This used to be a 5 star app, but after the last update, it won't show detailed tracking unless you accept their "free offer" which requires your billing info for automatic subscription renewal. Before that, the ads were an acceptable compromise for a good free app, but now it's mostly useless unless you want to pay

Loved the app. It now says I have to pay for this app. It was almost unusable with the giant add covering all the important information I need to see about my packages. Please remove the giant ad in the middle of the screen. Put it off to the side where it doesn't effect usage of the app. And keep the free version as this app in its current format isn't worth paying the amount you are asking for it, when there are alot of parcels it still Doesn't track. Very disappointing. Thank you

It may work well if you give the app access to all your email and your Amazon account. I don't know how good their protection is so I won't give it access. No access and it's no good. After 12 hours a UPS delivery still wasn't updated. I'm looking elsewhere.

What a turd. Now it won't let me input tracking numbers manually, won't do it auto, and it wiped out my other tracks. And it won't auto-select a carrier, and it won't let me enter it manually. This thing now serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever. To hell with this POS. Update: I'm on the newest version, it still sucks.

The app stays open, but that's so you can get updates and suddenly, I start getting ads. I even got one while I was trying to use my camera. So, what I can suggest is to close the app via the settings page and then when you want it to start again, press on the program icon.

The questions asked about this app in the reviewing process have nothing to do with what this app is designed to do. As far as tracking the shipment of orders you've placed with many different vendors (Amazon, Ali Express etc.) which is what it is designed to do, so far, it's worked perfectly and I have no problem recommending it to anyone who wants to track orders from multiple vendors in one place. AAAA +

Completely unimpressed. It didn't sync my orders properly, didn't update shipping for any of my Amazon orders, I'd have to add and delete packages almost daily to try to keep it up-to-date. I just deleted it and I'm looking for another. Hopefully the information I provided in feedback will help their techs fix their bugs.

So far so good! I was looking for a replacement tracker app after USPS decided to ruin theirs and came across this one. I was scared to download it since there wasn't any reviews but it's actually legit! It gives you on time update notifications, the ability to track multiple packages from various carriers, and you can name your packages which was my main expectation. And it isn't slow or buggy like USPS! Hopefully I don't run into any problems in the future with this

My biggest issue is with the auto carrier select and auto generate tracking from clipboard. The auto carrier select has repeatedly interpreted my FedEx package as being from the Italian post and I have no way to manually change carrier or tracking number without deleting and redoing. Tracking from clipboard forces auto carrier select and doesn't let you enter a memo until after the tracker is made despite opening the window for inputting a memo for a moment. A visual map would also be nice

On the main purpose of the app, it was mixed results. The coupon notifications were annoyingly often and had to turn off. The app successfully tracked some packages by USPS and by USPS, but a FedEx delivery from California came up as Poste Italiano and (of course because it was waiting for info from the wrong carrier) was stuck "waiting" for shipment info. There was also one scraped from email that was listed as "unknown" and when I put in the tracking number it showed as a separate shipment.

I don't like it. I dont like that when you name a package, it doesn't show up in the notification. I use the "Shop" tracking app, and it is much better to know which package is which. I thought I'd try a different app because "Shop" also has a lot of deals and coupons for stores, and I just wanted a simple tracking app, but this is much worse.

It's ok, not very good. One main problem is that it thinks all fedex tracking numbers are for an "Italian poste" so I have to manually remove and readd these. Secondly, it's way behind. Itll report a package as "label created waiting for shipment" while the package has been on the road for a day compared to the actual providers tracking system. Way behind.

Need some manual control. Several times I've noticed it mis-identifies the carrier. Today I ordered FedEx 2nd day from a company in Brooklyn, NY and Package tracker said it was Poste Italiane. FedEx site shows all the right info. Need the ability to manually change the carrier. Add on: If you mark delivered, you can't get it back without deleting. This happens when marking several orderes delivered. Updates slowly Need the ability to change back or "un-delivered". Still love the app!

One of the better shipment tracker apps when it comes to simplicity and nonintrusiveness. Only problem I have with it is I regularly have packages delivered before the app even says "out for delivery". I'd love a "force update" button that updates the packages, and a link within each to go straight to the tracking info on the carriers website.

One of the key features they boast about is no ads in their tracker. However there's ads on the main page, in the tracking info, when adding a new tracking number and when you click on a particular tracking number to view more it pops up an ad where you have to click continue. I could look past this if there was a $1.99 addon to remove ads & had some more basic functionality like oh idk a delivery date

The loading screen is pretty annoying. Takes too long to load and also pops up too frequently. Sometimes you leave the app in the background for a few seconds and come back to it and the loading screen shows up which considerably degrades the experience. The app also seems to duplicate itself in the app switcher which breaks navigation expectations.

Looks like an ad-supported AfterShip. SO MANY ADS! The Play Store image and description are a lie! Push notification ads (disable in settings). Does not give estimated date of arrival. Information seems to often be out of date. I want to like this app, it has clean design, supports many carriers, and has some convenience features like email integration, but it's missing the feature I most need: a quick overview of estimated dates of arrival. Please fix the store description, there are ads.

Consider this to be a trial of a paid service. This used to be a decent app for tracking packages, just a bit delayed. However, recently it was changed to nag you to pay for the paid version every time you open the app. I also just got a message that I had reached my limit of tracked packages for free. I have uninstalled the app and will be looking for an alternative.

I regret paying for this app. The USPS tracking is horrible. It is so delayed it's useless. I have packages that were delivered and confirmed on the USPS website as delivered and I keep refreshing the app and it still says out for delivery. Also the step by step tracking doesn't even list the location of the package.

Actually works. No ads pop up. Tracks Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. UPDATE: I guess the app needed to change and started force charging to continue to work. When I first got this app 2 years ago it worked flawlessly. Now I get notifications I can't even see because I haven't paid. It's basically a useless app now unless you buy it.
