Horrible experience with this app. Shipping is outrageous!! I have been charged 3 amounts: $76 for order, $65 for shipping and $12 restock fees for one item that was out of stock. The order was for 2 tshirts, 1 sweatpant, 2 hoodies and they told me I was short on payment for shipping! DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Didn't know what I was doing at first .. and so had to chat with Customer Service to show me the way when it came to shipping. Great shopping experience, my purchases arrived intact and in great time! Very happy, will definitely be shopping again with Pandabuy

Android app needs some work, but it's not that bad. If you're smart about your orders, they are pretty good. Shipping to the U.S Southwest is fast; takes like a week from the warehouse.

Shipping is too expensive! Ordered $70 worth of merchandise for $170 shipping. Asked for address to send my own shipment company and they refused. Bought items from different sellers and had to wait for every item to arrive at panda buy warehouse to the ship all items together. Asked for refund and could not get it because its been too long to return since I've been waiting for the rest of items to arrive and also to find out the insane amount of money. I got half of the money back the rest lost

I had to choose between pandabuy, sugargoo and a superbuy. I chose Sugargoo because they had cheaper + more shipping options for Austria. So far I shipped 3 packages with them (2.3 kg, 5.5 kg, 10.5 kg). All of them shipped without a problem, and just to be sure I always take the insurance which is supposed to cover the cost of everything in case the package gets seized. QC photos are very good, even with tag and size label. Goods are packaged well and a lot of shipping options (cheapest of all)

The app is ok, the company is the problem.. Data breaches, police raids, lack of transparency to the customers, holding people's money and items without any info on what's going on. Just don't use it. They are not working and lie for over a month they have a system upgrade 🥱

The best agent, could be better The app knows how to calculate shipping, but makes you go through many menus right before paying to see the shipping price. It would be nice to have this shown before submitting an order

Always had a great experience. I fear most of the negative reviews complaining about shipping for example are from idiots. The shipping is very reasonable if you know what you're doing. If you haven't researched it enough, don't indulge. Don't use it and then complain the service is bad because of your ignorance. It's stupid. I agree the app could work a little better, but it's by no means unusable. I only get trainers from here now and will be using until customs clamp down on it.

Makes me laugh when people say "I brought 3 items for £16 but the shipping was £50 ".hate to burst ur bubble but thats how economy's of scale works ,you buy more & the shipping becomes more reasonable. Some people forget that it comes from China & not just an amazon warehouse down the road from your house ,of course its going to take at least a month because its on the other side of the world ,literally. Anyways besides that its a really good place to buy 1:1 replicas.Always research before hand

2 bugs with tracking in dark mode. First, final update where package was signed for doesn't show in English (dark mode) however if you switch app language to Chinese it does appear. Second tracking info in dark mode is small dark grey text on a black background (low contrast) which makes it very difficult to see.

This app is excellent except for couple reasons is that this app has to many updates, now the app is brilliant for buying rep I can see that people complain that the shipping is expensive it's because they order 1 to 3 stuff it's better to order more than 3 so then it's going to be more affordable or more likely worth it. The last reason is you need to be very patient waiting for the items to arrive to the warehouse and waiting until they arrive to ur home. I would mostly likey recommend.

Add traditional notes, literally every other agent has a very simple ans easy notes system when adding items to your cart, please just add this it would make ordering stuff so much easier and smoother. also please give us the option to organize our cart by newest to oldest without grouping every item from each store in a group. besides that, this agent doesnt need any changes.

This is a good app and a good website overall, if you KNOW what you're doing. The shipping costs aren't as crazy if you are smart about what and how you buy things. There are a ton of ways to save on shipping, and there's overwhelming amount of customization for the package the whole way through. I think it goes without saying that pandabuy also has an extreme variety of products that are also at least reasonable quality.

Since the last update the app is working weird...it is very laggy/slow..takes a while to submit orders, when you manage to press submit and try to select packaging or shipping method you press once on the oprion nothing happens, after you presz again 2/3 times on the options suddenly 3/4 pages open with same thing...even when selecting the shipping it says that carrier is full try again after 0:00 tried it for 3 days in a row same thing, non of this happened before the update...

Waited for like 7 month for my parcel to arrive, and nowthey wanted the credit card and my id to "verify", that the one who ordered was me, and then they just said that the parcel is missing, tho before a month they said i just need to wait more. They won't get my money back and do anything.. Please dont order from them, they are a scam.

It has been 4 days since I sent them an email asking why its taking so damn long for my package to be in transit and they still haven't bothered to help me in any way. Also the app user interface is out of date, maybe would've been acceptable 5 years ago. Edit: they did help me in some way, but I still had to contact the post office and get informed myself about my package

Damn near all of the sellers simultaneously stopped accepting returns/exchanges, which shouldn't even be allowed given the frequency they send out a different item than advertised. It's enabling fraud.

App-Network error often,very slow. Items- Long frustrating process 2 find good qaulity.If all items required QC pic speed would improve.Sneaks r good must research 1st. Clothes r so so,ex. nylon shorts retail tag 100% Nylon.. Rep tag 100% cotton that's just lazy smh.Need 2 Get small details right like colors.Red is not orange.Ship is high n long. Customer Serv- Very Nice.Asked bout insurance n parcel was canceled which I didnt ask 4,but gave me discount 4 reship.Can return items w bad qaulity

Feel pretty damn scammed. Ordered some shoes that are non refundable because it looks like every seller is, I check shipping calculator and I'm fine with the amount I need to pay. I login to check if I can ship yet and see a pop up about adjustments to freight cost and now it's not even worth buying these knockoffs. I could spend $30 more and have legit ones and get them in two days.
