Update 11/16. Version 4.78 (the newest one) still doesn't work properly. Every update in the last 6 months has not worked properly. I keep having to roll back to a version from April when it lasts worked properly. And the most recent update. The menu does not show up at all so I cannot order anything. Kind of defeats the purpose of a mobile ordering app when the menu doesn't open. Update 01/24/2024 - latest version (4.81.0) still has issues. Can't start an order or open any menus

I love the Unlimited Sip Club and being able to order ahead on the app. However, since the March 18th update, the app has been unable to connect to the internet. I've cleared cache, force stopped, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, and still, it won't connect. I'm not having this issue with any other app, so I know it's not my phone.

Such a poorly designed, buggy application. Customize and sandwich and want to change it from whole to half? Too bad, you have to restart completely. Want to reorder a previous order? It never actually works and you have to pick both the menu items and cafe again. Also, ads via push notifications, without implementing Notification Categories (a standard feature of Android for customizing or disabling specific notifications) is unacceptable.

Sip Club is impossible to cancel on this app. They offer a great deal and then charge you full price regardless. You'll have to call to cancel and there's a no refund policy. This is also the worst fast food app I've ever downloaded. It's slow and buggy and constantly crashes. It is, essentially, unusable. Since the restaurant service is also slow and they've moved the cups behind the counter, it really makes Panera in general just not worth it.

Half the time (at least) I come into my local Panera the system isn't is down, and I'll have to upload a copy of my own receipt in order to get the rewards (it's not just my local locations because it's happened in other cities 40+ miles away) then I just came in and remembered to check the app for my rewards and the app is having trouble so it won't process the app only coupon I want to use and this is not the first time it's given me this message. I wish they could figure out their app & fixit

Great, when it works. But it doesnt. Half the time the app is non functioning or gives you errors when you log in. It's like it actively doesn't want you to use it. Or the company doesnt feel like rewarding points. If not it never connects or its server down. They cheaped out on IT or dev support for it. If not they need to fire the team maintaining it

I've changed my password more times than I care to recall, but this boneheaded app refuses to sign me in. So it says is "something went wrong, please try again later." I have deleted and reinstalled it three times to no avail. And, I'm able to log in to Panera via a web browser with no issues whatsoever. Something went wrong, alright... in the app developer's group.

This would normally be 5 stars, but I haven't been able to place an order at all. It let's you fill your cart, but doesn't go to the cart screen. Looks like it is a recurring issue. When I called the store they said they couldn't do delivery with a phone order at that location anymore. Told me to go through Doordash or Uber Eats, but if I do that, I can't use my membership. Why should I continue paying for a membership that I cannot use? You need to fix this ASAP or you will lose my business.

I like your app and it's easy to use. However, it won't go back once it's on the final order screen, even after the order has been delivered. I have to press the home button to get out of the app. The link for tracking your order has only worked for me the first time I ordered too. And I'm connected to my home internet when I've ordered, so it isn't my connection. You might want to fix these things.

The user interface of the app is easy to use and I've have no issues with processing payment, which is great...buuut.. The reward quality is definitely declining. What used to be a free pastry reward is now just $1 off a pastry instead. Also, there is no option to swap out side items for value duets. I have to put in special instructions to ask the store to swap the side out. The app is great, but you can tell that Panera is getting greedy.

Constantly have issues with the app. I changed the qty of an item, and it changed another's qty instead, causing double of a meal instead of a drink or utensils. Then, when I got to edit qty, it erased the whole meal, and I had to start over. Happens everytime I use the app. Only food service app that I have any issues with. Can not recommend this app any less.

Unable to use customize feature since last update. I can do the customization but whe I go to add to order I get a black banner that says " something went wrong, try again later ". Very frustrating 😕 Panera has lost business, since I tried to order 4 times this past week and have ordered elsewhere for a quick pickup. Addendum: I contacted Panera directly and they quickly fixed the problem. I saw a new update for the App and loaded it. Worked perfectly! Great response!

A significant improvement to the UI. I've been critical of this app for a few years now with little to no improvement, but it is a few steps better. • An area of improvement still of need is the slowness of loading the app's menus or adding things to cart. For some reason, it still seems a little slow when executing; not a big deal at this point, but perhaps caching images or something else may be needed on the app. Otherwise, not horrible. For now, they still allow me to use my VPN on my phone

The good: it remembers my orders and my address, and it even allows me to add offers to my cart. The bad: The app is slow and sometimes buffers forever, processing payments is an issue for me since it would constantly say that the code isn't valid anymore even if there isn't a code entered and the same order works on my computer, and the customization options are limiting compared to what the store actually offers.

Ordered at the wrong store today. The map functionality needs improvements. The selected store needs better contrast/highlighting when choosing the map pins. There also seems to be a bug where the list doesn't scroll back to the top when reselecting the first location in the list. Luckily, Panera has excellent customer service and I was able to cancel the order at the incorrect location.

Worked well enough for a good while. But now the TRACK ORDER feature doesn't work in the app. Last several orders I placed for delivery, pressing the button gives an error that tracking "will be ready soon" but "soon" never arrives. So I have to watch out my window for delivery or hope the delivery person will knock (most times they don't).

I like that I can order through the app and pick up at the drive-thru or pick up inside. Makes it more convenient. also if there's ingredients II don't want on a particular item I can remove it before ordering. except if I order delivery the items cost more which I think is not right. Why charge someone more for an item when they have delivery when you're going to charge a fee anyway.

It's 90% a nice app, but it's lacking for its most frequent customers: 1) the re-order option has been broken for months (falsely claims the item is unavailable) 2) you can't save a favorite store. Tapping the star gives an error. I have to put in my zip code every time I order (no, Panera, you can't have my location data). 3) when ordering a drink, it has you customize it first, but then you lose the customization selections if you change the drink size. Please let us select the size first!

Android application has bugs in it. Makes you login twice, reseting password is weird within the app. Constantly get a doom circle when things load. Offers within the app don't let you use them or have expired. No option to delete account. Changing email doesn't require a verification so if you fat finger something...Updating name and other items doesn't automatically change the banner with your name. Updating anything says it saved but warns you it didn't save. Got to keep this short.

As far as navigating the app, it's easy. But, it won't take me to the checkout screen. I can add anything I want to my cart for a rapud pickup, but I get a message saying they're having difficulties connecting to wifi (whether I am or not), and then there's no checkout screen. It worked when I first installed the app months ago, but now it's just not loading the checkout screen.
