This is the worst app! I cannot even log in coz the time for verification code is only 4 seconds! Seriously?????? And you will also send the code after 4 seconds!!!!! This is a big joke!

The apps is good but when you upgrade is hard if you sent ID 2 or more even you sent document to prove it but if you lack or blurred ID pictures and tell us send another IDs or document even you send so many times upgraded still negative wasting time and hassle almost a month repeated sent IDs , document nothing happens always saying send another

This is so disappointing. I cannot fully verified my account even I submitted already my valid ID. When will my account get fully verified? Next next year?? 🥴

I can't have my transaction bill done, voucher isn't useful. It is always error. And now there's an update I can't even open the application.

This app is one of a kind because they are so quick in answering their costumers problem. When you call their costumers service they will act on it immediately. Like when I change my mobile number. No hassle because they don't want their costumers to worry. I will rate it 5 thank you Palawan Pay.

As I was making a review and tried to modify the device capability(, users device, *risk free) it appears to here displaying clouds one drive hand held feature behavesto be running improperly. Thus this set-up up might alter or slowing down the apps capability to enhance or configure system in,and, own users demand expectation.'vis-a-vis, Compatibility misconfigured about its certain availability. App is fast compared to other app that has same functionality. Hoping that the app adds a virtual card for the user to be use on daily operations like paying online orders and stuff like that. Just keep lowering the issue and maintenance time to maximize the delays and lessen the frequent updates. Hoping to see a consistent fast loading time on every transaction made to keep us using the app more. More power.

what's wrong with this update, can't even make a transaction, I got a notif that it's successful but in fact it is not, my balance was not deducted, I reinstalled it and now I can't even log in tfff

This app need to improve. You cannot upgrade your account after taking the photo as it will go back to login page. Support is not good. I have complained 2 weeks now and no solution.

Hoping that the app would be able to send claim code to both senders and the receiver. Its a hassle to manually copy, then text to the recipient, plus I can't copy and paste the transaction details either.

I'm trying to upgrade my account but it crashes everytime I finish taking a picture of my id. Cleared DATA and tried again, same result. uninstalled and reinstalled app then tried again but after taking pic of my UMID it redirects to Google play store page. What else can I do. New member here. Have no idea what to do.

Some of the features are not working , especially in the paybills module. FAILED TRANSACTIONS ( electrill bill) I don't know thou I inputted the details correctly, but the problem error occurred . When I reached out to the customer service, still the issues were still not fixed.

1 star. The app and customer service is very inconvenient. They added the option to use the contatct info but it reflect a diff name on the receipt. Customer and supervisor did not refund the fee and explicitly blame the customer for using the contact option on the app.I will never use the app again!!!!!!!!!

The biometrics is so useless when you do not use the app for a week. The app requires to put your password manually. And I reset the password everytime I open the app because I forgot my password. There is no way I can access the app through biometrics after a long time of not using it. Please update your biometric system. Thank you.

I always use Palawan pay app for sending money to my loveones. Until today that I am dissatisfied with their service. They had system downtime but they never care to notify their customers that transactions should not be done during downtime to avoid issues. No alerts, no notification in the app, no emails sent. My money is gone and every representative I spoke with give me different resolution. I ask for supervisor but did not allow me to speak with. THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDABLE APP!!!!

I've tried to update the app multiple times since I do not have any other choice but to update it, but everytime I update I always got an error, this is so frustrating and a waste of time. Why can't we have an option to update it later instead? Because in this case, if we cannot update it to the latest version then there is no for us to use the app.
