.)***

After opening the app yesterday to confirm a visit, it did not allow me to enter the app. I would get the little wink face icon, then the screen went white and the frame was there with icons at the bottom, but no info appeared after several attempts. I kept receiving a error message about Location Services but it did not affect other apps on my phone. I've tried rebooting my phone and then deleted the app, attempted to reinstall and it will not download.

The app does allow searching and finding appointments. However it did not successfully start a visit, nor allow me to end it. In addition, add to calendar does not work. I have submitted requests for help, but the response from the support team is to uninstall and reinstall the app. I have done that several times, but the app remains defective. Please improve the response from your help desk and actually read the problem rather than submit a canned response which wastes my time.

If I could give the app less than 1 star I would. (I've only been working with Papa Pal for 2 full months, just for some context.) It crashes often (at least once every week or so). The app will fail to even load and the only solution I've found is to uninstall and then reinstall the app. I do this every 3 weeks or so. I am currently trying to get the app to work and have tried the uninstall/reinstall method and it still won't load. I'm worried that this will happen during a call and I won't be able to complete the surveys or get my time recorded. This app needs a LOT of troubleshooting urgently.

Is there another app to use? The app will not update its list and most are the same person on multiple columns for the same time. I would like to see an way to disable the map. I feel it makes the app run super slow. I do like that it says where the place is in word form. I would like to see an area that could tell you a little about the papa you will be going to speak with that you can easily open and view. Maybe a heads-up on the type of surveys so you can ready the conversation.

This app is good and I've never had issues with payment they always come on time. The only issue I have is the app crashes that happen very often, and you can't see calls or visits. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app many times just to be able to see available virtual chats. If this bug is fixed then the app wouldn't need anything and would be excellent!

Really not liking this app so far. Or the other one. Have a lot of things wrong with both of them. This one keeps going to a white screen in which I have to exit out completely or else it won't let me do anything. Also finding visits is very hard because everytime I get to the bottom of the list, no more come up until i mess with it for a while and then maybe some will show up for later times in that day, or it constantly shoots me back up to the begining!! It's pretty stressful!!

I love the company and the purpose, but the APP, it crashes a lot, it doesn't move as fast, when you want to go back and forth on the scheduling it changes the papas out of order or it goes to the map mode, where it shows one appointment at a time with the location in a big map, yes it's helpful, but a little annoying. It definitely needs work!! Especially when you waste time trying to fix it, I have to restart the app over and over, uninstall/Reinnstall over and over. Other than that, it's ok.

This app is going to want you to change the Location setting from "Allow only when using~" to "Allow all of the time". If you skip the change it'll pop up everytime I open the app. Keep it as " Obly when using". If you agree to allow it to access the location all the time it will literally track you 24/7. Doesn't matter if you don't have a visit scheduled with a client til next Tuesday and it's Thursday, it's tracking you. I had to force stop to close the notification but it eventually restart.

Not a lot of work in all areas, but was a lifesaver when I found my self unexpectedly unemployed. I found it user friendly. Work can be limited but it definitely helped in my time of need. There is some long distance driving involved, but you have total control of the jobs you choose and distance you want to travel.

I get multiple messages telling me to finish my application but when I click on the link it brings me to the app and it's nothing but a black screen. The only thing it allows me to do is log out. I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing works. I've gotten 10 texts and 8 emails in less than 24 hours. I was excited to try this and not so much if I can't get past a black screen.

I have only recently started worming with Papa Pals and the app, and so far, everything has been great! I have had no issues with the app itself (Samsung phone for reference) and whenever I've run into situations (like forgetting to start the visit because the member is outside waiting for me) the support line people have been especially helpful. I was little nervous at first but all the members homes I have been to, the have been welcoming and easy to work with. So far, I love it!
