Limited selection of food choices compared to what's in the restaurant. Painful ordering is very picky about time and won't let you complete the order if you pick a time that is unavailable even though it lets you pick the time. Half and half side items only allow certain ways but just won't let you select it, even though it's available. Really more frustrating than it's worth and I do a LOT of app ordering so it's not user error.

Previously, back in 2020, I had this app to help order ahead of time. It was super convenient and helpful. But it took a turn for the worse. So I uninstalled the app. Thinking it had been two years since then the app would have hopefully improved. It had not. In fact, I believe it is worse. Can't order plates, a la carte doesn't give you the option to pick sizes, and it is unhelpful. Very disappointing.

Unexplained charges when checking out, realized the app had added the tip in twice. Set the tip to 0 to see what would happen, again unexplained charges but it wasn't the tip this time. Even calculating all the taxes, delivery fee, delivery tip, food, it was a few dollars higher than should be. Tried on both the desktop website and the app. Both had added a few dollars to the total but did not explain it.

Good app, but for a few years going, you can't check a box to request chopsticks. Maybe we don't want "utensils" (fork), maybe we want chopsticks? I put that into the special request field, but sometimes it clears itself out, and other times the restaurant must not see it, because often I have to open up my bag, check, and go back to the counter to get chopsticks. Also, I didn't get to order brown rice because the app didn't offer it, but when I walked in to pick up my order, they had some.

Every time I would go to sign in or do anything related to the points system on the app, I'd get the 'spinning fortune cookie' indefinitely until I close the app. I've tried on wifi, data, different ways to log in, and clicking other sections to see if it would make a difference. No luck. I can use the website just fine. Until this is fixed, it's a 1/5 for me since the app is completely unusable.

Umm.. "save your favorite meal" yeah, right... There isn't even a freaking option to view your favorite orders. Pointless! Horrible programming by the developer. They need to add the "favorite" tab on the main menu! It's nowhere! Also another major bug is for previous orders, it only sorts it by month and doesn't recognize year, so the latest month orders from last year end up showing up at the top! Ridiculous! It's been over an year and they still haven't fixed these issues. Pathetic.

Used to work but now it doesn't! A few weeks ago, I noticed all my former orders had disappeared, which was disappointing and inconvenient, but I figured that was due to an update. I hop onto the app today, and can see my previous order (yay!) But I keep getting a message that says the app must be updated before I can place an order, and when I press the update button it takes me to the app page in the play store but only gives me the option to Uninstall or Open the app. It's a vicious loop! 😫

I have honestly recommended this app to everyone I know. User-friendly platform, easy to earn and redeem rewards, and very customizable ordering. There's an option to choose special requests such as utensils and sauces, which some third-party apps (DD) don't include as options. The ASAP option is always super fast, and when I choose a later pickup time, it's always ready to go when I get there. I easily walk up to the register and get my order right away every time, with no issues or mistakes.

app regular shows restaurants that are open as close error messages inside the app are not specific so you have to guess what's wrong with your order in order to move forward. a more user-friendly and intuitive app would be far more useful. This is my fourth time attempting to use the app and once again the app is so frustrating I have decided to go pick up McDonald's dollar menu instead of eating at Panda Express

The app is awful. I've tried ordering through it over and over. You just cant place orders. Error after error. Every time you try to refresh it or try again, it adds more and more silverware to the order, it adds duplicate credit cards as well. At one point it said i had 9 cards to choose from, but they were all the same one. I come back every month or so just to see if its been updated or fixed at all, it hasn't. I just order through the website and it works perfectly every single time. Deleted

I installed this app on both of my phones to make sure it wasn't user error, it's the app. The navigation buttons at bottom screen will not go away ( on both phones)they stay hoovered over the menu bar on app making it unaccessible to press on profile, offers ,menu ,order. Even auto rotate won't work to avoid this issue. I can't be the only one with this issue on a LG and a Moto phone.

Pretty easy to use and seems to work well. Tried to order extra white rice but it never the option. Luckily when picking up at the store I asked and they had plenty so I went to buy the side separately. Told the worker what happened on the app and she just gave it to me free as an apology. I was not expecting that. I tried to pay but they insisted. I hope the app gets more accurate but the store made it a great experience. Will continue to use.

The app is easy to use when ordering. The App has never froze up on me or had any problems. It always loads quickly for me. I like using the App because it shows my current points at the top and shows special offers you can get. The Panda Express I normally go to is always fast for service and the staff is friendly. Panda is one of my favorite restaurants. 🐼

The app defaults to the closest location at install and it cannot be changed. It will show other locations but cannot change. Literally the only way to update your order location is to uninstall the app and reinstall when you are at or near the location you want to order from. If you overcome that, items are frequently unavailable to order in the app for absolutely no reason. And unlike every other fast food app, they very rarely offer any deals in the app. Don't bother.

Poorly written app. The moment you loose connection, the app fails. I had a reward picked out, but with no signal at the restraunt I go to, I can't use the app. I actually have to take screen shots and print it out to take into the store. How crazy is that? And I can't even use the app on the computer, so I am transferring files from different devices just to print!!! Add to that this is the slowest program EVER!

I really like the ease of use with this app. The only real problem I have had is trying to use a coupon that was given to me after my first order. The delivery service had been terrible but on the bright side it was quick. I just used the app for the 4th time for delivery, each in different cities. The first two times, the food was excellent(KC, MO & Souix City, IA). The 3rd order in Lincoln, Ne was quicly delivered, but the food wasn't fresh.

Easy to navigate, delivery is kinda wonky but works if you figure it out. Asks location nearby like it's asking for a restaurant nearby your location, when it's where you put your address in to be delivered to. Also in bottom of same delivery screen, it has another search bar that says pickup location which makes you think u are to pick it up. Less confusing if they said "deliver to" and "order prepared at" respectively. But not worth taking a star away

I don't understand why companies have to do things so differently from eachother. 1. "apply coupon code at checkout." The option is actually BEFORE you check out and its all the way at the bottom so its easy to miss. 2. Selecting payment checks you out. I dont know who thought up this idea but they should be fired. If you select paypal, it will check you out. Nevermind that every other app has you check out after sele ting payment.

They really put pop up ads into the app.... After I ordered, it showed me 2 "offers". One for a Discover credit card, and one for 4 free months of Sirius XM. Like getting a pop up ad on some sketchy site on your browser. That's the most pathetic and ridiculous thing I've ever seen in a food app, and I still can't even process that it actually happened. Makes me not want to use the app or even order from here, out of principal alone. Shame on you, Panda Express

This is the third time I have downloaded the app in as many phones. I installed a month ago, loads fast, but ordering is slow. So slow I either go inside or go to a competitor, usually the latter. I was told by several people they have the same experience. I was also told that there are NO DEALS, EVER! I've come to the app every day since downloading to check the deals. I've never seen a single deal. What a waste having a Deal Tab, when there is nothing there! That's just greed.
