App isn't updating as it should. Showing old messages from previous houses. Again I have to login online to see any new messages or information.

My update requires over 500 MB of data on my phone & I have too delete so many apps just too pay my bill on time. Is the data associated too this app I wonder if it's cuz of the messages.

I was fortunate enough to get into a house that is nice. However, there are people smoking in the house, there are currently at least four non-members who I cannot identify living in the house, which is a safety/security issue. I am dealing with too much in my personal life to move. I contacted the host, included this info in house rating. Nothing. I was relying on the nonsmoking, one person to a room, no overnight guest policy. The experience could be more positive. Lost hope.

Scam. Applied for a room which required na income 3x the weekly rent price, uploaded my bank statement showing my last direct deposit from work which was well over that, still got rejected. The app glitched and wouldn't even let me view the application, had to call customer service to even find out I'd been rejected. Had to give them a 20$ non refundable application fee and all my data (SSN, contacts, bank info). Don't use padsplit

As far as the app I only use it to pay my bill everywhere I've stayed I've been OK tbh. We are all grown so I don't mind people coming over as long as they don't infringe upon me which nobody guest really has done. I feel like the rooming doesn't work for nosy people & it works for people who mind their business

This app/company is pretty shady. They post pictures made with AI and lie about the area and rooms. I purchased a room in "dr phillips " and the actual adress is in the ghetto in some ugly run down home not even the same color as the post. False advertising is illegal. Nothing legit comes from Atlanta, choose a more proper company guys.

I have my first booking Monday. I can't afford to give all my hours of every week to pay for an over priced apartment in this economy. I'm trying it. Plus I'm not too far away from my brothers.

When you try to sign in your bank information to verify your income. It just keeps kicking you back out. So I can't apply for any rooms because of it.

It's mostly 75good roommates/ 25 weirdos, pretty cheap, helped me save, but I've yet to be told where the mailbox is. And it's keeping me from some pretty important documents so...

This is a scam. Before I attempted to apply to Padsplit, I checked all of the requirements and passed them. I then paid the $19 fee only to be told I was denied because of something in my files. I was told to contact LexisNexus for a report. This was done, and LexisNexus will send the report in 4 weeks. Do not send these people your money. You will be denied.

So far so good, go to my first booking tomorrow , the price is super sweet. Had a problem with my account and padsplit support was quick and swift about taking care of any problems I had would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Customer service sucks. They said my problem would be resolved in 24-48 hours, it has been 4 days now and counting...problem still not fixed and now I can't move into a new padsplit room until proble is resolved. I also put in a maintenance request for my padsplit, my host ignored me, I told customer service, they said I could either move out or transfer...good luck to whomever moves into that house after me.

App seemed very clean until it said it required an update, which is strange when I only installed it minutes ago. After a moment the app crashes, and will not open properly again. I'd rather use the website to manage my booking.
