On the product and basket page they show low rates and when paying for the order they increase the cost without any reason! + If you are a foreigner and pay using ozon card and returned the order , they will refuse to transfer the money to any other credit card.

Not so convenient. Does not save the credit card info so every time when buying a product I have to enter the card information all over again. Really time consuming. There are also other issues (no timely notification about the arrival of the previously absent item, lack of photos of the products, etc). Not a user-friendly app. Addition: The app did not improve over time at all, it became even more confusing (delivery points, payment issues, etc.). Not recommend it.

I understand it's a shopping app, but the advertising in it is way too aggressive. Popups blocking main screen wnen you log in, push notifications are sent even though they are explicitly disabled in settings. In fact, I have disabled all and every notification category except order status and the app it still pestering me with some bonus program messages every now and then. It does it's job well as an app to buy things and get notified when they arrive, no problem with that part.

I would not even recommend this app to my enemies because it is awful. You need to wait more than 2 weeks for your orders when they said it would arrive in 1 week. The workers are not responsible in their jobs, which is hilarious.

Delivery to Armenia is not working. Most of the deliveries are late for 2 months. No support for Armenia. No way to check the status of delayed orders. Nobody is responsible for this situation.

convenient, great selection. only problem is that sometimes sellers apparently don't have the product in stock since the delivery date get pushed out further and further and eventually canceled.

This market place is now full of scammers from China, be very careful! They upload pictures of popular products, you decide to buy, only to receive something completely different from what you ordered. The return procedure for these kinds of orders is very long and tedious. I ordered a camera for 56000 rubles but I received a toy camera for 2000 rubles. Of course tried to return it but the owner of the shop didn't send his address and offers compensation of 300 rubles instead of 56000 rubles.

This service is working horrible, 99% of time delivery delayed for weeks, 70% of time it gets eventually canceled. Stupid app. Horrible service. Doesn't care about the users at all.

Orders ALWAYD late, sometimes up to 20 days (and still counting), another order got canceled after few delayes.... it's a mess for now.

Unbelievably bad delivery. All my orders are being pushed back for 2-3 weeks. Overall, delivery takes 6 weeks. App is not user-friendly. It is very messy, with loads of extra info, sometimes I cannot differentiate what is my search and what is an add. Employees are extremely slow and unfriendly, this creates queues.

I ordered 17 items to the Armenian branch of Ozon, none of them arrived on time. They came late from 5 to 15 days later. So never count with dates of arrival they mention. Update. My last order from March 28 arrived only on June 19. All the response I could get from the app tech support, as well as from Vkontakte, were templates, telling there can be many reasons why the order is late, we will inform you once it arrives. So again, I suggest to never count with dates of arrival they mention.

Worst ever experience. They promised to deliver the product on a certain date. Now almost a week past and they don't even bother to update me about the delivery. Contacted customer service and all I could get was a chatbot reply that told me we have no idea where it is. You need to keep waiting. It's a pity there is no score lower than 1.

The worst online shopping platform I've ever seen. Never mind the constant delays, but they constantly cancel your orders with some vague reasoning. Uninstalled the app. I'd rather pay extra shipping fee on ebay than deal with this nonsense.

They constantly shift the delivery deadlines. When you tell support that you had plans for this item and it's unfair to change the deadlines 3 times, they respond that they don't know when the item will be delivered. All they can suggest is to cancel the order and get a refund, but the refund won't be immediate and will take additional time. So, I've already spent a lot of time waiting, and now they are asking me to wait even longer to get my money back.
