Has a good collection of OTT platforms i.e. OTT verse and through them a very good collection of movies, shows and live TV. But frequent changing/ deletion of the OTT platforms' list is a disadvantage after subscription.

Application is a waste. I tried this application based on the coupon code shared from Flipkart when a purchased device for 17,000. Created account and after creating the account, when I entered coupon details(1 year subscription) it is showing the error as there is no subscription available now. They used my details and created a user. After that they are not agreeing to use the coupon. 😤😤😤😤

My experience with the OTT play service, particularly on TV, is negative. The app frequently hangs and struggles to load, disrupting smooth content enjoyment. Buffering and freezing screens disappoint, failing to deliver the promised convenience and leaving me dissatisfied.

!!!WORST APP DO NOT DOWNLOAD !!!! I paid to watch live match on Sony LIV but match is about to end(buffered almost 60 mins) using the latest version of app, still not buffered a single Live frame only cover and buffering icon. Better go for the original apps. Whatever was live for the moment is gone better save your excitement and money for better use !!!!WORST APP DO NOT DOWNLOAD !!!!

very limited choices. prices are high and UI lags all the time. i can't even figure where my downloads went, i will have to go look for the movie and then view it! It's too much of a hassle. Very less user friendly. Won't recommend to anyone.

I recently upgraded my membership to the 299 plan but it is not being reflected in my account. It is only showing that my subscription is expired although I paid for it already. Such a bad service and the app have so many glitches. Pathetic. Hopefully someone from the customer support will reach out, because I don't want to waste my money.

Bad at all! Because it contains SonyLiv too, and I can see WWE episodes in app but not in FireTV stick app. When goes there, it shows no Play button and compulsory have to go SonyLiv TV app, where now it contains a bunch of ads. So this experience was too bad and also in Web-serirs when you press on Next ep button it doesn't open. Idk why!!! Overall v moderate app, stil have to improve lot of.

Pls fix one issue on your TV app, it automatically skips to next episode, when there are still 2-3 minutes remaining of the current episode. Otherwise it has the best OTT subscription I have ever seen. And unlike other OTT apps, this app is continuously trying to give better user experience. It is very affordable too, other otts at this price provide content with ads, but this app doesn't, not to mention that I can subscribe 10+ good otts (out of 38) at once! I am very happy with this app.

Ottplay web is not working correctly it's buffering a lot in sony liv but running finely in phone and also in sony liv, live it doesn't even showing the quality change options its worst experience i ever had. I request to please resolve it.

Waste app...looting only... Now adding the reasons for my negative comment: I took here account for a Manorama Max movie: Jai Ganesh, which is not available otherwise. In the OTTplay the movie is listed also. I registered for the monthly subscription in autopay mode. When I entered after successful registration, I got it displayed: the video is not available now. Doubting the app and its process, I checked the comment box. Known what is happening always. This app is not a genuine aggregator.

Application is very good. But movies shows subtitle on my Android TV and Android phone. While watching in my Windows laptop subtitle option is not available for the same movies. That is very disappoining

Extremely poor app. While watching live matches through it, suddenly ads pop out, screen freezes, crashes a lot and a lot of other issues. Don't waste your money on this app like i did.

Don't download and don't subscribe even by mistake, otherwise you will get trapped like me. This is a poor app and no show works properly. I watched Sony Live show Super Star Singer. I spent 5 minutes watching it with difficulty because the app was running every now and then and I was canceling the subscription and was asking for payment in advance for the next month. I used 5 minutes.

They are fraudsters, cancel your subscription 3-4 days before your last date. These fraudsters will disable the option to cancel the subscription few days before. A huge scam they are doing. Moreover, the app is very lagging, not able to use other apps, logging in is also very cumbersome. Pathetic customer experience. UI ux is also 3rd grade. Not recommended at all.

I recently subscribed to this app and my experience has been deeply disappointing. This app has significant issues that need addressing, and I strongly advise against subscribing to their service. Their cancellation policy is neither clear nor user-friendly. I found it difficult to navigate and ultimately felt misled by the terms. This lack of transparency makes it hard to trust the service. Both the app and the website have huges bugs and errors, strongly suggest to not go for it.

The app is good but there are some issues as well. 1. The app always skips the last few minutes of the episodes with Sony Liv. There is no option to keep the episode playing. It could make sense if the credits were playing but there is an actual episode that is automatically skipped by the app and there is no option to disable this as well. 2. The UI sometimes overlaps and shows Play button and show page over each other.

Many bugs. Continue watching is messed up. Sometime the show doesn't show at all, or continues from a wrong place. I was watching a show season 1 episode 1 . When I resumed after a while it was playing mid way from season 13 episode one. In TV app, clicking on a show in continue watching kicks us out of the app all together. Trying to search and play movie or shows from where we left manually is too tiring. Hope it's gets fixed.

One of the most disgusting app. Most of the time video is on the buffer and the other time the quality of the video is so poor. And you can't adjust the video quality as per your needs when you're watching live match in web or leptop or desktop. I use high speed internet but the app can't use this showing hazy not clear video and I can't even adjust the video quality by myself in the live matches. 😑😑

Dear team Not one but multiple problems in the app. 1. The app keeps crashing multiple times 2. Everytime I click on the next episode it starts Season 6 first episode 3. If I close the app and restart at any later point in time, it starts with season 6 first episode. 4. The watched history is completely gone and have to scroll the list of episodes again 5. The ff and rewind features don't work No my mobile doesn't have a problem as I watch series on other platforms too.

The app is not loading while trying to watch live sports on Android tv on Sony liv. There's no issue of cache as suggested by developer. If I am connecting/joining 40-50 minutes before start of play (during pre-match show) then everything is fine and I am able to watch the complete match but whenever I am trying to play the video once the match has started it's not loading.
