It does exactly what it says: If you have large video files on your phone and if those files take up too much space on your phone, then use this program to compress them. I typically compress my files to the "large" compressed size/format. And after compressing my files, when I watch my videos at their new size, I find that the quality difference is not really noticeable. Thus, I was able deleted my old files and keep my videos with more space on my phone. Thus, this is an excellent program!

The first time went very smoothly and quickly. Instructions are easy; even for a novice. At the end, you're shown the original along with the compressed, for comparison. You can "name" it and decide where to file it! You can take your time to consider your options and decisions. My 74 MB video was shrunk to 24 MB and it was STILL too large to send as a text messsge on my Samsung Galaxy S10+. The next compression size down is 16MB. The Panda animation and script is entertaining!

TL:DR Great app, ads are longer but it is fantastic and worth every free or paid penny. Download it. I've had zero problems with it. I've noticed the ads have increased in length for the free version, but I don't remember the app offering a lifetime. It's well worth the price they asking (39.99 at time of writing). Please keep your head above water, stay humble and stay good. Fantastic job overall. Don't forget your free users.

When I tell you this app is AMAZING, I mean it!!! I had a video assignment I had to turn in for school, however, the file was too big to upload/send to anything... I looked everywhere, and could not find anything to help me. This is the ONLY app that has worked for me!!!! You can change the file size to any custom space you want. It works astonishingly, and if you're looking to clean up some phone space, this is the app for you. :)

App works great and does exactly what its meant to do. My phones storage was nearly full because Google Photos had a hard time backing up/uploading video files. They literally took forever if they backed up at all. Then I found this app and compressed my video files. I have so much more storage on my phone now and still have good quality videos that are special to me. They back up so much faster now too.

This app is perfect for compression, it's super fast and doesn't reduce the quality of your videos. It can make a 40 mb file go to 7 mb without fail or making it seem like the video is 10 times worse. It's also extremely convenient for what I wanted it for. The only concern I have is if this app can gain a feature to compress gifs, and if it can be updated again. Especially since it was last updated almost a year ago. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

If you need to compress video files, this is the 1! Good compression tools abound, Panda sets itself apart with its exclusive focus on video (the file type most often requiring me to compress & same is likely true for many others) combined with the fact that it's the limitations/confines of sharing via mobile messaging/comms apps, social media, etc that prompt most ppl's need for compression apps in the 1st place. So, Panda offers compression levels based on sharing considerations. 5⭐ app, easy!

I use this app all the time. it does what it claims to, quickly. I've never had any problems with it crashing, and if you forget you were compressing something, the next time you open the app, it'll still be there waiting for you to save or replace the original. can't recommend panda video compressor enough! out of 5 stars, I give it 6

I've tried several apps, but hands-down, I love the ease and speed of this app. It's user friendly. It helps me resize my cell phone videos of some 300mb+ down to 7+ megabytes (and I have not seen any results where the video and audio are off, and results never looks like bad lip- syncing!). The ads aren't overwhelming either. Thank you so much! I love the adorable heartbeat looking panda, too.🎁🎶 Update: I still love this app for my android on 2024❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you!

Amazing app for compressing large videos on android! Super easy to use, normal amount of ada that won't get in the way at all! Loving this! THANK YOU for bringing this amazing app to life! Edit: Using the latest version just after writing this review, the app stuck at 99% for me unfortunately. I waited and restarted the process with the same result.

Super easy to use. Love it! It has improved since I initially DL'd it when I moved to Hawai'i. It's quick to compress, great for busy people, and I can send videos to all my jealous friends back on the mainland with ease 😊 UPDATE:Still love it, but I can't figure out how to delete videos to free up memory. I also got a new error message that a vid couldn't be shared after compressing this morning.

This app Was amazing, but now since update it's not working on my bigger files anymore. I really regret updating it, it shuts down and restarts over again when it's at 99%. The multiple compression also doesn't work, it's best to do it one at a time. It's a shame, it worked well before. I'll have to find another substitute for this, cause it's not working like it used to.

I paid for the premium version. Recommendation: just use the free version and suffer the ads. It does do what it promises, but there are some annoying problems and the premium version just doesn't work. It drains ur battery which is fine, but it gets stuck if u try to compress large/multiple files at a time or run it in the background. Drains ur battery until u cancel the stuck operation. Also, on the higher resolution settings the "compression" will sometimes increase the file size at the end.

5 stars: easy to use. I've had installed for years now, and compressed over 300 videos. Compressed video looks almost identical to original. Compression doesn't seem to diminish audio. This was the first video compression that I used, and it's been so good, that I haven't had the need to try any others. If all of my apps performed this well, I'd be a lot happier.

I downloaded this but can't tell you anything about it because I never got to use it and see the results. An ad comes on and it takes a long time to finish.. and the prompt to x out of it is so small, you will most likely not touch it therefore bringing you to all kinds of places to see apps and other stuff to buy. I couldn't make it through all that nonsense so I closed the app and that was that. I know ads support developers but come on.

Starts off great but hangs up around 97%. Not sure if it's doing that so that it spends more time showing advertisement banners or what. Doesn't make sense to compress as quickly as it was then get to a 90% range and stall. It's been sitting at 97 for minutes now and even as I write this review it's still sitting there. Update: 7 months later it's still doing the same thing. Gets up to 97% quickly then sits for 5-10 minutes in the final 3% with banner ads there. Seems to be by design.

It was easy to use. I looked at my video using the player already on my phone and decided it would be nice to share it on Facebook. The option to compress it was already in my viewer. I selected that choice clicked next and chose from the choices the compression size clicked next. Finally, I was presented with the choice to compare, save, share, etc. DONE! NICE!
