My experience with palmpay their interest rate is too high and very short loan terms.Their customer service will start to call you like crazy people and adding more money even when you have not gotten the money to pay back for the loan that you've collected which is close to the capital and more interest will still be adding up when you don't pay in time the interest rate is too high before and after and you don't need kill someone 👎👎👎👎if only they can be like fair monie life will be easy 👍

With my experience with other MMO, Palmpay is simply the best for now. Free transfer to all banks, Efficient and effective dispute mgt, quick resolve of issues, Nice UI & also display of Narration/remarks on transfer not to mention freebies on Premium accounts. It will be super exciting if you can integrate account balance under cashbox amount in transaction history just the same way it's displaying on balance in txn history.

I over like this apk. There are a lot of undescribable better qualities and futures that PalmPay offers. They are plenty and better for our utilities. I have deeply fallen in love with PalmPay. It, is fast, reliable, trusted, .... I really appreciate and recommend it. Much love💚❤️💙 But, there is one thing that we are missing too much. It is just all about PalmPay ATM.

I have been enjoying palmpay up until recently it's like customer service doesn't even work anymore they've debited me twice now when I try adding money from my access bank and it's going to a month they've ignored all my complaints yesterday I bought data for my Airtel and I've not received it it's been showing processing since then I don't want to term you guys as thieves because I've been enjoying the app till recently but for God's sake fix that issue

I am so frustrated with this app and this is the worst bank app I've ever had. Bad customer service, they keep removing N500 from my money for no reason. I've reached out many times but my queries are met with unhelpful responses. I'd like to advise anyone considering using the app to think twice. There are far better bank apps out there. I even tried closing the acct but it keeps bringing up some error even after updating it. WASTE OF TIME, DATA, MONEY, EFFORT. most disappointing bank app ever

Are you kidding, This is definitely one of the best mobile banking platforms out here. it's easy to use, payments are very fast, simple and comfortable layout, additional bonuses and so much more. Definitely a 5 star rating from me.

I would even give it 0 stars if u know you are going to purchase cards virtual or physical just know that if you have any issue with it no one is there to help you out the customer service is so so dead. I had similar card issue in my opay bank and it got resolved in few mins time from the customer service. palmpay is so terrible I have been waiting for nearly an hour for them to connect me to a customer service and even if they do I get reconnected to another. It's very frustrating.

This app is a good one fr I love the way transactions go smoothly... not until some days back I can't log into my account anymore I keep veryfing my fingerprint and password all to no avail I'm so pissed off, it's been frustrating and annoying!!! I need the money inside it's not even mine I've been so pissed off I hope you look into it and do something about it please.

I want to make this review regarding the fact that I was debited severally for a leadway insurance policy that I didn't asked for and that I don't use, even after turning off auto renewal and automatically debit. I will have to stop using palmpay if my money isn't refunded. I'm honestly disappointed in such situations. I could have given you guys no star at all if it was possible

The way this app swear and threaten customers that default is alarming like threatening customers with death just because there's a little breech in making a loan payment even after adding high interest rate o then giving customers 7 and 14 days duration of payment, it's not good at all. Customers owing knows that they would definitely pay back maybe the customer hasn't gotten the money yet , just be patient and continue sending reminder messages without causes and threat.

Palmpay is a good bank. I mistakenly made a transfer to a wrong account. went to a Court, and got a court order, which was very stressful, send it to the bank about 4 weeks now, the bank is still checking the court order. I think the response time is too long. please review your processes and continue doing well. Good. I called the customer service daily for help, and they keep making promises but the problem remained unresolved for over 3 weeks. You are better than this. Correct this please

Customer service is the worst I've ever seen I've had a dispute on for 2 weeks now and my money is nowhere to be found I turned off auto renewal for insurance but I'm still getting debited Response time isn't 1 min at all and while I wait for response from customer support I'm disconnected for not responding when there's nothing to respond to I'm waiting for a reply! I'd give it zero stars if the option were available

indeed it was amazing app. but my only problem with the app is we as your card agent we find it difficult to activate a card for a customer especially those that don't have a android phone, for that reason there are a lot of people that want an account with your bank but don't have a android phone,because of this card activation issues we will not be able to open account for them. so I suggest that you separate a business account app and a personal account to ease our work. thanks

This is heartbreaking... I have been experiencing a lot of failed transactions lately on this app. I tried to connect to customer service without any particular number to call. I sent an email not delivered. Try to get a statement of account 💔💔💔. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM NOW... THIS APP USED TO BE MY BEST FINANCIAL SUPPORT IN THE YEARS PASSED. KILOSELE GANGAN NOW

More work has to be done. I enjoy the wild variety of services they offer and it's a good place to start your banking experience and poverty elevation. But the app in itself needs to be worked on It's a bit shaking and I don't respond sometimes. In all I think it has the best interest rate on savings and that's a plus,so I'll rate it a 4 and a half

The application is very good. so easy to navigate. But I wonder why palmpay management is full of deceit: 1. The 1 gig for ₦10 as advertised on the application interface is not obtainable. 2. I equally wonder too if anyone has ever won the iPhone, power bank and headset that are put up to be won after registering with ₦1. Is there any answer for my observations from Palmpay?

I give three Stars because, the amount charge for USSD is too high, and the fact that, just typing the code automatically removes N10, regardless if you were able to complete the transaction or if the say service time out, the N10 would still be deducted. it's unfair at least the USSD charge should be reduced or better don't charge someone when he/She hasn't even been able to carry out the transaction.

I love Palmpay, their transaction is always smooth and fast. But I have 2 issues. 1) I noticed I don't receive notifications anymore since I updated the app about a week ago. 2) I always have issue with subscribing start time pay TV. Sometimes the transaction will be successful but I won't be able to view. When it first happened last year, I was refunded after 24hrs, it happens 2days ago again and I didn't get any refund and my TV didn't show as well.
