The game is good but when it comes to card hunting it doesn't work, i went to the exact place on the map and there was no card anywhere i look for 15 minutes in the street with my phone looking like an idiot pls wix it it would be way more fun

This game would have been good, however in the tutorial when I went on to the reading part it gave me a warning and then the game stopped working, I even reloaded it it wouldn't work

After the last update the app behaves weird. It will give me the message "Failed to accept bid" and take the cards I am trading but not the ones I am supposed to receive.

After update app is very slow. Doesn't matter if you connected to wi fi or mobile. Have to close it several times.

Great Game! I would love it if leagues were also included since I believe that will make more people want to play. There are certain players who haven't played a world cup and shine for their club, so I believe it would be better. In general, I love it! 5 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍

Good concept but very poorly executed. Very laggy and many unobtainable cards (including base insert prizm groups, modric and eriksen connections and world cup winners). Its not fun to try to collect everything knowing that some cards like level 9 pašalic will always be missing because the developers cannot be botheted to fix the bugs for over 2 years. So many cards are in the wrong category (Corič is apparently Spanish)and considering its an app by a major company such as Panini its really bad

Stay away from this app all your coins and cards vanished if you stop playing for a long time my full collection is gone contact customer service the only thing that they said it's give it a try what that . I don't give it not even one star

This app is fraud. Cards are missing and all my doubles are gone. Constantly cards are missing. Also often you lose cards because of failed transfer. What is the point of buying Cards?

This game more than that is like a hall of fame of the biggest football (soccer) stars during the past almost 50 years where we can have the opportunity to know them a little more. btw I think it would be better if we could see the real stats of the vintage players as we don't have another way to make us an idea about them.( I'm speaking for all those who unfortunately couldn't see those stars playing on the soccer field)

Terrible customer service! I made a coins purchase for USD$99.99 on Nov 7, 2019. Their customer service claimed my coins were deposited, but they were not and my credit card was charged. I have been e-mailing everyday and only received 2 responses claiming my coins were credited. It's ridiculous that their customer service has no way of seeing whether coins were credited or not and that I only received 2 responses from them in 16 days. I also did a purchase on Panini FIFA World Cup today and have the same issue now. If anyone has a customer service number I can call to speak to someone, please post it. Thank you.

I think I am having the same issue as most other users are having. The app lags a lot no matter if you are connected over Wifi or mobile internet. Also you need to have a way to give players in game credits a little more than 1000 a day to purchase packs. You can include mini games and stuff. Apart from this please look into the lag issue otherwise I don't know how long I might stick to playing this game. To be honest I liked your game more than others. So expecting for the lag issue fix.

The Dunk app is way more polished than this one, I understand it was developed for the 2018 world cup when it was at it's peak, I'm just hoping it gets renewed for the 2022 WC. I wish the vintage player cards had updated stats, I've seen way too many base cards with shared 500 stats.

Since i did the new update im not able to open the app. It keeps crashing. I have abunch of unopened packs still to open. Plus i spent money on some of them. Can you please fix the issue. Also the card hunter does not work. It was a fun app./game.

The wishlist function stopped working correctly after the last update, please fix it. After the last update the app just takes your cards, they just disappear from your list, and the doubles they also just disappear. Trades appear to be completed but a lot of the cards don't appear in your collection. Fix this ASAP, otherwise it is just a waste of time and money
