Useless app. Asks for fiscal code but I'm a toursit, i don't have one, so i can't use it to buy bus tickets.

Useless app for foreigners. You can't pass the fiscal code needed to register. Why bother for an English version if it is usable only by Italian people? Removed.

If youre not italian you cant use it, as you need a fiscal number. So, not for tourists. Also, why fo you need my adress and picture? I just want to buy a bus ticket!

No good for anyone who does not have an Italian tax code. Therefore useless for tourists. Need to do what Trenitalia have done with their app to make it user friendly.

Unbelievably useless. You need a fiscal code to register, so only for italian residents. To purchase tickets, you have to top up your credit with round amounts that don't match the ticket price.

This app is not supporting win-1251/win-1252 encoding. Fatal crash while opening. I have russian lang on my phone. When I tried to open palermobilita I got a fatal error. But after changing my phone language to English - all is work. You really should fix it, guys.

This app requests your personal info including your social security number just to buy a bus ticket. Also you need to create a wallet, top it up with your credit card, then you can finally purchase your tickets, any outstanding balance on the wallet is lost. Every adult needs a different with his own personal info.

How is this the official app for a public mobility service?! 1) you need an Italian tax code to register an account 2) you can't pay for the tickets you buy, you have to precharge some amount of money and use that. You can only charge integer amounts, no ticket costs a round amount so you always have to charge some extra credit. 3) It doesn't remember your card details, not integrate with any card manager, so you need to type everything all the time

It works, but it's frustrating. I downloaded the app, bought tickets from it but the bus driver didn't recognize it and the lady at the ticketing office at a tram station also didn't know what to do with it. but what we needed to do was to scan the QR code on the bus/ tram via the app and the tickets were validated, and recognised by the ticket inspector. the app is a great idea, but the fact that few staff are equipped to help / guide you on how to use it is an obstacle.
