Very unprofessional service!! Ordered a TV (Japanese brand), delivery was delayed and after 8 days they sent me a message saying the item is not available, and asked me to choose another TV model (chinese brand) and pay the difference, wich is almost 15% higher in price than the Japanese TV brand I ordered initially!!! I asked for a refund many times and they totally ignored my request, no response and no refund till date!!!

I have ordered one item and they delivered another item. Even after frequent complaints in the customer service option in app, email and whatsapp, there is no response. This kind of service is not reliable and I am really fed up. Recommend not to be cheated by the adds for ourshopee. I had sent email to app@ourshopee as well, but still the same - no response.

One of my paid items is not delivered yet. Paid by Tamara through credit card. And I don't have an option to cancel because it says delivered in the Order details. Customer service said it will take another two days because it's a split delivery, until now I don't have the item. They're not reading and responding to my inquiries anymore. It's more than a week already. I wish there's a way to report this shopping platform to the authority.

Delivery takes time for only 2 items, No tracking icons. Scrolling down in the app is laggy. I hope there is a pre-ordering of items preferred by the customers that it is not listed in the app. If not only for the instalment plan using debit card, I would not avail any .. most prices RP are higher than other online shopping platforms. got fooled by a promo stated n d app, that a certain product can be availed by buying 2 same item for the price of one, I paid. Then they cancelled. ??!!

Bad service... I have ordered a smart watch and the order placed. One of the exicutive called me and said there is a technical issue and product not available, so cannot deliver product. But the product is still available in ourshopee app and showing "in stock". (It was QR. 79 when I ordered,and now it is showing QR. 899) wasted my time and effort.

Amazing items, authentic and sizes are almost accurate. Sometimes pricey, but worth it and if they're on sale, it would be a great buy. If you are in hurry though to receive your orders, better pay in cash as delivery is faster than paying using card because it's taking time for the processing. However, all in all it's a great app, with responsive team, be it via email or hotline

A very frustrating experience and even up to now I been waiting for their response how they deal with they wrong item delivery, in my case is not about the delivery schedule they delivery was done, but when you realise the item you ordered was different for what I received. I been calling and msg then numerous times, but they just told me they will gonna resolved the issue as earliest 2 weeks past where still on that page where they still don't know how to figure out how they resolve the issue..

My wife purchase recently this finishing touch item and found out it's not working or defective for it cannot even removed a single hair, as how it is commercialized, she's been reaching your customer service hotline but haven't receive any feedback yet. She's really upset and felt betrayed by your shop for the first time.Hope you could refund or change it with better functioning product.

Ordered some Airdots and when I received it, it left one has defect so I immediately wrote a complaint on the app and in just a few hours someone called from their customer service and ask about the product and has agreed to replace it without another shipping and processing charge. Customer Service is really good, so if you have complaints they're very available and responsive. Items are pretty good considering how cheap the prices are.

I utilize various other online shopping apps and this one is honestly by far THE WORST one there is that I have used. The customer service, updates and purchase status is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. My order was supposed to be delivered by Nov. 4, 2021 as stated in their app. Well it's the 14th now and still no delivery, no update and no bother given by customer care. Definitely going to be the last thing I ever order via this app. Sorry but honest.

Worst service. I ordered few items and it's showing Processing even the delivery date passed. I didn't received my package till now. While approaching customer care they are not even picking up the calls, WhatsApp contact also no proper response from their end. Last time we ordered few items, they delivered some other item and we asked for a return but no use, nobody responded. So I personally do not recommend this app for anybody.

Very poor,I ordered two weeks ago and I got a message that my order has come but when I text them they ignore and just bluetick....I wouldn't recommend this place and I Also ordered earbuds but the box came very poor it was opened several times and one earbud had less charge than the other which explains it was used before being sent or sold...very bad service

This organization has miles to go, to be recommended or for second order. Once you order, you are a dark zone without any info. What is displayed as delivered has no meaning and very very difficult to get a response. Total lack of professionalism & commitment despite have some attractive marketing or sales strategy.

I ordered items two weeks ago, and the order was divided into 3 orders. Two were delivered, and there is still one. It has not been delivered yet. Tracking orders is very bad on this application. Customer service is very bad too . No one answers the phone or WhatsApp messages. cancellation and Refund service is not available. Delivery takes a long time.👎

worst experience .I've ordered a iPhone 6S 64gb and I got that on Time but when I opened the phone cover the phone inside look like someone is used and many fingerprint seen on it and the headphone Is like damaged one side and when I tried to switch on the phone there is not even a small percentage of charge I Charged and switched on the phone it seems to be like a used phone and someone's mail I'd is added on it (activated) and when I called they are giving too many numbers to contact.

It works at first, but now i cant even view my cart. I moved some of my items from my wish list to my cart but its not updating and its not opening at all. Hope this will fix soon. I like the store and i found the items which i dont find in some other online store. Prices are compertitvely lower and i love the Deal items (items i bought are exactly the same as it was in the picture and i loved it) . Delivery was quite fast too. But so sad that keep on hanging up.

Worst experience ever, I ordered the material and it was supposed to be delivered by 16th March, no delivery by 16th, when I contacted customer care then informed no stock available with them, it will be available by March end, I contacted today they said no stock again. Order ID X1586. I would suggest don't waste time on this app there is no customer service number and no customer service, they have put a number for WhatsApp and the person hardly responds and you cannot even call them.

Worst online services. Tabby pls remove your support for this application. Ordered speaker change but they said it's not available then they changed it with different model which is defective. I returned it then this WhatsApp guys are saying no problem in the speaker. Just a simple grounded speaker they doesn't know what is it. They just returned back the defective speaker to me. Even your technicians are useless. Can't hear the buzzing sound even if the speaker is off. If only I can send video

I rarely write reviews on apps but this is the Worst app ever from my personal experience especially when you pay before delivery. They delivered the wrong item to me and never changed it. They don't pick calls nor answer emails so customer service is horrible and most of the stuff on the site are not actually in stock which they should write on the item. I have ordered twice only to follow up a thousand times to be told it's out of stock. Never shopping again on this app.

The worst of the worst service ever. It's better not to use this app. You'll waste your time following up on the items you ordered. After numerous follow-ups, they finally informed that the items weren't available. Even though they knew the items weren't available, they still haven't processed the cancellation and refund.
