This app is so hard to use this app they might as well just delete this app and continue using if you go under lift download the Lyft app and put in city bus and write the push the bus please and it'll tell you what time the buses are coming what time they're leaving where they're at it tells you everything I love the lift at the lift up and the Uber app will tell you exactly where the buses are at where they're located they're so easy to go through your app that you have for Palm tram is the mo

Absolutely love the real time feature. Also being able to get motifications when the bus is coming is great!!

Sometimes it will say a time for a bus but it doesn't show up must be their short staffed and the don't have a driver l. Would be nice if the time/bus didn't show up and you only saw next available bus. Sometimes I could walk where I was going in the he time between missing busses. If I knew it wasn't going to show up I could get where I needed to be beforehand.

My internet works just fine but this app goes slow when trying to see the times for a bus to come at a stop. Not only that, the bus drivers are rude when you try to ask them a question.

It's getting better, but there is and never will be any excuse why 45th street and US 1 can't be connected. It's a damn 1/10th of a mile!!!!! You're going to hear more from me, James Lewis on this matter in the near future and I'm going to raise a lot of hell to force the powers that be to address this issue!

This app malfunctions so much I have installed and reinstall this app so many times it's still malfunctions I do not know what it is it's not just my phone I have tried to download it on my table it's literally the worst

Look no futher for the clunkiest bus app out there! Seriously, I miss the iGO texting service so bad and easy access to schedules and maps on the site. It was far superior than this unresponsive ram hog joke they made.

My center button is not working every time I try to center where I'm at it doesn't work on this app I hear a little click every time I push it but it doesn't do it I don't know what's wrong and I've texted you guys before about this so maybe you can do something or notify me or let me know thank you

Great for letting you know how late it will be constantly, or sometimes just completely skip a scheduled bus and you have to hope the next one gets there. Thank goodness you guys spent a ton of money 'modernizing' a bus system that is completely unreliable.

App is complete garbage and doesnt even work 80% of the time. On 6g wifi or mobile data just doesnt load most of the time. Buses are almost always 10+ minutes late. Sometimes they dont even show up. Palm tran is a joke.

Even though I don't use the app but their service in Palm Beach is a joke, the drivers have no idea how to get to my own home and never read the notes that were put out and instead they listen to their god awful and inaccurate GPS system. Worst service I'm using just to get to work and even home like passing by my workplace like the driver has never went to a chick-fil-a before to work, they also come at the wrong time when picking me up from work as well. I hate Palm Tran.

Palm Tran is the worst transportation system in America. Why are you issuing Paradise Passes to riders and more often than not, the passes do not scan and the bus drivers have no clue. I've called (5) times and guess what ....(5) different responses. The dumbest response was: the pass scans on some bases, but not on others. What? So you have passes that aren't working and you can't troubleshoot to correct the flaws? Incompetence is no excuse for this system, it should be dismantled!

I would give this app 0 Stars if I could. First it says the bus will be here in 10 minutes and then you check a couple minutes later and it says 13 minutes. That's not how it's supposed to work. Supposed to count down time not count up LOL. I swear Palm Tran the app and the bus is the most unreliable thing in Palm Beach County.

1. App refuses to load without access to GPS. 2. Antivirus immediately alerted that app had poor reputation and blocked it. 3. App refused to close after four attempts to close it. This is malware. If it doesn't work, alerts on antivirus and refuses to close, it's ABSOLUTELY malware. Deleted within 5 minutes of downloading. Do not use!

Terribly run public transportation system. 30-35% of drivers are rude and unprofessional, they have no customer service skills whatsoever! Management, non-existent. Customer support, lost, with little to no helpful information. Also, the most expensive bus system in Florida. They make it very difficult to buy an all day pass and it's $2dollars every time you get on the bus. They make you pay for one way fares meaning, if you get to a terminus, you have to pay to continue in the other direction.

Lake Worth Tri-Rail stop westbound supposed to show up around 8:41pm, according to the app. Tracker shows the bus at the Beach but just sits there for 10 minutes, all the while the app says 2 min late. Now it's 8:50 and that bus has completely disappeared off the tracker so I have to Uber home, thinking it's not coming. Out of curiosity I check the map again about 10 min later and the bus reappears as 15 min late and on the move. This has happened about 5 times in the past month! Junk app!!

the function to save your favorite Routes by clicking the star does not work at all, and it seems that every few months the app completely forgets and erases all of my starred stops and I'll need to spend a day trying to remember them and save them again. on the plus side, at least the arrival times 10 to be accurate, in the app is 100% more usable than the Broward bus app.
