Not what I expected. I think I was hoping to have opportunities to purchase outfits. I can go search on my own. I didn't need just inspiration. I want suggestions and then a simple way to purchase. also the app doesn't even have an option to cancel. And I was not aware it cost so much. I want to cancel it.

the app consistently doesn't open for me, and when I try to sign in, I get an error message. When I try to re-set my password I also get an error message. On the odd occasion the app works, I enjoy the information! hope they get it sorted. very disappointing for a paid app.

I haven't been using it for long, but I really like the experience so far. The app takes you on a learning experience about your style. Got my first capsule today and it was fabulous 👌🏽 it knew my fav brands and only had those in it (loved that!!) And the AI bots let you try on outfits as inspiration—that part needs some work but it's pretty slick too 😉 Only thing is, there should've been more awareness of the payments (I ended getting something I didn't really need)

TERRIBLE. I have been trying to cancel this app for a couple of weeks now but the developer is saying I have to log in for 7 days and complete tasks before they will refund me so I have to get a refund via Google or as a Chargeback as they will not play ball. I've just noticed that saying they won't refund unless I complete some ridiculous task by loging in and doing the tasks then take you outside the 7 days in which you can more easily cancel. This is WRONG. AVOID.

The basis for the app is a good one. There are ALOT of glitches tho. which is why I took away 3 stars. 1. basic spelling mistakes and grammar. srsly?? 2. they ask for feedback + the print is invisible. Not sure they get ur "feedback"? 3. Even with filters, the style options remain the same. 4. In alot of their articles the pics don't load, so u can't see the examples they're talking about. 5. they have an Ai bot, but u can't access it? I'll update this if they change anything.

this app looks really good but I guess I'll never know, I cant create an account because there is an error where I click the boxes to input my email address and create a password and when I click, the keyboard only pops up for a split second and then disappears so I can't input my information. I emailed support for assistance but haven't heard back 2 weeks later so I've uninstalled as I cant even create an account.....

I wish I knew that cancelling subscription with this app will be a nightmare. If you just want to try this app, I don't suggest it, you can never get out of it. I REQUESTED that they cancel my subscription June 12, it is July 12 now and they're still charging my account and their responses are just marketing bs for feedback and offers you a trial while ignoring your many requests to cancel your subscription. I might have come back to this app in the future, but definitely not anymore.

This app is a scam. I paid the $11.99 subscription fee and they charged my card for that plus another $19.99 fee. Thankfully my credit card flagged the double transaction and prevented them both from going through. Now a few weeks later and after cancelling and uninstalling the app, they attempted to charge my card $49, which was also thankfully blocked. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

EDIT: I reported this app to Google by "flagging as inappropriate." Anyone else having trouble should do the same. Canceling is a pain (you must follow a bunch of steps just to get an email to request a cancellation), and you are unable to get partial refund back even though the subscription does not continue for the full paid period. Not only is this a waste of money, but it is bordering on theft. This whole thing is a scam. The app does not work properly and constantly crashes.

Worst app and customer service. the clothes are expensive and I've been trying to cancel my subscription and they keep trying to offer me deals and free trails to keep mu subscription. I wish you could just cancel your subscription through the app instead of having to email customer service. Don't waste your time. I will stick with using Pinterest.

It's a MONEY GRAB! No outfit delivered for the price of the app and there are extra charges using the different tools in the app. To cancel and get your money back, you need to show them proof that you used the app 7 days in a row. I had 3 charges in total for wasted time telling them what I like and don't like and reading blurbs about fashion. There's NO TRANSPARENCY as they hook you with the title "Amazon Capsule" and then money grab in the app. You get nothing tangible.

It's a scam. Out of curiosity, I purchased the 1-week access for $6.99 just to see what it was they offered, which ended up being photos of outfits you get for free on Pinterest. Now a week later I get hit with a $49.99 automatic charge fee for NOTHING! I have not ordered or received anything from this company to get hit with such a charge. Definitely disputing this. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

there were two 19.99 upcharges for an ai color analyst and a tips guide, AI gave me three different seasons, and the guide was marginal . The app has had 3 bugs so far that have completely blocked any progress, and all of the articles after day 5 the text was white on white, regardless of the phone settings, I have spent more time interacting with support. the capsule links sent were terrible, nothing I would wear, was for vacation not work or daily life. Pinterest is easier better free.

canceling is an absolute nightmare. Just don't even download it totally not worth it. I have to lock my card now because they can't be bothered to implement a basic cancel tab like everyone else. It's because they don't have confidence in their own product and need to do a money grab. Very scammy. Yeah you can delete my account and return the additional 14.99 you charged me that's what you can do.

Dressy doesn't deserve a single star! I asked to cancel my account and for a refund and was told to send a screenshot showing that I completed 7 days of whatever it is they try to do for you. I've only been offered half of the refund. The outfits were ridiculous and the article were about how to shop Amazon and Shein. This company is not worth the bother.

Not what I had in mind. I have enough tasks. Feels like work. Not fun. Also, declined a product the first time but apparently said yes subsequently. Inadvertently approved some other add on. Ended up with 3 charges, instead of 1. Even though I attempted to cancel immediately they want to make me use the app for 7 days, send a screen shot before they will consider a refund. Emailed to cancel within 2 hrs of setting this up. As soon as I saw multiple charges cancelled. It's a pain.

Scam-like billing practices. I signed up for a 4-week program at a stated price. After completing their questions, I was secretly charged extra. My account only showed a 4-week subscription, yet after four weeks I was hit with a $50 charge. Only then did they claim it was an “introductory offer.” This was NEVER disclosed clearly. Deceptive, misleading, and unethical. Do not use this app.

Waste of time and money. The app doesn't let you complete your tasks, mainly the one where you have to favorite a certain number of outfits to finish. It will say to like 8 outfits but you like 8 and it doesn't register it so the task doesn't close or let you move to the "next day" of tasks. I subscribed way more than a month ago and am still unable to just get to building my capsule because of this glitch. Don't spend your money on Dressly! NOT WORTH IT. 100% scam and a PAIN to cancel!

Poor customer service and false advertising in regards to 30 day refund advertising. You advertise 30 day money back guarantee. When I reach out to request this all these stipulations are suddenly required. I'm asked for a screenshot from your account clearly showing Day 7 (or later) of the Plan, confirming at least 7 consecutive days of use. I provide this information and I get the following response. scammy app. I was charges for additional products with out my consent. I requested a full refund since I no longer feel comfortable using the app and I was told I have to use the app for 7 days. makes no sense. Never heard of a policy like this, and I am not interested in the product any longer. The little I did get from the app were very low quality Amazon recommendations. No thanks. Stay away.
