Transactions not tracked and even after raising missing cashback requests through email in time, they couldn't help track the transaction. I've been using this from past 5 years now, but I've never faced an issue like this before. Customer service has hit rock bottom. Moving to a better platform.

Don't use this app this is a scam I had the pending cashback for a long time and the amount was upto 100 and suddenly I get a mail that cashback has been cancelled totally waste app. It tries to trick you into using their application and then just cancel some of your cashbacks so that you don't reach the threshold amount to withdraw it.

There is no surety of the cashback getting confirmed. Though they have the option of missing cashback available but it's of no use because if it declines, they will say that the merchant has not paid the cashback, so we won't be able to provide any cashback. I had shared all the proof for my purchase, but the cashback wasn't confirmed. There are no cashback assurances for the purchases you have made it can get canceled on the ground of the merchant and couldn't track the transaction.

Don't use this app. They will cancel your cashback anytime without your fault. They have cheap marketing technique. Firstly they will track your small amount and confirm it. After that when your cashback is more than 300rs they will cancel it anytime without any notice. If you want to save some money then go with zingoy and other options. Paisawapas is fraud. I trusted them and got scammed by them.

Have been using this app past 7 months and trust me no one can beat Paisawapas. The Cashback is the highest compared to the other similar apps in the market. It does give you cashback however there are 2 major problems - 1. if you are paying through wallet then cashback is not initiated automatically. Ex: if you are placing order with amazon wallet then cashback won't be initiated unless you drop an email to customer care before the end of current month otherwise you won't be eligible for cashback. It is frustrating to do each time. 2. not able to get cashback in bank account. I'm only able to get vouchers ex: amazon voucher. It is plain fraud.

This app works very well when its flipkart. In fact, It tracks 9 times out of 10. But with Amazon it doesn't work that way as it had tracked only 1 time out of 10. Also, missing cashback requests are not supported most of the time for Amazon. In case of flipkart, it supports taking missing cashback but it never accept unlike other apps available in the market.

it used to track cashbacks a couple of years back, now it just doesn't. Their is no customer support whatsoever, also their phones are switched off. This is just a scam to not let you reach the minimum redeemable limit. Had this experience couple of times. You just wont be able to contact them.

This is the worst app ever in this platform. First they track your cashback and they told you to approve it in 60-90days but when the time comes they said that they did not get the cashback from their partner website thus they wont give cashback. Thats your problem what do we do for that. I purchased the product trough your offer. The other platforms are doing great in this business and this app experience is the worst.

I am editing my review, initially it caused me a lot trouble to get my cashback tracked, and I was frustrated. But eventually the app starts functioning effectively, they give good offers and cashback rate, so if you face any issue, try to contact them and the issue will get resolved, so stick with the app. Once my cashback gets confirmed hassle free, I will increase the ratings.

The expected confirmation date of my cashback was 15th April, but my cashback has not been confirmed yet. I have sent many emails, but it is said that the seller has not given the confirmation yet. Whereas I had placed an order from CashKaro APP, They confirmed my cashback on time, so I don't understand what problem you are facing. After all, how many days should I wait for my cashback? bad experience....very disappoint... I have mailed many times but my problem has not been resolved.

It was there what experience with PW. First of all they didn't track the cashback automatically. And when I raised the issue manually they are saying that I got late to inform them. If they can't track, don't keep that feature. We have different applications who are into same business. And are efficient enough to tech it automatically. And if not, they don't tell that it's customers mistake that we are reporting it late. I was taken aback from the mail where they said I got late to report this.
