The app and their website are bad. I ordered through the website 3 months ago and was charged twice for my order. I have made multiple calls to customer service in order to arrange for a refund with no success. Everytime I am told I will receive a call with an update and I never do. It is a shame that the customer service and finance department are horrible. I used to buy from Papa John's almost every weekend for 2 years. Not anymore.

Terrible app. I tried to order using this app. The app won't process the order but will charge your card. I didn't receive any confirmation number from the app (Papa John's) but my bank send a notification confirming my purchase. We called the csr asking what time will it be delivered but they said they didn't receive any request of order. We spent almost 1 hour resolving this issue. To be fair, the customer service representative were very helpful and they reimburse me within 1-2 days.

The worst fast food ordering app I have came across, there is no option to track your order, there is no option that tells you how long its gonna take, the call gets redirected to a whatsapp chat. I had to speak to two different agents to have an idea about my order. Once your order gets cancelled, nobody will be notified and the amount will be transferred back. Even if the order is late its fine but atleast the customer needs to updated and notified.

Such a bad app.. They dont have any useful options Doesn't show where the order is Theres no tracking option Doesnt show if its accepted or which branch or location the order has gone to If the order is made through the app everytime we have to call the branch to confirm the order or they wont even see it Second time I've ordered through the app and both the times it was a mess.

You'll spend more by using the app. The reward points are nice, but the specials they have online through their ads, are not available through their app. Also, there's nowhere to enter promotional codes. Better to wait for an ad and purchase online with free delivery, than to use the app.

Delicious vegan food and quite a wide range of options. The app makes it simple to order, only thing is it doesn't have the vegan options on the app so I have to order the non vegan version and leave a note for the restaurant then keep my fingers crossed that they follow the instructions to make it vegan, which they usually do 🙂

Payment doesn't work with UAE debit cards. Amount is debited (hold) but order is not successful. The worst part is that your cart gets emptied despite the unsuccessful order which means you need to start over each time. Which juvenile developer was assigned to build this app?! And in the end the order is fulfilled cash on delivery by Careem!

Edit: Issue has been resolved, my only concern with the app is that it doesn't clearly state the status of the order or how much time is left for the order to arrive. Which should be a common feature for this type of app. Downloaded the app, tried to sign in with google, nothing happened. Changed the connection to mobile data, tried again and still nothing happened. Uninstalled the app!

The app works fine, i didn't have proplem in doing orders, but there is so many tricks in it, for example, the free welcome medium pizza is actually not free and you have to do a minimum of 30 AED purchase to redeem it, and they did not mentioned in the app that you have to, they only mentioned that it's available for one day after your first order , really bad advertising. And the same thing on the points: minimum 30 AED, unlike other apps that you simply can get free stuff with your points.

I noticed that some of the orders can be repeated even if their offer wasnt available already in the app. Also for the points stuffs it wasnt clear as well that we have to purchase something for 30 aed even if it is not written in the terms. I hope they would fix this to avoid confusion for all customers and for us customers to avoid blaming the staffs due to the incomplete information for claiming items.

Poor delivery service despite the address mentioned and sending it on WhatsApp,diriver say come out side in random location and the driver says if you want to cancel the order, there is no problem

Absolutely loved the Star Pizza from Papa John’s! The flavors were spot on, but what really stole the show was the cheese pull—so stretchy, gooey, and satisfying! 😍 The crust was perfectly baked, and the cheesy center was rich and full of flavor. application is horrible it doesn't let you save the address when you pin the location it just doesn't go to the next page. Just let your customer save the address how it should be rather than choosing each time

Greetings from England. I have used the app several times to send my friend in Dubai food items. The food and delivery were excellent. The only problem I had was the app refusing to accept Gpay. although after a few attempts each time it finally accepted my order

This is a useless application. I had the worst experience ordering pizza using the application. Missing items, Cold Pizza and ineffective customer care. totally disappointing. I Don't recommend it at all.

very bad , telling u complete the survey and you will get points , after finishing the survey they didn't send any points to the account,I have been waiting for 25 days and no points , even I applied more than months from the last survey i submitted, this is the second time I face this issue, they give you points once then let u fill the survey for twice or three times with no points then maybe they give you points on the forth time .but they missing u some survey points

This app is very bad A. If u don't order serval times even if u reach to gold or platinum they put you back to bronze..!? B. If u order online u don't get the points even if u have the receipt C. The delivery people's most of the times they keep the receipt for them self so they can added to there points to get free meals I ask so many times for my receipt and they said they don't have it..!?

The terms & conditions not properly mentioned on app on redemption of points. When inside store, they tell t&c which is nowhere mentioned. Also, why the points were redeemed previously and now denied. When concern raised they didn't deliver the pizza on time (customers arriving after us were provided first). The store is located in Sharjah, Al qasmia. Don't download the app, now they have deducted my 5000 points also without prior notice on msg or mail.

For the last three months, I have complained at the branch and online that I am not receiving the survey points. Unfortunately, as usual, there has been no response. This is the worst customer service I have encountered, with no system in place to address customer feedback.

Again your application is acting weird. Completely unreliable. Even the help bot attachment button isn't working to attach the errors. Keeps stating that an error has occurred and the menu has suddenly changed. Taking ages to load. Please just shut your application down and let us rely on delivery service providers, which is more reliable and prompt delivery wise and their apps doesn't act weird every now and then. In-App User ID 46105482. Very disappointed from your application experience.
