When attempting to redeem offers, the app redirects to a website to complete the redemption. However, it does not transfer my previous login information, and when I try to log in, it instead gives me a prompt to sign up. The option to swap to "log in" is covered up by a pop up ad that takes me to Google Play to, hilariously, install the app. If I needed another excuse to swap diapers to Sam's Club brand (which by the way are fantastic), this was it.

I liked it at first, but I haven't been able to open the app for 3+ weeks. When I tried to contact the developers via Play Store, I had an email bounce back saying that no one monitored that account. Would appreciate it working again because I've accumulated a lot of rewards I'd like to reimburse. The options for reimbursement were great and help give discounts on the never ending diaper train I'm on.

I use to love this app. It was so easy to upload and redeem points. It's been almost a month since I have been able to upload codes, since I was told to update. The app stops working everytime. I also cannot redeem points, it just keeps spinning and blinking and never shows rewards. SOMEONE FIX THIS NOW! Looking at reviews, I am obviously not the only one with this problem. I recently updated and nothing has changed. Edit: Just updated to newest version. I still cannot add codes! Useless!

I have also installed & used the app successfully for over a year. For the past 10 days, the app won't open at all. When I go to the website, I can log in but it doesn't allow me to get to any place to scan my codes. All it wants to do is have me install the app. Bummer!!! The app is already installed. No update is listed to correct this problem. I keep getting emails about the current program to get extra points. Too bad about that since I can't scan my codes. Bummer, again!!!

I have not been able to successfully submit a code (manually or with the camera) since they "updated" this app. It's very disappointing considering you can no longer enter them online either. Every new code I've entered says oops invalid code. I really hope they get this worked out. Update: I still have some trouble entering wipe codes but support always gives me my points when I contact them. The camera scanner has drastically improved. This app is very easy to use.

Since the update, I lost all of my reward points and when I try to add a new code it tells me 'technical error'. I've tried for a week straight thinking it was just am issue with my phone or something. Also, it won't even show the rewards products. Since the update, the app is so much worse than what it was. It was better before. Update: Thank you! it has been fixed.

The app no longer opens. It has been 'stuck' for 3 days. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no luck. I've got 6 months of rewards I can no longer get. Deleting the app, reinstalling, made the app work again. But all of my points are gone. I just have the 100 points from first opening the app. So now I have really lost all of it. Or it appears that way.

Updated: I did contact pampers via email and I was told the same thing three times. Sorry, but not helping you, but please continue to use our app! Pretty bad app, it never refreshes to show you latest promotions. Constantly slow and always takes forever to activate a promotion. Sometimes it doesn't activate at all, even when you click activate. Better hope to never have to reach out to them because they're even less helpful. I wish I could give it zero stars, beyond frustrating.

The app is super easy to use. Scanning diapers is a breeze. Adding wipes is tedious and a bit annoying though. A little disappointed in the rewards. Occasionally they have some good gift cards, but they never stay for long. And sometimes they don't have any. Not a fan of Shutterfly coupons and freebies (which they always have a lot of) because the s+h ends up costing as much as the product.

The last update broke the app on my Pixel XL running Android Pie. The app starts and the "loading feet" appear showing it's loading. That's it. Nothing else happens. Reinstalling doesn't fix either. edit1: I contacted the support team as recommended. Their answer did not solve my problem. I read some of the other reviews and I'm definitely not the only one with this problem.

Easy to navigate, gives you your points. The scanner for the products doesn't work at times... and if you have multiple products it's inconvenient to type every code in.... but overall great app. I still get the points. I enjoy reading about his milestones and other parenting guides. Cash back is a plus. As for the diapers... We get the swaddlers and I've seen it leave some of the absorbent gel on the baby but it still does its job.

This app works about 20% of the time. It fails to load, won't let me insert my info to receive the rewards... It glitches over and over and won't ever accept the info. Ready for them to patch this issue! So frustrating. Update: I deleted and redownloaded the app like the developer suggested and it did load after that. However, the checkout screen is still incredibly glitchy and it took multiple attempts to get my information added in. If I accidentally bumped auto fill, it was a nightmare.

This app has definitely gotten better in the last yr or 2! Easier navigation, more tools, easier access to viewing rewards and redeeming, but I would recommend they add an option for free samples (& actually offer a free sample, whether it be a new brand or most pop brand diaper, top selling wipes, etc.). The coupon option doesn't really help much either; you're redirected to P&G site. I hate redirections of any kind.

*Update: Thanks to the quick reply from Pampers I did as they suggested and the app is back to working perfectly! When I first started using this app, 6 months ago when I had my baby, I never had an issue with it. But here in the last week the app no longer opens, I've checked to make sure it doesn't need updated and then noticed that I'm apparently not the only who's been having this same issue lately... hopefully they get this fixed soon because the coupons were nice.

App is always frozen! Everytime I try to get into it, I get the little marching feet. It's cuter that the circle but still annoying. For having to always update to even get into the app, they never seem to fix it. Like others, I am also disappointed that they scrapped the old points. I redeemed my points in time and received confirmation emails, but can't access the vouchers codes because they are only accessible in app and as previously stated, I only get feet prints.

I, like one of the previous reviewers, seem to be unable to log into the app with my account after resetting my password. I can log in the website with the same username and password with no issue, but the app always says there was a failure, and "are you sure you entered the correct email and password". Sounds like horrible design for user authentication. I have yet to be able to log in to even use the app.

The educational articles and videos are helpful and nice to have. The rewards part does not work, it always errors when trying to redeem it. I tried deleting the app and restarting my phone as was suggested on other reviews with the same complaint, and it did not remedy the issue. Update: Since getting responded to an trying to redeem again to show the message I would get, it has started working. I have not yet tried it for the cash offers, but only the sweepstakes entry.

You guys require more updates than necessary. Like literally every time I scan a code, I have to update first and it takes way too long to accumulate points. With the amount I've spent in the past two years and all I have is $37 and change, from scanning pampers and wipes, I think imma switch back to Huggies. This is no longer worth the time nor effort and trust me when I say I've given both....no shade.

UPDATE: the email never shows up, and when I click on the push notification to look at the code once I go back that's when it says there's too many attempts, the app is broken (⭐) I've been kicked out three separate times. I have verified my account did the push sign in, put in the right password, then it says we're sending an email verification and I hit send and it does not show up in the email, I push I didn't get a code and then it says okay too many attempts! Thats your end.

Disappointed in the New Rewards options. They went from having these great rewards which were mostly gift cards and online redeemable codes to very few options. Now most of the options make you go to very few stores and have to go in the store now. It was much more convenient before. Update! So frustrated with this rewards program... most of the rewards are not available anymore and barely any to choose from.
